Susana was a very friendly, communicative, and accommodating pet owner. She made the space feel clean, homey, and even left a few welcoming treats. Mlky and Roger were easy to care for and are quite independent. There were minor scheduling changes needed on both ends and our mutual flexibility enabled us to navigate them smoothly.
The communication with Andra was uncomplicated and straight forward. The arrangement to get to their place in Zurich was settled in short time. Their place is located in such a strategic location that city center and main to-visit areas are reachable by foot or by tram. Tram is only few minutes away. Taking care of Kaya and sushi was extremely easy as well. Kaya is such a lovely fluffy cute dog that everyone wanna pet her whenever we walk her! She loves attention and playing with you :) Sushi is pretty quiet, but in general we had fun staying with him and sometimes he will meow us to get some attention. Cute :D In short, we highly recommend anyone to house/pet sit with Andra & Adrian. They are easy going, reachable & responded fast despite on holiday, and being able to stay with Kaya and sushi was for us a sweet holiday as well in Zurich!

Valli was warm and welcoming. This was our first time sitting for large parrots but Valli gave us confidence we could be successful on our weekend stay. And Valli was very responsive when we texted with questions. Valli even took time at the airport to give us a page of recommendations for fun things to do. We booked a "Shelling Boating Adventure" with Treasure Seeker and collected the most amazing shells from nearby islands. Valli's family includes three magnificent parrots. Sammy is the bebopper - music gets her (and us) dancing. Scotty is super happy to sit in the pool tree each day and watch the world go by. Ava is the queen of the flock. I must have made her nervous because she pinched my knuckle which surprised me. (Of course, Ava could have really hurt me but did not - a testament to Ava's patience!) The pinch made me nervous about letting the birds out since I would have to handle them to get them back in the cages. Luckily, Valli told us before leaving that since our sit was only a few days, we did not have to let them out if we didn't want to. When Valli checked in later that night, I shared my experience. Valli coached me via text and put me back on a good track for letting the parrots out the next day. Since we planned a lazy day of girl talk, we let the parrots out early. Ava flew down and immediately climbed up one of the dining room wicker chairs and stayed. Sammy stayed on top of his cage. I carried Scotty outside to the tree. After lunch, Sammy and Scotty were a breeze to put back in their cages. I offered Ava the stick to step on and she bit it, so I texted Valli. She suggested showing Ava some treats and putting them in her dish and then Ava should climb right in. I did the treat trick but she did not climb down, so I offered her the stick a few times until about 4pm and asked for more help. Valli advised Ava doesn't like the stick and would just step on my arm if I put it behind her. It worked and Ava climbed right in. Unfortunately, when climbing up, Ava's beak put a small mark on the wicker chair back. And a day of sitting on the chair created a poopy mess on the chair and floor which cleaned up fairly easily except for the wicker. (I shared pics with Valli.) FYI: Parrot vocalizations are loud. We found using earplugs cut the parrot decibels down to a more normal level and still allowed us to chat with each other inside. (If you are working onsite, you will want to work from bedroom or outside as the parrots love to join in the conversations!) Valli's family also includes Fergus the dog who is the perfect ambassador of Love. Fergus is always ready for company and cuddles and kisses! You would never believe he's over ten years old, partially blind and extremely hard of hearing. Valli encouraged us to put Fergus on the couch at night. Fergus loves to snuggle on the couch near you but doesn't always judge getting down carefully. At one point, Fergus jumped off the couch and could not get up. He flailed around like a turtle. When I helped him to his feet, he could not stand on his left front leg. While he was not crying or yelping at all it was evident he could not stand. Talk about scary! I called for help and Valli had her neighbors rush over. Not sure what happened, but within 10 minutes Fergus was walking (slight limp at first) but was obviously fine. Thank goodness! Valli's home is exactly as shown in the pictures - spacious and beautiful in a lovely community. Just minutes from Bonita Beach and the Gulf beaches. Her big living room windows and pool face west for spectacular sunsets each night. There are plenty of shopping/grocery/dining options nearby. Can't thank Valli enough for taking a chance on us!
We loved hanging out with Rizzo! She is truly such a sweet dog. She loves a cuddle, is really good with people and is the perfect working from home companion. Rizzo has a few triggers when walking, but James showed us lots of good tricks to manage them and we quickly found a good rythme. James and Ryan’s place itself is absolutely lovely. Great location near loads of parks and public transport. The house is super comfortable and feels like an air bnb. James was a dream to communicate with and left a big house guide with everything you could want to know about Rizzo, the place and the neighbourhood. Thanks so much for having us James & Ryan!

