Dan was great showing me around the house and the printed information sheet from Anna/Dan was really handy with instructions for the house and things to see and do. Cat-Face was a bit grumpy for a couple of days as can tell she is super loyal to her family. But once she warmed up, we enjoy going in the garden together, people watching out the windows or just chilling together in the living room, she is super chatty especially when it comes to food time haha The house is really nice with spare room, garden and everything you would need. Really near to Crystal Palace station, big supermarket, coffee shop and restaurants. There is a nice creative side to Crystal Palace with street art everywhere, and dinosaurs in the park a really interesting place to visit

Staying at Zinnia’s house was an absolute pleasure! Taking care of Rocket and Tinker was an amazing experience. Both animals are so loving and affectionate, and it was heartwarming to see how much they enjoy human company. Zinnia’s home is cozy and welcoming, providing the perfect environment for us to bond with her adorable pets. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and can’t wait for the next opportunity to visit again. Thank you, Zinnia, for such a wonderful experience!

We met Helen a few weeks prior to our house-sit, she made us very welcome and introduced us to the lovely Spud and Monty (Indy the cat was elsewhere at the time). Helen provided us with all information we needed to care for her pets and also key details about the house, so we were fully prepared for our sit. Helen's house is in a fantastic location, with amazing countryside views on all sides. If the weather had been better on the weekend of our sit, we certainly would have ventured out to enjoy some walks in the surrounding area. The house itself is full of character and charm, we spent a very comfortable, relaxing weekend there and were very cosy in front of the real fire, while it was blowing a gale outside! Spud and Monty are delightful dogs; gentle, friendly and sociable, they love human company and spent most of the time either snuggled up at our feet, or keeping an eye on us in the kitchen while we were preparing food. Monty was quite happy to trot out into the field when it was time for a toilet-break, Spud required some gentle persuasion (in the form of a biscuit)! Both dogs took their medication with no problems at all. Indy the cat joined us in the evenings, he has the loudest purr and thoroughly enjoyed having a fuss made of him. Overall, a very enjoyable house-sit, highly recommended. We would be delighted to sit for Spud, Monty and Indy again in the future. Thank you Helen.
Livy is one of the sweetest dogs we have met, and certainly most fun to walk around the neighborhood. She is naturally a mellow and good-natured dog, and loves to say hello to every human and canine she meets. Unfortunately, a few are intimidated by her size, but most adore her right back. Bobby and Stefani are friendly, considerate and responsive hosts, and we felt like friends immediately. The apartment in downtown West Seattle couldn't be more convenient for walking errands, many of which can be done with Livy along. They also gave us the use of their car, which was great because it was set up for a Great Dane. Be aware that Livy expects to sleep with you in the King-sized bed; sometimes almost on top of you, which can be a challenge. If you adore dog snuggles, you will love her!
