Ben was an amazing house sitter! He took great care of our plants and our home, but most of all, he was wonderful to our pup. Our dog is anxious and reactive towards other dogs, and Ben did a wonderful job caring for him and giving him the routines and structures he needed. Ben was super communicative and easy to chat with and left our house super clean.
Torpi is such a sweet cat. He loves to cuddle and sleeps a lot. If he wants to go on the balcony, he asks by sitting in front of the balcony door and looking at you very sweetly. I really enjoyed the time I spent with him. Julia and Michael were very friendly from the start. Communication went smoothly. Every question was answered quickly. They had prepared their home for me and I felt comfortable from the start. Their apartment is in the middle of the vibrant Neukölln, but the street is very quiet, which means that the apartment is also very quiet. I wish all three of them all the best and maybe we'll see each other again sometime
This was a great housesit. You are a great pair of hosts and made me feel welcome. It was a delight to get to know and hang out with your sweet pups. Spending time at your gorgeous house, on your deck looking at the water and huge cargo ships, in a heat wave, with abundant lilies and roses to smell, made this a dreamy summer housesit. I’m so glad we met you and both of your moms. I hope to be available again.
It would be difficult to find a pleasanter pair of dogs than Riley and Bear. They each have a lovely temperament, are easy care and undemanding, and as an added bonus are great cuddlers. Diane's recently renovated home is equally easy to care for and enjoy. We had a spotless self contained suite in the walk out basement which included a kitchen area (microwave, fridge, sink), lovely bathroom and very comfy bed. Internet was good and reliable Before the sit we had a good video chat. Diane had an excellent Welcome Guide as well as notes on the day. We arrived a day early and Diane took us through the household and boys routine, all very straight forward. Although we never had any questions while Diane was away she is a good communicator and was no problem to reach if help was needed, The house is in a pleasant neighbourhood and there are nice walks through the adjoining back streets. It is close to many shops including a restaurant, a variety store and more, as well as good access to the more commercial part of Niagara Falls. Diane is a lovely easy going person and that is reflected in the boys personalities. We are so happy we were able to do this sit and would certainly recommend it.
It was so wonderful to meet you and your fur babies! Cosmo is such a sweet, loving dog and Tinta is fiesty but appreciates attention from time to time. Thank you for creating such a cozy home and providing all the info and supplies for the animals and me to have a healthy, happy experience together. I'm so glad you joined the Trusted Housesitters community and hope to hang out with Cosmo again!
