Jenny and her pups are simply wonderful. Caring for Captain and Ruby was a joy and very easy. I started missing their loving gentle personalities the moment I left. The house is beautiful and comfortable and set in a pleasant pedestrian friendly neighborhood. Port Ludlow is a gem of a community.
This was a short but outstanding sit. Shelley’s house is in a desirable location in SF within walking distance of the Bay and a major park but there are also buses and rental bikes nearby. Shelley was gracious as a host and a great partner in caring for her elderly cat, Orange. The cat slept a lot but was charming when awake, following us around like a dog and communicating his needs. For this sit, it was important to give Orange eyedrops and pills on a twice a day timeline. It was easy to pill him and give him the drops. We highly recommend this sit and would be happy to return.
I had a wonderful stay with Dodger and Sarah at this absolutely precious home! Julie is welcoming, kind and great to communicate with. Dodger is a laid-back, loving big boy who likes to play with his toys as well as hang out on the relaxing deck out back. Once Sarah warms up, she is the sweetest girl! I loved our nightly snuggles. It was hard to tell them goodbye. I cherished my time at this sit and would highly recommend it. I'd return as often as I'm able.
My stay at Gunila's was simply fantastic. She picked me up from the airport and I got to know her. She is a really nice and funny person and I was very happy to be able to meet her in person. I would like to thank her again for picking me up and leaving the house super clean and providing me some mosquito protection 😁 eventhough they really enjoyed my blood. The location is perfect for people who like peace and quiet. The walk to the beach may take about 15 minutes and you definitely get your daily steps in. The two boys were super sweet and we hit it off right away. Since they are outdoor cats, it's pretty easy to take care of them. But they are full of love and love to cuddle, especially Puma loved climbing onto my lap and spending the whole evening and night there. Sambo is an old gentleman who loves to eat and is happy when he gets his snacks, he also loves to cuddle and they were two wonderful cats. Communication with Gunila was also great, she was always available for any questions and concerns. A warm-hearted woman, wonderful cats, and absolutely amazing views from the terrace. I would love to come back anytime and can recommend this host 💯
Vinny is adorable! He is so easy going, kept me such good company & been giving me so much love during my stay. The house is so lovely you instantly feel comfortable and at home and it has everything you need. Morgan & Rory are so welcoming. their communication, generosity, the little gestures that makes a huge difference. Even leaving me some delicious cooked food in the fridge! This is the best first pet sitting on this platform I could ever ask for. Can't thank you enough and I'll be happy to come back and look after Vinny anytime :)
I recently had the pleasure of house and pet sitting for Wasma, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish! The sit was very well-organized, though there were quite a few changes to the plan. Flexibility is key for this sit, but Wasma was fantastic about communicating any changes promptly and checking in with me as soon as possible. The house is in a lovely, very new, and modern area that is well connected. It was super easy to access central London, with Oxford Circus just 30 minutes away on the Victoria line. I had my own room and bathroom, which made the stay very comfortable. As for the pets, Tina the dog was an absolute darling. I mainly looked after the two cats, who were gentle and loved cuddles – they made me feel right at home. To top it all off, Wasma even cooked me a lovely meal, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys a well-organized, flexible, and pet-friendly sit!

I am so thankful that I found Whiskers and paws this summer! Betty and her husband are wonderful and immediately made me feel comfortable leaving my dogs. This is some thing I really struggle with because I worry that no one will care for them as much as I will, but my girls were so comfortable with Betty I was able to relax without any worries. Now I’m thinking about all of the trips. I’ll be able to take having a wonderful reliable place where my extra needy dogs can be happy without me.
Betty and her husband did such an awesome job taking care of my mom’s dog Clifford. They kept us updated with pictures and videos during our stay in Orlando. One of the best experience we’ve ever had. Betty and her husband are 100% trustworthy and caring. We left our 9 month old toy poodle with them and they cared about him so much! They made sure he was comfortable, made sure he ate, asked me for permission before giving him anything. I left him for 3 days and I did not have to worry about anything. I knew he was in good hands and she constantly sent me pictures and videos. I will only be using Whiskers and Paws Petsitting when visiting Orlando. Such great people and a great atmosphere for the dogs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend, don’t look anywhere else, just book your stay you will not regret it. The amount of love given to our puppy was amazing!