Kelly is absolutely amazing. Her place is clean and comfortable and the dogs really are spoiled. She spends so much quality time with the dogs .I never worry one bit about my dog when she is with Kelly. The dogs are always happy and having a great time when I’ve stopped by to drop off or pick up. When we are gone for an extended period of time we get pictures and updates. Kelly's Creature Comforts is the only place we trusted to leave our yellow lab Gunner with! Kelly and everyone who works for her are amazing. Gunner had allergies and they were always happy to give him the care he needed. He loved staying with them. Now apart from boarding your dog they also have an incredible Sniff Park. You owe it to yourselves and your dogs to check her out.
Kelly's Creature Comforts was so perfect for my sweet Annie Oakley who was not even a year old. I felt like she had a "home away from home " feeling for a whole week. It is such a wonderful facility that provided my Annie with a spacious indoor play area along with lots of room to run and play outside and socialize with other dogs. She had her own little room with comfortable bedding and toys. Kelly is very knowledgeable and passionate about dogs (animals) and ensures a safe, very clean & lots of FUN environment for them. I live an hour away from Kelly but I would drive however long it took me to leave my Annie with her!! I highly recommend Kelly's Creature Comforts!! I can't wait for our next vacation so Annie can get some more "Kelly LOVE"!!!
I took my dog, Luna to Kelly's CC this summer while I was temporarily living in the area. Kelly was extremely warm and friendly. After our initial call, I knew that Luna would be in good hands with Kelly - a true dog watching pro. Luna had a few overnights with Kelly this Summer. Luna is a little bit of an anxious/ nervous girl, and Kelly went above and beyond to make Luna feel comfortable, and helped her eat when she was too nervous to eat. I felt relaxed and at ease knowing that Luna was in good hands with Kelly. I would definitely recommend her, she's fantastic!
I have been a big fan of KCC since my first use of their services six years ago. What started out as stopping by to see to the needs of my five cats morphed into using at-home walking services when I got a dog. I don't think a kinder, more loving group of people who show uptmost care and respect for animals and my home are available in my area. If my non-vocal Husky would talk he'd howl them high praise!
I love Kelly's Creature Comforts. This place is clean, Well organized, loving and is like a real home away from home. My 9 yr old Shepherd,who doesnt like me to be out of her sight, feels at home here and is treated with sensitive care and concern. Kelly really understands dogs and knows how to manage each one. Kelly makes sure that meds are given as prescribed and needed. The bedrooms for each dog are true luxury. There is clean room to play inside and out and sofas for dogs who like to feel at home. My boy loves the time he spends at Kelly's. He is very social and has alot of energy. I never have to worry about him cause I know he is well taken care of. Kelly's know their dogs!
I have used KCC several times to board my dog and wouldn't go anywhere else. Great facility for the dogs and I know Kelly will treat my pup with great care. She loves to romp with other dogs and KCC gives her all that and more. Cage free fun!
Highly recommend Kelly’s Creature Comforts! They are the best around. My Australian shepherd loves going to dog daycare each week. She gets excited when we get close to Sharon’s and always comes home happy and tired. I know my dog is cared for and loved and gets plenty of exercise. Forever grateful we found Kelly’s Creature Comforts as we never have to stress when we take a trip as I know our pup is getting the best care and feels at home! The best place for your furry best friend!
I really enjoy having Kelly's to take our dog to. He always enjoys himself, and comes home tired after having such a good time. Kelly is great with communications when she has your dog, and is very good at making sure your dog is the right fit for her place. She's definitely made it a home away from home for the dogs that visit.
Update: Austin and Jennifer are still the best! Our girls have stayed with them a couple times since our first review and every time they get so much playtime and love. Their pricing is fantastic as well! Austin and Jennifer are the real deal! We had our two girls stay with them over Christmas for 12 days and during that time we received frequent and timely updates with photos of our dogs having the time of their lives. Austin and Jennifer have a great set-up for outdoor playtime and even went above and beyond by taking on the responsibility of changing one of our dog's diapers and keeping her clean as she recovers from a booty-surgery. The best part was that each dog got a professional picture with Santa and a Christmas present to bring home - all free of charge. Overall, Austin and Jennifer are THE dog people to watch after your pets - we couldn't be happier and can't wait to use their services again.
Austin and Jennifer are the best! The boys started at just 11 weeks old when we had to take an unplanned trip!! They are loving and caring with the boys! Even though they are crazy they love them like they are their own! The boys get so excited to go and be able to play! If you are looking for a place for your dogs looks no further! As an anxious dog mom they have been nothing but great and I know the boys are in good hands!!
Austin and Jennifer are simply the best. I 100% not only trust them to take the best care of my dog, but I know how much my pup LOVES being there. She’s truly treated like family. They also send photo updates all the time which is fantastic, and they are really flexible with last minute requests - my husband needed surgery this week and they were happy to take my girl in for a few nights! Just the best.
They are amazing. They took on our dog who has recently experienced aggression towards others and dogs. They took her in and had no issues with her. Because they were willing they allowed me to see my daughter graduate basic training. I will forever be grateful for them!!

