Beth and Matthew have been my first house sitters - and I was their first house sit too. Beth and Matthew have been great. I was a little nervous as this was the first time I've the zeewoi platform and service. Beth contacted me to let me know that one of my dogs had a sore on her chest and sent me a video to let me see and decide what to do. We agreed my dog needed to be seen by a vet and within a few hours my dog had antibiotics. Beth even popped into a shop to buy my dog a jumper to wear as the vet had recommended this to stop her scratching the sore. When I got home Beth had washed all their bedding and the house was clean and tidy. Both Beth and Matthew are a lovely couple and I would definitely recommend them both if you are looking for reliable and trustworthy house and pet sitters.
Erica was great! Easy to communicate with and very self -sufficient when we ended up being out of service for several days. Pingo and the house were clearly in good hands, we came back to a spotless house with a freshly made bed and a happy dog. We'd definitely have Erica again!
I am so grateful to Victoria for taking such wonderful care of my elder cats,, Zoe and Mischief, my home and my garden! She stayed in touch, and even sent photos of Zoe and Mischief, which further reassured me that my kitties and my home were in good hands while I was away. This was my first time using zeewoi. Not only did I have to prepare my home for a guest but prepare myself for leaving my boys with someone I had only met through a zoom call. Right away, I was put at ease as Sharon just gravitated right to my boys. She asked questions about info that I had missed in my welcome pack that made me rest assured that she was on the ball. Throughout my trip, Sharon kept in touch with me about how the boys were getting along... I was so relieved hearing that their usual playful selves was apparent. Given that our flight home was going to be late, she insisted on waiting until we were heading out of the airport before leaving the boys with their last walk until we came home. When we walked through our front door, the boys were chilling out, our home was spotless, and she even washed the bedding. I can recommend Sharon with 100% certainty that your pets will be in great hands. Thanks Sharon for everything.
Jaclyn was a wonderful sitter for our dog Tucker! She was always quick to respond to communications, she was easy-going and excited to sit with Tucker, she shared updates (with pictures) while we were away, and she left our house cleaner than when we left - she even ran the dishwasher, which we forgot to do before we left! She and Tucker bonded immediately, and when we returned home it was clear that he had a great time with Jaclyn. We can't recommend her highly enough!
I can’t say enough good things about Felicia! She was willing to come over ahead of time so we could meet her. Lele took an instant liking to her (and I think it was mutual).😁 Felicia showed up on time, checked in on a regular basis while I was away, and sent photos of Lele, too. I tend to over prepare, and Felicia was accepting of that and helped me feel okay about my preparation and absence. I felt very comfortable leaving, knowing the most important thing, Lele, was well taken care of. This is my first time using zeewoi, so I didn’t really know what to expect. Felicia far exceeded all of my hopes and expectations. I would absolutely love to have Felicia come back again!
I am so glad that my cat, Duque, and I met Sharon! She is a wonderful person, very kind with pets, thorough with house care and communicative. Sharon's cleaning (and brownies!) went above and beyond and my cat did not seem to have missed me much when I got home. I recommend Sharon if she applies for your sit and we hope to welcome her back to our home one day.
Julie and Adrian were ideal pet and house sitters. Julie and Damian are very friendly and made sure to go over details and ask questions when they arrived. We came home to very happy and contented pets. Our dog and cat clearly got lots of love and attention (also clear from the great photos that Julie and Adrian sent us). The house was immaculate when we came home. We could not ask for better, more trusted, house sitters.
Although they are experienced pet sitters this was their first sit with zeewoi and they were wonderful. Jyoti (our cat) was completely at ease and spent plenty of time on their laps. The chickens were well looked after and they managed the broody one efficiently. Excellent communication before and during the house sit. They followed our detailed instructions conscientiously and left the house clean and tidy. They cooked a meal for us on our return and we enjoyed getting to know them. We would welcome them back any time and highly recommend them for future sits.

I was told about this place by a friend who regularly sends her dog to board. I had always sent my dog to Tomlinsons, but which the rising costs, I decided to try these kennels. It is run by a lovely couple, whose dedication to how they look after the dogs in their care cannot be faulted. There is a dedicated space for each dog to sleep in and move around, then a large outdoor space for exercise. Our dog came back perfectly happy and we will have no hesitation sending him here again.
We have used Fernleigh over 4 times to board our dog. I have no concerns of safety or the care they give him. They truly love each dog and know them by name. Outstanding kennel
I brought my dogs here from when they were young so that they would get used to the kennels. The dogs were treated well, they don't get walked, but they do have a grassed area to let them out for a run around. My dog is fearful and sadly bit someone. I wanted to be responsible and inform the kennels, and now that they have cancelled our booking, even though our dogs have never had any issues here. This will now cost us over a £1000 as it is too late to cancel the holiday. This is sad, and I feel unfair as the dogs have never had problems here.

My dog has been going here for 6 years and it's the best place, the couple are fantastic and great with the dogs, they treat all the dogs like they were their own. It's a calming place and in a great location. I wouldn't want to put my dog anywhere else.

