Bruce and Kathryn are sincere when they say make yourself at home. I was pleasantly surprised when I was shown to the bedroom with a view over the bay. Kathryn took the time to show me around the place and share the location of her favorite local thrift store. The setting is striking.. Amazing sunsets over the bay and beautiful sunrises walking along the beach. And if your into bird watching the binoculars and books are there or sit on the comfortable deck and just watch the variety of birds coming and going. Best of all you get the pleasure of Layla’s company on walks as well as when she calmly lounges from spot to spot. We enjoyed exploring and playing fetch on the beach in front of the house and leaping over waves on the Nantasket Beach. She is willing to believe she is a lap dog, but content to circle up near you. It would be a pleasure to return to Hull.
Nutkin was an absolute joy, from his expressions and sounds, to his overall sweet personality, and that purrrrrrr.....what a sweet kitty! We had a great time on the couch for hair brushing time and both enjoyed the very well-detailed meal routines. Sue and Van were terrific hosts. Their home is full of character and story, and is impressively well stocked. Sue was incredibly thorough in providing instructions, resources and beautiful hospitality. I loved the views from my room and really, from any window. Their home and vast land is rich in history, natural beauty and has clearly been loved and cared for. I would be honored to spend time with Nutkin again!
Holly and her pets are the best ever. Holly has a beautiful home in Snohomish and her pets are friendly and wholesome. After our pet sitting, I can confidently say that Toby is my best friend. We went to the nearby river to play most of the days - he loves to play fetch and he can never get enough. Toby is always smiling and has a lovable personality. Boo and Mishka are the best cat. Mishka really likes to keep to himself, but Boo is a cuddly cat. We loved pet sitting for Holly and would do it again in a heartbeat.