Austin went above and beyond for my boy Ace. I’ve tried a few different boardings in the area and have had a few issues afterwards. When Blackthorn took my German Shepherd, they made him feel like apart of the family. They sent me daily pictures of them feeding and playing with my boy Ace. I truly felt he was loved and cared for as if he was one of their own. Ever since leaving him with Austin, I will never leave my pup with anyone else. Thank you austin and the staff of Blackthorn. Austin is great with animals. I've used them twice so far and every time I've picked up my dog, she's been exactly the way I dropped her off. He has an immaculate kennel setup with indoor and outdoor runs and he even brings them inside. For Christmas my dog got to see Santa LOL!
Austin and Jennifer are a great team! They have built an incredible environment for dogs of all breeds and temperaments. Our blue heeler starts squealing with excitement when we hit their road and is so happy to say good morning! I appreciate that he comes home tired and spends his evening relaxing but does not seem exhausted or overworked. They ask questions and truly take time to build relationships with humans and their pets. We are so happy that we found Blackthorn Boarding Facility and highly recommend them!
I highly recommend this place to anyone who is needing there dogs watched. I took my husky beau and my air/lab hank here. Very friendly and knowledgeable and loved the pictures I was sent. I felt reassured my dogs were in good hands!
This place is awesome. It's clean and setup great for daycare or boarding overnight. We do daycare during the week and occasionally overnight. We just left our puppy 4 days and they treated her like one of their own. They really care about the dogs. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Austin and Jennifer. We have been taking our pups to Shaggy Shack for years! We absolutely love the staff and the extra care that they take with our animals. This family owned and operated business exceeds expectations every single time. They take extraordinary care with dog behaviors and are experienced dealing with multiple dogs and multiple behaviors. The owners have set their dog yards up so all dogs are cared for and protected. We cannot say enough good things! They take care of Koa like he is their own. He's been boarded here twice and have never been disappointed. Whenever we are on vacation and ask how he is doing we get an immediate response with pictures and video clips of him. He loves it here... He is always so calm when we pick him up.
Desiree at Shaggy Shack took great care of our Labradoodle when he went in for grooming, and he came back looking great. This is definitely where we're taking him.

