This was our first time having Gabrielle watch our pup and it went great! We already have her booked for another trip!
I had the best time looking after beautiful Manny! He is such a sweet dog and Beau and Mark’s house is beautiful! Couldn’t have had a better time on this sit, would highly recommend
Jax and Birdie were adorable to watch, we miss them already! Super easy pups and easy access to trails and a dog park to walk them. Windy was a joy to meet, her house is in a fantastic location and has everything you need to have a wonderful stay in Steamboat!!
I had a lovely multi-week (extended) stay at Gosia and Michal's place in The Hague, only 20km from home! This was the very first time I was catsitting in my home country (due to all the COVID restrictions) and I really enjoyed it!Their apartment is bright and a good place to 'work from home' in a nice and conveniently located neighbourhood, that I didn't know yet, even though I used to live in The Hague quite some years ago. I even made some 'friends' with neighbours.Kokos and Lola are great kitties, that are easy to care for and who warmed up to me very easily. And although Lola is the real cuddle princess, at some point she even got 'rivalled' by Kokos who couldn't stand to see her getting cuddles without him receiving a nice cuddle session as well. They make great bedwarmers too... :-) & of course, like many cats they have their little 'antics', such as Lola sometimes getting the 'zoomies' in the evening running around and pretending she was on a mighty mice hunt!Recommended! Lovely bikes included as well, great for exploring the city & of course nearby dunes and beaches!
We just finished an awesome, 4-week sit for Catherine and Kent, with Basie, Ziggy and Yayoi. Communication with Catherine was great before, during and after the sit. We came the night before they left and enjoyed a great dinner. Their home is beautiful and in a great neighborhood in Park City. Park City is such a beautiful area and still fairly close to Salt Lake City. We very much appreciated the use of their car to get around during the sit. Basie, Ziggy and Yayoi are great!! Basie is getting up in years and has slowed down a bit, but still LOVES his walks, even if the pace is a little slower. He is a true friend and wants to be where you are at all times. Great buddy!! Ziggy and Yayoi are indoor/outdoor cats and very cool. They love to go out all or part of the night (depending on the weather) and sleep most of the day. They let you know if they want to go out or need something. Great cats!! Overall a great sit for Catherine and Kent. We really appreciated their kindness and hospitality. If you have the opportunity to sit for them, DO IT!!
I had an amazing time sitting with Nancy, Siddie, Baby, and Patch. Nancy takes a second to warm up, but once she does she's SO sweet. All the kitties were really easy to care for, and have such fun and unique personalities. Miriam is very responsive, helpful, and kind. During my sit, I talked with her sister Deb quite a bit, and she was also very helpful and friendly, willing to help in any way she could! 10/10 would recommend this sit to anyone. Belfast is charming despite the all the rain (I was there during winter, so it was expected). The bus route is very accessible and easy to use. I rented a car, so I was able to see a lot of N. Ireland. Most things are within an hour or two drive. Thank you again Miriam!
