Cat Sitters in Wilkerson Acres, NC

May was a great cat and house sitter for me. Even though it was rather last minute, she was able to arrange her travel plans to get to Carcassonne - in August (not always easy) - and even came the day before as I suggested, navigating a change in the train schedule. She was always quick to respond to communications and sent photos which helped assure me that Chernish was being his regular self (lazy but interested in food!). She took care to follow the specific feeding instructions - and I could tell Chernish was well taken care of as he was very relaxed when I got back. May also left the house in perfect shape, watered my plants (which were fine despite the heat) - and left me a nice note explaining everything when I got back (since she had to leave a few hours earlier). And, she’s also a very interesting, nice person to get to know - I managed to get her to catsit in between two study abroad programs - a resourceful, intelligent and responsible young woman. Recommend happily...

Kate was an excellent sitter and house guest. I have had others watch my pet through rover but this was hands down my best experience. Kate took Roxie on walks, played with her, and gave lots of pets. She left the house immaculate upon her departure. I appreciated receiving some photo updates while I was on vacation.

Bethany took care of our home and Lucca very well. She was great with communication and check ins. Bethany also left our home the same way she found it. Clean, neat, and organized. We would definitely enjoy having Bethany sit again.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Lucy took such great care of my babies and was super attentive to my elderly dog, Rosie. I was completely at ease with having her take over while I was gone! Highly recommended!!

Chandra was such a great pet sitter! She was so fantastic with our pets and she sent great pics while we were away. We felt very safe with her caring for the animals. She also left our house so clean and tidy when we returned which is of course always appreciated. Highly recommend her as a sitter!

Lea is a great find. She was kind, caring and gentle with the dogs and left the flat spotless. I would definitely have her back in a heartbeat (so would Bobbi & Charley!).

Samson and I were so happy with Riz’ caretaking of both Sam and the house. He kept in good communication with me before and during the sit. It was clear, in the photos he shared, that Sam was very quickly comfortable with him. Riz was very in-tune with Samson and reached out to neighbors for pup play dates when Sam was being sad. Our neighbors were very impressed with how intent Riz was to take good care of Samson. I arrived home to a happy pup and a clean home. We hope Riz can sit again in the future.

Nuvan was excellent. He was a clear communicator, rapidly available, tidy, and so good to Emma. He arrived right on time with treats for Emma. He sent me daily updates during my time away, which was especially important to me as Emma had been recently injured. He left the house extremely clean, which was excellent to come back to, and even left a small return gift for me and my partner. Overall, an excellent house and pet sitter; we would love to have him back!

Kelly and her partner were great! They took really great care of our 3 dogs and our home. Thea(our 9 month old puppy) had her first 4th of July experience with fireworks and became a bit anxious in her kennel at night. Kelly's partner stayed up consoling her and helping her get back to bed the first night and the second she contacted me to let me know how they could help which included medication intervention. Kelly kept me updated daily with photos and you could tell she really loves animals. I trusted them both and they did an amazing job! Our pups were so happy and healthy to come home to. I recommend Kelly to anyone wanting a reliable pet sitter who will go above and beyond to make sure your pets are happy and well taken care of!

Gina kept our cat company over our two week trip. She took great care of her, taking the time to play and cuddle. She left our home clean and tidy. She was very organized, professional, and flexible, and didn’t ask for much from us. We’d love to invite Gina back to sit!

Anu took good care of our house and yard and chickens while we were out of town for two weeks. She made sure the chickens had food and water and watered and picked the garden. She contacted us when she had questions and always responded to my inquiries. Thanks Anu!

I was so appreciative of Kylie’s care and attention to our kitty and our home. She was very thoughtful and respectful — and clearly shared lots of kindness with our pet. She was flexible when we suggested a new timeframe and communicated very well. Our favorite was that we didn’t have to miss our kitty while we were away with nice updates on what they were up to together :) We’d welcome back Kylie anytime!
