Bernard (Jerry) and Michelle were exceptional. We felt very comfortable leaving Daisy and Bobo with them as well as knowing that the house would be well taken care of. They kept us updated throughout our vacation, including photos that made it clear the pets were content. Our biggest “concern” was whether Daisy would even be interested in seeing us upon our return. Everything was in perfect shape when we got home. We would welcome Jerry and Michelle back in the future.
It was our absolute pleasure to watch Frankie and their beautiful home. Frankie is an absolute joy to watch, he is such a loving dog who just loves a play and a cuddle. Snuggled up every night watching TV. He has a heart of gold. We would highly recommend this sit to anyone!
Nicole and family were easy to communicate with, and they made sure that I had everything that I needed for a successful sit. They have a big beautiful house in the SW hills of Portland, with quite possibly the best view in the city. Hondo is the happiest and most relaxed lab ever, and he gladly took me on tours of the neighborhood. Kitty is very shy so I didn't see him much at first, but he began to warm up to me towards the end of my stay. I would highly recommend sitting for Nicole, and I would happily stay again if they needed me!
Joel and Dominique were wonderful hosts. My stay was very comfortable. Miroes and I became fast buddies. She followed me everywhere and loved lots of pets and scratches. She is a beautiful and friendly kitty. I would sit for them again.
I had an amazing stay at Jane’s! Jane is a lovely lady who was very generous and easy going. She picked me up from the bus stop and also dropped me off when I left which was really sweet. Plus she let me have her car while she was away which was a first for me. This made my life really easy and independent and I could take Chile for beautiful walks in nature. Speaking of walks: this area of Scotland must be one of my favourites so far - it is so incredibly beautiful! Chile wasn’t too hard to look after. He’s got his routine and he’s a pretty laid back dog so that makes things easy. One thing to keep in mind though is that Chile is quite a big dog and he sometimes needs a bit of a pull when he decides to walk slowly so it’s a bit of a workout. Jane introduced me to her family and friends which made me feel very welcomed. The house is big and comfortable and so was my bedroom. I really enjoyed my stay at Jane’s and I’m glad to have met her!
Fritz and St. Louis? What more could you ask for. Fritz was such a cool laid back dog. He was fun to walk and watch TV with. He is very well mannered. And St Louis had nice attractions for us to do. Kristen was great to work with and responded promptly to any questions we may have had. Thank you, Kristen and Fritz for hosting us.
Michele was lovely to deal with, very friendly and easy to communicate with. I found the neighbourhood very nice and quiet with easy transport access. Charlie had a few medications to tend to around 4 times a day but the requirements were laid out clearly and he’s very affectionate. Basil was quite nervous but enjoyed his walks and play time. Overall, I had a pleasant experience pet sitting.