Leaving her to go to a wedding was a bit scary. The very moment I met this lovely couple and saw their beautiful home, I knew Bella was in the best possible care. And I honestly felt like I never left her!! They provided constant updates and photos. They gave her so much love, comfort, and care. It really made a stressful situation extremely easy. I think our dog enjoyed her vacation more than being at our house!!! If they took people, I’d check in tomorrow🙂 I will forever recommend them. Thank you, Betty and Rick. Bella has been with me through everything (15 years) and leaving her is never easy. You guys were phenomenal and I know we’ll be able to go on trips more now that she has a second home🩷
Betty and Rick were wonderful with our sweet 10 month old Shih-Tzu, Teddy. We were a bit nervous leaving him for the first time, but they took those nerves away instantly. He stayed with them three different days while we were in town visiting the amusement parks. He had so much fun playing with the other dogs and going on walks. We loved receiving videos and pictures throughout the day. This reassured us that he was being well cared for and having fun too. They are great people who truly have a love of animals. We plan to bring him again when we are back in the area.
I can’t say enough about this team!! After one visit, we’ll never board anywhere else again. From the initial introduction call and meet and greet to the entire experience while we were away, it was absolutely incredible! They answered every question I had, did everything possible to ease our minds and ensure our pup was comfortable, and sent numerous photos and videos. It was by far the best experience we could have asked for and are so blessed to have found them! Highly recommend!
I can't speak highly enough about Betty and her husband. They are wonderful people that took amazing care of our puppies. We are very over protective of them and were very hesitant to leave them at a kennel on our family vacation. Because we were coming from out of state it made it that much harder to find a place that we felt comfortable with. When I came across Whiskers and Paws and saw that she looks after the dogs in her home and treats them like family I just loved that idea. Betty was quick to return my calls and texts and happy to answer all my questions. She provided pictures and videos of other animals she was looking after and without question calmed my nerves. My dogs had a great time and that enabled my family and I to enjoy our vacation without worrying about our puppies all day. When visiting again I will absolutely be giving Betty a call.
Betty went above and beyond to care for our very old sweet boy Scruffy! He ended up having some different health issues pop up while we were out of town and he was under Betty’s care, and it was so helpful how communicative and proactive she was in getting him to his vet and taking care of him. They even took turns staying up watching over him at night. Truly above and beyond and takes care of your pet like they are their own. Appreciate you all very much!
5 stars aren’t enough for how amazing these people are!! We dropped off our 8 month old Yorkie for the afternoon, and she was so loved and cared for the entire time. Not only were we given frequent updates, but Betty did a complimentary photo shoot for Christmas. I have never felt so reassured and comfortable leaving our puppy with anyone. My shih-tzu Sachi stayed at Whiskers and Paws and it was wonderful. Betty sent me pictures and videos while I was on my trip. She was very attentive, caring and gave me updates on how she did everyday. Sachi really felt like she was at home. It really looked like Sachi was living her best doggy life while in her care. Overall great service and would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for a petsitter for small dogs. FIVE STARS!
They took great care of our fur babies! We have two small dogs, one of whom is almost 16 years old and has always had us around, but I had no worries because I knew they were being well cared for. They were flexible with our delayed flight and stayed in constant contact in case our schedule changed. Our dogs were happy, cuddled, walked, and you could feel the love they have for dogs!
I had an excellent experience with the staff being friendly and they took great care of my Golden fur baby while I was away. We were down from TN visiting my mother in law and discovered that our 7mo Yellow lab was suffering from separation anxiety whenever we left her condo ...... much to the annoyance of her neighbors. We had planned to take our kids to Gatorland and were at a loss and felt terrible that the kids would be disappointed. We found Danielle and her husband online and they literally saved our vacation! They treated our fur baby like one of their own and even sent me pictures of him playing with their dogs during the day. The price was very reasonable and they were only about 10 minutes from the park! I would absolutely use them again when I'm in the area. 5/5 stars all day!!