Looks nice enough and is clean. For my dog, 10 minutes in the yard 3 times a day may not be enough and the kennels were quite noisy. The staff seem to really like the dogs and were enjoying looking after them and they were nice to my dog when he visited. Checked his vaccinations before he entered the kennels so they are health and safety conscious. Overall a good kennel but maybe not the right place for my pup.
Been leaving our collie Sky at Riverside for the past few years, and with Sky being a little apprehencive with new people, we were a little worried at first. Lesley and her team put her and us at ease, with Sky having no qualm getting in the car knowing where she is heading off to Can't rate this kennel highly enough, Lesley and her team provide an outstanding service, With friendly experianced staff, that can accommodate any care and needs, which your beloved K9 may require. 1st time for our dogs kiera and blue to stay at Riverside and will definitely be 1st of many. they had an enormous size kennel and run . the staff were very interested in knowing their personalities so they had the best stay possible ❤ I loved seeing the video of them playing. I always bath them after any stay at a kennels but I honestly really didn't need to they had been kept so clean and lovely ☺ the owners and the kennel hand girls were truly amazing with them . they arent the easiest of dogs very particular lol 😆 but they had the best time . we have definitely found their forever holiday stay for the future 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I can't recommend this kennels enough. I've taken my dogs here a couple times before and my dogs love it. They're always excited to go and never seem to want to leave! My labrador is a particularly nervous dog who doesn't like people but she is always so excited to see all of the staff here, they've really put in the effort (and the treats) to gain her trust. Our dogs were here over bonfire night this year, which I was nervous about as both dogs are scared of fireworks. Riverside Kennels went out of their way to provide comfort and security for the dogs, even ensuring they had a 'den' to hide in. If you're looking for a kennels that genuinely care for each dog as their own, then look no further.
I left my dog there for the 1st time over new year. He isn't left very often & I was extremely happy with the love & care he received. I saw him on a Facebook video which put my mind at rest. He seemed very happy & will definitely be using there again. Thank you Riverside for taking great care of Frankie.
Our dogs have visited for the second time this year & they seem to love it.The kennels are a nice size with plenty of warm blankets in the beds,as well as heat lamps. The staff are lovely,friendly,very helpful & professional
Booked my dog in here over the phone. Was told they would take him asked if I needed to bring anything with him I was told no just bring your dog and any of his toys or blankets.. on the day I arrived I was told I needed my dogs full medical history. Would not have been a problem. If I was told but i live a hour away and was on way straight to air port . Long story short cos of this bunch of cow boys I missed my plane recked my holiday.. all in all bunch of idiots .. go anywhere but here if you can

Lori is the best dog sitter and walker. My cocker poo has been going to Lori for around a year and absolutely loves her. She has boarded when we’ve been away, has had the best time and made lots of friends. We get lots of videos and updates and Lori clearly loves all her dogs. Mabel gets so excited as soon as she sees her and charges off to her without looking back. Lori is amazing!!

My Little Furboy has been with Lori for over 2 years now and honestly Lori is THE best dog walker, dog sitter I could ever wish for! She is so wonderful and her nature with the dogs is amazing! She looks out the window for them before every walk and gets so excited when the van parks up. She always comes back a happy dog and sleeps all afternoon so I can tell she’s had a great time. Just amazing! My shih-poo stayed with Happy Boarders for a week and she absolutely loved her time there. It was for sure a home from home stay, couldn't have asked for more, I received regular updates and pictures which put my mind at ease and didn't have to fret whilst I had to be away from my pup. Sent my boys here for a week while we were away. Sarah could not have been more helpful and offered not only accommodation for them but gave them regular grooming and was happy to send me photos so my little one could check on them. Compared to others I’ve used it was more expensive but I believe it is justified for the level of service and just a really good feeling about the place and the business. Will use again!
For a little over a year, Barrie and Sarah have been looking after my 2 furry floofs. The cattery itself is both spacious and stunning. Barrie and Sarah both truly excel in their care and attention. Barrie and Sarah have been walking and boarding my two noisy terriers for the last 7 years. They have been extremely reliable, flexible and able to deal with my shift pattern work at short notice. Their rates are competitive but most of all, they treat my boys as their own and I trust them completely. I would recommend them without a second thought.

Furry Friends were highly recommended by our friend and we are so glad we got that recommendation. What a lovely couple, we always get an update about our dogs being walked and doing well( we are a bit of a last minute customer so thank you for always looking after us when we need you guys). When we finally went away on a holiday last year we left our cats at home under the care of Barrie and Sarah and they were fantastic. They were not phased by our lengthy book on how to look after our kitties. We came back and everyone was super happy and relaxed in the comfort of their own home and we got to see it all thanks to the video updates from Furry Friend visits to our house. I’ve boarded Lady with Sarah & Barry for nearly 3 years now. I would highly recommend them, she always enjoys her stays and as a rescue she can be wary. She’s been with me for 3 years nearly and they have been my first point of call whenever I’ve needed to go away without Lady. I recently recommended my mum to book her cats into the new cattery. Although full they were able to do home visits and sent her daily updates. She was very impressed and happy.
Barrie and Sarah are so helpful, the cattery is so clean and fitted out for your pet...nothing is to much trouble. My Mum's cat Annie on her posh Holiday .