My husband and I dropped off our dog for 4 nights. She was well taken care of and we got a full report from the staff on her stay when we picked her up. She's so tired from all the playing, she had a blast! She's usually a timid dog but at the Shaggy Shack she felt right at home! Thank you guys for taking such great care of her! The Shaggy Shack Pet Resort and the staff are amazing and provided such a great experience for my dog, Eliza. This was a new experience for Eliza and she gets nervous, however, Eliza stayed there multiple days and was so well taken care!! The staff obviously not only love dogs but are amazing at interacting with the dogs and making sure my slightly anxious dog was grouped with calmer dogs her size. I was so pleased she was able to enjoy some socialization without feeling overwhelmed. I think she had fun with the other dogs and the great staff! Charles was fabulous at keeping me apprised of her experience and I feel completely comfortable with leaving Eliza in such great hands. The staff and owner care about these dogs as individuals with their unique needs and seem to have an instinct with helping each animal to ensure they have the best experience possible. I highly recommend this well run and caring environment for anyone's pets

Shaggy Shack has been great for our puppy since day 1. He's an ACD and has a ton of energy. We use Shaggy for daycare to help him get the exercise he needs during the work week. They love him like their own and he comes home exhausted. The staff is great and friendly and we've had great boarding experiences there as well when we've needed. It's like a second home for our pups!

Emily is the best pet sitter! She has a magnetic personality with people, but the effect she has on dogs is supernatural. I have never seen my pup so excited to stay with someone else. I could not recommend anyone more than "Aunty Em"

Our boy Rico attended Brittney’s pack for a while. He loved it, he’d come home tired and happy. We always felt like he was well taken care of. He is a puppy and Brittney definitely tried her best to accommodate to his puppy needs. He even injured his tail because he was too happy, got “happy tail” one day. He is a little menace and tried to jump over the fence a couple times which caused him to injure his leg but Brittney was always very transparent and informed my husband and I. If your dog isn’t a little menace like ours you should totally go with Brittney’s outstanding business, the puppies have plenty of room to play and they will be loved and cared for. We will miss Brittney’s dog house very much.

They have boarding and they do grooming. I have done all three and you will be incredibly happy with either service you choose to use
Brittney is spectacular! I brought my puppy to her daycare over a year ago and just recently used her for boarding with my 2 dogs who are 1 and 3. My younger girl was a rescue from Mexico and she is very cautious around everyone but she loves dogs, I told Brittney my fears as we would be over 5 hours away with no cell service and she took excellent care of my babies. She helped me out when I didn't bring enough food and she kept me updated with pictures as a bonus! Great prices and always a great experience. so grateful to have a place i trust my dogs to go.
Brittney is amazing! She’s been watching our 3 dogs for 3 years now. We have her drop in on our pups on days my husband and I both work, we also have her help out when we go on vacation. She’s also dropped everything to take one of our dogs to the vet when my husband and I couldn’t make it. I couldn’t recommend her more. Our dogs love her. She’s super communicative and sends us lots of pictures when we are on vacation. We know our dogs are in good hands with her.
Brittney is literally the sweetest person! I searched high and low for a place to let my baby boy Boston have someplace to hang out at during the day while his Dad & I have to work. He is a 7 month old rottweiler that isnt neutered, so not a single place would even bother to acknowledge him or agree to meet him because he didnt meet their "requirements." Well Brittney didnt even hesitate to invite him over for a meet and greet with her pack of pups to see if Boston would fit in with her crew. You can tell she is passionate about what she does and how much she cares for her pack. My boy has been going to her place for daycare for about 2 weeks now and I cannot be happier about how excited he gets as soon as we turn into her lane. He sees her and he goes nuts, that's how I know she is amazing. Because dogs know when they are loved and cared for, and will show it ❤ She sends me updates (because I'm one of those hover moms that worries about everything) and even sent me pic updates to put my mind at ease. if you are looking for a place to bring your pup to burn off some energy, look no further. You will not regret trusting Brittney with the care of your pets.