My fur baby Leah Pearl did an eight day stay at the BEST of the BEST, Universal Dog Care Orlando this Thanksgiving. She was well taken care of and had a ball meeting new friends🐶. We discovered Universal Dog care Orlando online by the awesome google reviews they had and right away knew they were going to be great at taking care of our Nico while we were out on our cruise trip. Grammy and grandpa are the best at taking care of fur babies! Nico recently got diagnosed with reverse sneezing so he now has to take pills in the morning and at night to help with his allergies and they did not have an issue with that and gave his medication on time. Pictures were provided several times a day and Nico looked so happy and like he was having a great time! also quick response to our text messages. So glad I went with Universal Dog Care Orlando. They provided top notch service. My pet wasn’t just boarded in a kennel, he was cared for in an environment that he was able to be comfortable and play with other dogs. My husband and I were visiting Orlando for a few days for a conference and needed to board our pups for a few days. We stumbled upon Universal Dog care after doing some searching and were blown away at their reviews. Let me tell you… the reviews are legit!! The level of care, love and attention they showed to our dogs was unmatched by any other service, and we’ve been to some great places. They sent pictures throughout the day, but the best part of that was how incredibly happy our dogs looked at all times. Always playing, always smiling and tails wagging. It’s always a little scary going to a new place but they went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Forever grateful!!
I had a last minute trip to Orlando and had to bring my puppy with. I was so hesitant in leaving him just anywhere. I read all the 5 star reviews Universal Dog Care has and decided to try them. I messaged them and got a prompt response. Since day one that I left my little champ there I received messages and pictures to let me know my pup was just fine! I left him 3 days over night and I can’t thank them enough and to top it off their prices are so affordable. Again thank you so much for all you do!
This was a life saver. Last minute trip to Sea world and found out about the pet care center. Very easy process, low cost. the kennel was clean, staff very friendly and I was able to bring whatever was needed to make my pup comfortable. Note: call ahead of checking on your pet and checking out to give staff member time to meet you there.

We have 2 small dogs and have been getting them familiarized with ana and her home with day visits over the past 6 months in preparation for our October cruise it goes without saying, that she was phenomenal with her care for our kids and during our entire vacation, not once was i concerned about their care, safety, comfort or happiness. She sent pictures and videos regularly throughout their entire stay. Ana is very knowledgeable and has had on hand experience working with dogs in a veterinarian office and a boarding facility and is currently studying in the field for her degree. I give her a shining 5 star recommendation. I will not leave my kids anywhere else in the future.
Ana took care of my Roni for 2 weeks and i couldnt be any happier. She is the best pet sitter i have encountered here in the orlando area. It is lovely to see how caring she is with all the dogs and her communication is excellent.

We have a seventeen-year-old poodle mix. She is both deaf and blind, and we do not like to leave her in the kennel. Luckily we found a VRBO in Kissimmee that allowed dogs. Next, we needed someone to take her out when we were in the parks. Cozy Paws came to our rescue. Anna came twice a day to take her out and feed her. She sent pictures and was very dependable. You can depend on Anna.
Ana was amazing with my baby Ayla, she took great care of her and sent updates. She was so helpful and responded right away when we found ourselves in a bind having to leave her for a few days.

Love this place! The first time I used them for boarding, it was great. The second time I used them for boarding they did forget that my girls were supposed to be in the dog park that I paid extra for. We realized this after not seeing the girls show up on the outdoor play cameras all day. When it was addressed, they made it right by taking care of us for an additional day of dog park play for the girls. I still returned and used them again and would highly recommend their services. Their staff is very friendly and truly care and love the dogs. The facility is very clean and spacious and my girls always have a great time.
We love Pet Paradise! We travel to our Villa every few months and love to bring our dog to Pet Paradise while we go to the parks or run errands. Our dog comes home perfectly exhausted from his day at camp. We only wish you were open later in the case we wanted to stay at the parks later. Otherwise, absolutely awesome and would highly recommend.
My wife and I live in south Florida and travel to Disney World often as we have annual passes. We have used Rover in the past as we wanted our dogs to be able to stay in the comfort of their own home. Though we felt bad as they learned to know when we would be leaving for our mini vacations as we would grab our suit cases and our dogs would get visibly upset. So we decided to take them with us on our last trip to Disney and have them stay at Pet Paradise. We can not say enough about how good this dog resort is. My wife and I love that they have live cameras that we can check in on them from time to time and see them playing in the court yards or indoor play areas. Our dogs were exhausted when we came to pick them up. From playing so much. The staff there were amazing in their care for pets. We will continue to bring our dogs here in the future when we do our trips to Disney World.
We were vacationing in Orlando and planning to go to Volcano Bay the next day. Last min we thought of a boarding place for our two mini Australian shepherds. Around 7am the next day I called some places and they were either unresponsive or way to pricey. I found Pet Paradise and first thing I did was read the reviews, and they helped me make my decisions, so I would love to do that for someone else. I called them and let them know I had two mini Aussie that were both not neutered. She told me that wasn’t a problem at all. I made an appointment through their app which was really easy to do. And just had to email them my dog medical records. And just like that I was having so much fun in Volcano Bay and not worrying about my dog in a hotel room. I got pictures sent to me of my dogs and watched them playing with the staff on the live camera they had. Overall my dogs had an amazing time and I did not have to worry about them. Since it was their first time, it was free for them which was amazing. We just paid $10 for pictures of our dogs while they were there. We definitely recommend Pet Paradise!