Did a great job with our shy cat. Very thorough and professional; obviously take the wellbeing of the animals they care for very seriously. Also insisted on refunding part of our money when we had to cancel a few of the days we'd booked, although we made it clear we were happy to pay the full amount. Lynn is lovely, reliable and caring. She looked after our 2 year old Chocolate Labrador for a week while we were on holiday and did a very good job. She sent us regular updates with photos and videos which clearly showed how comfortable he was with her. Upon our return the house was left clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend Lynn and will certainly use her again in the future.
I cannot recommend this amazing woman enough! Her service is outstanding. Lynn is very professional but also cares about my dog. My little pooch Bailey absolutely loves her and I don’t know what we’d do without her. Baileys behaviour on walks has improved massively, I get prompt responses to messages, photo and video updates and my mind is at ease each day I leave out for work knowing that Bailey will have a fantastic time while I’m gone. Lynn is very trustworthy, she comes and goes while no one is home and she has stayed with Bailey longer than she needed to on a couple of occasions to give her some extra attention, which is incredibly kind. if I ever need advice she’s always happy to help.
Pet sitting my large staffie cross rescue for a full week, Lynn was very accommodating with the hours due to late flight. She kept updating us with photos and information and we were relaxed enough to enjoy our holiday. On our return she left the house very tidy. Will definitely use her services again and would recommend to anyone who don't think kennels would really work for their dog.
Lynn looked after all 3 of my dogs on 2 seperate occasions, dogs were well looked after, the house was spotless on arrival home and there was great communication whilst we were away. Would happily recommend to all friends and family x
Looked after our pets once then blamed us for infecting herself and her own home with fleas. Fleas don't live on humans for a start and our pets are treated monthly religiously. Didn't clean the litter tray, just poured more litter over the top. Avoid if you have cats! What she is not telling you in her response is that she just blocked us from any communication. Very unprofessional, and again, fleas don't live on humans or travel to another home. Don't make lame excuses!
Iwanted to have doggy day care for my dog Amy for just 2 days for a couple of weeks and was finding it hard to find one that wasn't full up. Lynn was put onto me by a friend of a friend of a friend,you know how it goes. I went to the website and arranged 2days for 2weeks , luckily Lynns business is new to the market but i can't see it won't be full soon. I was initialy worried when i saw her own dog Tiana was a staffy but my worries were put at rest as she is just so friendly and submisive she ran off with amy straight the way. I was so impressed with Lynn's doggy day care, she has put so much thought into what the dogs need, what games they like, what their favourite toy is ,so on. I can not think that i will use anyone else fom now on. my biggest need will be when we go on holiday and i will definitely be booking Amy in with Lynn and have no qualms in knowing all her needs will be meet and that it will like a home from home.

I wanted to get my dogs teeth cleaned as they were a mess but Vici didn’t have any availability on the dates I was in her area so she spent ages on the phone with me telling me what to do. I already had an Emmi pet toothbrush so she wasn’t even touting for business! 6 months later my dogs teeth are great. It took 15 minutes a day for about 5 months but the Emmi pet really works if you use the right toothpaste and the orozyme mouth gel. I buy them from wags of course! I now just do 2 minutes a day for maintenance. It’s saved my dog having to have an operation so we’ll worth the investment in time and money. If you can, buy her raw food products too. They are much better for keeping the teeth plaque free. Jill

Bertie had his very first groom at WAGS this morning. He went in a scruffy seven year old and came out a velvety puppy! I'm so pleased, he looks fabulous. Nici is lovely and friendly and has a very gentle manner about her. Would highly recommend.

Ashleigh is the best!! Our dog absolutely loves her and she treats him as if he is her own pet. Ashleigh is a true legend! 🐶 Our Benny is a nervous rescue and we were really worried about leaving him all day as we both work full time 9-5, but we were also worried about handing him to someone he doesn’t know as he is quite reactive. Ashleigh came to meet Benny an evening as well as give us the forms ready for their first walk later that week. Since then Benny absolutely loves her, always really looks forward to his walks. One day, our dog knocked over a cactus pot and Ashleigh cleaned, hoovered and repotted everything!! A true legend ✨ She also send pics and ‘pupdates’ regular from her walks. Me, my boyfriend and our dog Benny cannot recommend her enough 💕 PS: the pic is her Christmas gift to us, how awesome??

My dog is always clean and fed when we get home, she loves being with her doggy pals and all the treats she gets from Ashleigh. I get regularly pics and ‘pupdates’ from her walks. Great service all round.
Ashleigh is absolutely fabulous! She has a natural way with Dogs. My large dog Frank isn’t easy but she took him on no problem. She can’t do enough for you & your pet. My dog absolutely loves her! Shes reliable, trustworthy & I can’t recommend her enough!!!