We went on our destination wedding vacation and found this company through Google to board our dogs. We're very glad we choose them. We trusted them with our dogs and they did an amazing job caring for them. We will definitely use them again when we need a boarding kennel in the future.
We left our dogs here for just the one night. They were dropped off at 10am Saturday, with pick up being at 3pm Sunday, the next day. I was told that since they were being picked up after 11, we’d be charged for a second day. For two dogs for two days, I was told $90. I was also told that it was fine for us to pick up on a Sunday, as they had others doing the same. Upon pick up, we were told that because we were picking up on a Sunday that it was $162. That’s almost double what I was originally quoted, for them being there for only 29 hours. When we booked and dropped off dogs, we dealt with a man, who was friendly. Pick up was with a woman we had not dealt with, who was extremely rude, and said several times that it was suppose to be their day off. Not only that, we had sent enough food for our two dogs for their whole stay, already pre measured out. 8 bags for 4 meals that they’d have there. Only one bag was even used (which is only enough for one of two dogs). They may have been fed something else, but they were definitely not fed the three meals a day that they were suppose to do. Upon getting home, our female guzzled water, which makes us wonder when the last time they received water was. We will not use this kennel again, or recommend it.
Staff is friendly and the rates are very affordable. They recently expanded/remodeled and the new kennels for the smaller dogs look very nice. We have used them several times and never had any issues. Would recommend to anyone.
A great place to board your dog. Friendly and accommodating of any special circumstances. This was our first time boarding with someone that wasn’t family and we were very happy with their care. We have used them a second time and we’re just as happy with everything. This will be our go to boarding facility from now on. Thank You for all your hard work.

Have never had a problem with my dog going to Caviar Kennels. Manager Jimmy has an extensive knowledge of different dog breeds. I would so highly recommend this place to book your dog.
The owner is a nice, attentive sitter for our baby. He clearly loves dogs (has 4 of his own) We boarded him for 3 days (I only called twice) and o was happy and looked great when we came to pick him up. If you have ever had a dog boarded, you know what an upset, anxious , and stressed out dog looks like. NOT here! We trust him so much with our baby that we are going to board him there for 10 days while we are out of the country (I promise to only call 4 times)
I used this boarder on more than one occasion. Super affordable and they were very nice... Initially, I had to give vaccine records, but even after 2 years, I was never asked to provide updated records, even after one of my dogs vaccines were due (yes,they are all up to date currently). Though the owners are extremely friendly, it made me realize this is probably the case for all customers, and made me think about what kind of health-risk situation I was leaving my dogs in. On one scenario, I booked months in advance to ensure my dogs boarded together because they have extreme separation anxiety. The second day after I was on vacation,I received a call saying they all were separated into individual kennels because the guy went on vacation and the grandmother was too weak to handle all of the dogs herself. I was pretty upset and in a different country,so there was nothing I could do about it, despite my planning. The last and final time we used this boarder, they came back with horrible skin infections and that was where I drew the line. Lesson to bring away from this - pay more and get a better boarder. You get what you pay for.
This place is absolutely awful. The dogs are kept in filthy runs. My feeding instructions were not followed at all, they fed her HALF of her meals at most. She has sores on her feet and broken nails. This place is clearly run by people who have no idea how to care for animals and cannot follow basic instructions. Our cat faired only slightly better because he was kept inside their disgusting house. I am ashamed to have taken my animals here and hope to caution anyone and everyone to stay away from this business.
I left my dog there for almost 4 weeks and they took good care of him. The only issue is that when I picked up my dog he had a skin irritation/infection in his testicles for sitting too long, according to the veterinary. I had to apply an ointment and he had to use the cone of shame for a week so he wasn't happy.