Awesome Experience!! We boarded our golden doodle Duffy for 9 days at Pet Paradise Lake Buena Vista. This was his first time going to a pet hotel. I did a lot of research back-and-forth touring different boarding places. I’m so happy that I chose Pet Paradise at Lake Buena Vista! For the very beginning, touring the facility and drop off everything was seamless. The staff is extremely friendly and tentative to Duffy’s needs! A shout out to V who gave Duffy lots of love ! April also did also an amazing job with Duffy’s grooming.. Super clean, beautiful new facility, tentative staff. Highly recommend! Thank you 👍
I brought my dog for the first time, and I was watching on the cameras how they were trying to socialize him and they were very careful. He failed at this time. However, I might look into the training that you also offer. Kyle, The manager was very very nice and even though I had a free day I still tipped them $40. for my appreciation
The staff is incredibly patient and flexible. Our dogs are very skittish and hesitant when it comes to new people and environments, and even though one of our dogs showed some resistance at first they still allowed them another opportunity and they eventually settled in and had a blast.
The staff was very nice and the facility was very clean! They will give you a tour if you ask. They have online cameras you can watch your dog play at day camp. You don't need a login (as of now), so you could go on their website and see how they interact with and watch your animals. Day camp also has different tiers. Dolores goes occasionally. She enjoys the pool in the morning with the other k9s and a hybrid indoor outdoor place. Play all day and a place out of the sun to rest when she is done. The staff seem attentive, and it seems like a good environment. The first time she went to camp, she had so much fun running on the turf that she got blisters on her paws. They put some stuff on her paws and monitored it the next time, and she has been fine since. They also have different classes of pet hotel stays. Only the top level one has a camera to check in on your pup. It's generally sort of expensive, but Dolores loves it (So, does my wife. It is sort of cute). Dolores is always so tired from playing all day!
Took my dog here on our trip to orlando. Advertised great things, however didn't receive any of those amenities. Never was able to see my dog on the camera. Called multiple times to see what was going on and was left on hold for minutes or didnt get an answer at all. Had to end up going up there to check on my dog, and they said he was getting only 2 hours of outside time a day, even though he was staying for 4 days and 4 nights. When I picked him up, I informed them that I still never seen him on the camera, and the very nice worker told me he only went outside 10 minutes in the morning and 10 in the afternoon. They left him boarded and caged up for the rest of the day I assume. They advertised plenty of play time that my dog didn’t receive. He also came back smelling like pee, and with dried up boo-boo stuck to his bottom.
Took our two pups there for Doggie Day Care while we were at Disney. The staff and facility are awesome and the pups had a great time and were super excited everyday. The drop-off and pick up hours during the week were perfect for what we needed. We wished the hours on the weekend were longer but we made it work, but its also understandable most don't send their pups to Doggie Daycare on the weekend. We will definitely be taking the pups there on our next trip and recommending this place to other friends who are making the trip.
I’ve been taking my golden retriever, Ruby, to V.I.Pet Resort since the beginning of 2024, and I’m beyond happy with all their services and incredible staff. Ruby has gone for boarding, daycare, and grooming, and each experience has been fantastic. During her most recent boarding stay, she had a small ear infection, and the staff went above and beyond in caring for her. They even sent me pictures during her stay! The groomer offered to dye her tail pink and purple and painted her nails pink—she looks so cute and always seems happy and well cared for when she’s with them. I completely trust V.I.Pet Resort to take care of Ruby when I’m out of town or when she needs some socialization at daycare. I love that they do holiday events and celebrate when it’s a dog’s bday. Their team is amazing—friendly, sweet, and knowledgeable. Once, while I was away, Ruby developed a UTI, and they worked with my vet to get her diagnosed, medicated, and cared for until I could return. Their communication was constant and reassuring throughout, which made a world of difference. I’m so grateful I found V.I.Pet Resort. I highly recommend them—10/10!
