Nanni was a pleasure to be in contact with in the lead up to the trip and flexible with her travels plans due to slightly awkward flight times on my side, which I really appreciated. I received daily updates of her adventures with Taiga and her adorable dog Max, she even got Taiga eating carrots (her new favourite thing!) Taiga came into season just before I left, which was unexpected and not ideal as it’s an added responsibility. Nanni had clearly read up about it to understand how best to look after T (her dog is a boy), which I was grateful for. She also took Taiga in a dog carrier with the bike that she hadn’t done before and was patient with her to get her comfortable with it. Max is a wonderful, calm dog, who was a great influence (and very patient) with Taiga who has just turned one. You can tell that Nanni is a true animal lover as she seemed to understand T’s behaviour and communication from the get go. When I came home I could tell that Taiga completely trusted Nanni and had had a wonderful time with her. That flat was lovely and clean to come home to and Nanni checked in with about the house plants whilst I was away as well. Thank you so much Nanni for taking such wonderful care of Taiga whilst I was away for a week. I’m so grateful she had such a wonderful week with you and I felt completely relaxed when I was away that she was in great hands! If you’re thinking of having Nanni as a house/pet sitter, go for it! She’s amazing!

We had a great time sitting for Louise. Kasper is a gentle giant who loves human company. He was well behaved both on and off the lead and we had some lovely walks despite the weather! Communication was excellent and Louise left us lots of information about the house, local area and Kasper’s needs to ensure we had a great stay. The house is lovely and Kasper is a wonderful dog. I would highly recommend this house sit. We are really looking forward to our next visit.

I spent 10 days on Samos thanks to Marjan, and I fell in love with the island!
She picked me up at the airport, helped me with the shopping and also to rent a nice car, and showed me hiking trails around her home.
I spent all days with Daisy, she is a lovely dog, shares so much love and makes you smile every day!
Marjan is lucky to have such a beautiful and smart dog! She is well-behaving and there were no issues with her during my stay. She was sleeping on the back seat of the car when I was driving and when we arrived to some place, she jumped out of the car and was so happy to start hiking!
The cats, Minnie Mouse and Filio are also super-cute and come to you sometimes for some love.
Marjan's house is perfect for some relaxation and you can watch the sea sitting on the terrace, having some Samos wine! Daisy will also come to you and let you know when its time to scratch her stomach a bit!
The island itself is beautiful, Marjan helped me choose some nice hiking trails. Some of the places we went with Daisy, felt like in a fairy tail.
Overall, I can just recommend you to apply to be the next house-sitter for Marjan, and you will enjoy this time a lot! She is very helpful, her house is perfectly situated close to the sea and the pets are super-lovely!
Thanks Marjan for all this experience!

Deborah and Nigel were very welcoming and provided us with all the necessary information about Aggie, their house and the places to visit in Bury St. Edmunds and surrounding areas. We arrived the night before their departure and they received us with a lovely dinner.

We had a great six weeks taking care of Aggie. She is very sweet and loves going for a walk and playing with sticks in the park!

The house is beautiful, spacious and perfectly situated, it has a fantastic garden where we enjoyed many breakfasts and dinners. It is walking distance to the center of the town, we loved visiting the weekly market every Saturday with many stalls offering a good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables among many other things.

Communication was easy and everything went smoothly.

We will love to look after Aggie again next year!
