Highly recommend! Laura was always available for communication and provided us lots of photos and updates while we were gone. She took great care of our dog and our home!
I had THE most wonderful time with Izzy and Arty. Both are such sweet, snuggly pups who enjoy their local walks and seldom wanted to leave my side. Visiting in Summer, I also got to enjoy making the most of this beautiful home's location and roof top garden. This was definitely an all round fun sit.
Joy is a unique cat who loves climbing and jumping, and we had so much fun playing hide-and-seek with her! She needed a couple of days to get used to us and then became really friendly and joyful. The house is gorgeous and we had zero issues staying there. The location is perfect for exploring local state parks and the north part of the Olympic NP. We did not have a chance to meet Stephanie and Dean in person but they were always available to answer our questions when needed. Great sit, we highly recommend it!
I enjoyed my stay with these two cuties! Brienne is super cuddly while Hodor is a little shy. They were both well behaved and easy to care for. Kathleens place is comfortable and the location is in a quiet residential area but walking distance to restaurants, shops and a park.
We spent a week at Michelle’s with Seymour and Dolly. The doggies look like brothers; however, they aren’t, and their behaviors are very different. Dolly is super friendly and always gets excited about everything. She was always playing or simply sharing her time close to us. We had to work a little more to gain Seymour's confidence. He is shyer and preferred spending time in his own space. We gave him the space and time he needed without forcing him. Gradually, he became more confident, staying close to me when I was working and even closer during thunderstorms. It’s the rainy season, and the long afternoon storms didn’t help in keeping the house clean.
Jan was very welcoming and walked us through everything before he headed out on his travels. Ziggy is a giant loveable fluffy teddy bear who is as sweet as they come. Cosmo is super affectionate and loves his cuddles and will even tuck himself into bed with you. He loves to play fetch any chance he gets. Always had a toy in his mouth ready to play. He was adorable. They do need someone with the strength to walk them because when they see a duck or squirrel they try to run for it. Home was beautiful and comfortable. Pool was fun and enjoyable on those hot days. Thanks for letting us get to know your adorable duo.
Lily & Poppy are gorgeous, characterful girls. Poppy is very sweet & affectionate, who loves her walks & sniffing out anything she can, as terriers do; but once indoors, only wants to snuggle & have her tummy rubbed. Lily is now an elderly lady. She is a special girl, that will respond & flourish to gentle patience, understanding, love & affection. She will take a backseat in seeking affection, to Poppy's more exuberant requests, but please don't take that as a sign that she doesn't want to be nurtured & loved. Jamie & Juliet have a lovely home, with walks from the front door. They provide a very thorough handover & written guide & kindly invited me to join them for dinner as I arrived before their departure. I loved spending time with these special little girls & was sad to leave them both.
