First off, Alexandra ("Alli") and Inti are 100%, Over The Top, amazing pet and home sitters! Details to follow..... It is hard to fully describe our complete satisfaction with Alli and Inti throughout the zeewoi process. From application through the day they returned home, there was superb communication, and complete trust that our most important worldly belongings were in great hands. This was our 4th usage of the TH program, and speaking strictly for the platform and quality of sitters, we have always been thrilled with our results. This was by far our longest time away (total of 6 weeks) from our rambunctious, 2-year old Dachshund little boy. Naturally, we had some reservations (and sadness) about leaving him for such a long stretch, but he (and we) struck an immediate bond with Alli & Inti from the first moment, and we were able to depart with complete peace of mind and confidence that his care, routines, and respect for our home would be of zero concern while we were away. Alli & Inti are just wonderful, gentle, mature beyond their years, and soulful people. They provided our pet with a safe and loving environment, kept a spotless and orderly home (more so than when we departed). Kept us updated on all aspects of the sit, despite a significant time difference of our locations. We couldn't ask or expect anything more, of even our dearest personal friends, were they asked to fill in for us for even a much shorter sit. To go further, our sit was initially scheduled for 5 weeks. Due to changes in our schedule, we asked Alli & Inti if they could cover one additional week for us. In no way was this an assumption on our part. They had already been away from their own home for nearly 2 months. Asking anything more of them was a bit awkward for us, but we were so satisfied with everything about them, we asked them first before looking at other options. Incredibly, Alli & Inti accepted our request, put their own return plans on hold, and stayed another week for us. In accepting, they made it clear that they had come to love being with our little boy, and were comfortable in our living space (able to work with good internet!) and our surroundings. As we said goodbye at the end of the sit, it was clear that our pet was un-stressed, was well-fed, and his hygiene was great. He showed much affection to Alli & Inti, and we are certain that there will be a lasting contact between our families. As they live not too far away, we will be sure to visit them in the future so our pup can visit his "Auntie Alli & Uncle Inti"! Anyone considering these wonderful people to take care of their pets and homes will be certain to have a great, peaceful experience. We recommend Alli and Inti with our highest possible rating in every aspect of the zeewoi platform.
