Cat Sitters in Whyteleafe

Jane and her family did an exemplary job of looking after our beloved cats. They were so relaxed and happy when we got home from our holiday. The house was tidy and clean when we got back (like they had never been here) and communications before and during the week were ideal. We wouldn't hesitate to ask Jane to come and look after our cats again. Thank you.

This was the second time Mercedes sat for my dog. She is very responsible, tidy and takes great care of Rumi. I highly recommend her.

We were very pleased to find the house immaculate on our return, and all the plants watered and beasties fed and happy. We were very grateful for Anita stepping in at short notice, I can recommend Anita for being reliable and responsible.

Janine & Steven arrived on time and it was obvious that their love of animals was totally unquestionable. Their communication throughout their stay was very good. Although I put new batteries in the cat-flap, tv remotes, front door bell etc etc, the one thing that I didn’t think of was the smoke alarm in the Plant Room and of course, that decided to start beeping towards the end of their stay here. We asked them to turn the alarms off at the fuse box, but Steven said it was still beeping. When I got home, I turned it off and after 5mins that solved the issue until I could buy new 9v batteries the next day. They were very sweet and left us lovely flowers, a card and chocolates which was very thoughtful of them. Because we arrived home quite late, they’d already departed as they themselves had a long journey home. On first appearances the house looked tidy. They both preferred a bath to a shower, so I’d told them they could use the bath in my bedroom. Well, I don’t think it had been cleaned at all in the whole time they were here and I found myself at 10pm scrubbing the bath and toilets until they were clean! The bed sheet also was covered in blood spots and hair and I immediately felt I had to wash the bedding, mattress protector/pillow protectors even though by then it was approaching 10.30pm and we had our holiday washing to do as well. A real shame as otherwise we would have had no complaints and I hate putting anything negative but you have to be honest otherwise it makes leaving a review pointless.

Sean and Deb were great house and pet sitters. They took very good care of our rescue dog, Albie, and took him for lots of long walks on the common. They had family living nearby and Albie really enjoyed playing with their family member's dog. We really appreciated the photo and video updates whilst we were away. We came home to a tidy house that was just as we left it. We would love Sean and Deb to come back and sit for us again.

Stephen and Amy were brilliant. Great communication and very flexible with our slightly changing travel plans. The animals were very relaxed in their presence and were happy on our return. The house was ship shape on their leaving. Would recommend.

Georgia looked after Mimi very well. She responded promptly to communication and I felt very confident leaving Mimi with her whilst I was away. The house was left very clean and tidy. I would be happy to recommend Georgia to other owners.

As usual Kendal was an amazing house sitter, she took care of our house as if it were her own and our girls were so relaxed when we got home. If Kendal comes knocking, stop looking, she’s a 10 star sitter!

Ben, Anna and family were the most wonderful sitters for Camille. They went above and beyond on all aspects of their stay - from photos and updates about Camille, to their care and attention of our home. Any contact / question between us was quickly answered. Without meeting them they have become friends and we hope they will return again to help us out. We hope also to meet them soon :). Highly highly recommend.

Thank you so much for looking after our fur boys, Brianna stepped in 10days before we were due to leave the country for a family holiday. We had a first meeting which went great and Ted & Boycee settled so well with her. Brianna kept us up to date daily with WhatsApp and video messages. Our home was kept in perfect condition. Brianna made a great impression with other owners in the local area, who still mention her to this day. I can't recommend Brianna enough, thank you!

Esther was perfect! Esther arrived on time, instantly warmed to her and knew that the animals were in safe hands. We received updates and pics throughout the weekend. We came home to a tidy house and happy animals. Thanks so much

Ant & Nora were a pleasure to deal with. They were flexible in their arrival and departure times to ensure Lily wasn’t left on her own too long, and we were able to not stress about our travels. They provided a few really nice updates, but didn’t require any regular input from our side (which was great as we had very patchy phone signal for the whole 4 days). You could tell Lily was getting great care and attention, and when they left it seemed as though Lily missed them straight away!