We are Miami natives and took our baby snow here while we were at universal which is 10 minutes away and they were absolutely amazing! They sent lots of pics and vids, were very kind with her & us, groomed her nicely, gave us the sweetest report card etc. I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back when we visit the parks again! I have been bringing my dog Mookie to VIP for about a year now and couldn’t be happier. I have brought my dog to a few different boarding places over the years and they are by far the best, you can tell they truly care about the pets! Every time we walk in they greet Mookie by name, it’s such a nice personal touch. My favorite part is the pictures/updates they send!!
Our corgi had a blast at daycare and boarding! The staff was incredible! We got photo updates and notes on her behavior. It helped reduce our stress about leaving our dog while we went to DisneyWorld. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with a friendly dog!
Our kids love coming here any time we are in Orlando. This Thanksgiving we made a point to come to Orlando for their 8th Birthday's Brother & Sister. Best daycare ever. Picture of them passed out in bed, after a full day of Vipet Resort Fun! Thanks to the staff for taking such great care our babies. They will be back tomorrow morning. Only place we will leave our kids.
The employees at VIPet Resort take excellent care for my fur baby. As a rescue dog, he was shy and aggressive in the first few weeks after adopting him. But now he loves to get belly rubs and snuggle with them which often makes for some good photos of him having a great time at daycare.
My Maltipoo pup Piper is a regular when we travel to Orlando. The staff is amazing! ⭐️ Kind, thoughtful, and very responsive to making sure it’s a great experience for your pet and parents. Plus the facilities are extremely clean and very well maintained. Play areas have plenty of room and experiences for them to have fun. I love the Champions Club for smaller breeds, Piper made some great furry friends there. Five Stars, yes!!!!
We had a very good experience. The staff were very friendly as well. My two cats, Noll and Mango, stayed here for the day in their own closed in space, which was just the service we needed while repairs were happening in the house. Thanks!
Absolutely LOVE this place! I truly wish that they were located near my home. We needed a place for our dog to stay (5 days) during a family trip to Kissimmee. Fortunately, they were 20 min away from where we stayed. Not only did they provide daily pics of her, but she looked so well kept and happy. I felt so at ease when I received those pictures. As long as you give them full instructions and pack the proper care items for your pet, they will treat them as if it's their own. Very nice staff. Would definitely take her once a week as a play pal if I lived local. Amazing experience for my girl, Solei!
We have been taking our dog here since he was of legal age and vaccination to attend. It’s been over 2 years now and it’s his home away from home. The staff treat him like their own and he’s always so excited to walk in. They love him as much as he loves them and I can’t ask for more from a daycare facility. Excellent place to consider for your dog!
We’ve done both daycare and boarding due to travel. The attention is excellent and their services are outstanding. The staff is friendly and professional and take good care of our pet. We took our dear Olivia for a bath and to get her claws trimmed. She gets shy at first but then has an awesome time with the other doggies at the center. 🐾 Happy places make happy dogs! 🐶
If i could put 0 stars i would but, since they took my boy in last minute for christmas i guess they get one star. i dropped my boy off at a healthy 80lbs and he comes back with his ribs showing, noticeably smaller and immediately gorging down a bowl of food (he has never done this, he is a slow eater.) i only received back a few cups of food when he was sent with 8 cups a day and it seems as though he ate none of it. Pictures of my boy before and after. My boyfriend also told me when picking him up it reeks of urine in the building.
Amazing service. We dropped him off for daycare and picked him up with no issues. Staff is very friendly. Our dog did not get sick, when we have taken him to other doggy daycares he gets sick the following day. I absolutely love this place. 💗 🐶 thank you guys! …
Incredible, honestly. I made last minute plans for daycare for my service dog. He came back tired, happy, and thanks to a reasonably priced bath: clean. He was howling in every picture they posted so clearly he enjoyed himself. A literal vacation lifesaver and treated us like regulars. Would definitely come back.
My husband and I were traveling from out of town to go to Universal theme parks in Orlando when we learned that our puppy has some pretty bad separation anxiety and would not be able to stay in our hotel room unattended. Hounds Town was a huge life saver! They were able to schedule the puppy's evaluation for the very next day and we were able to leave him there after the eval. They took wonderful care of our boy and we are so thankful we found them. We are coming back in December and are looking forward to bringing him there again during our stay. I would highly recommend!
I have loved my experience bringing my dog, Zack, to daycare at Hounds Town! He comes home happy and tired. What keeps me coming back is the photos they post of the dogs having a blast at daycare! I love seeing that he’s happy and playing with his little friends.
There is so much I want to say I don’t know where to begin. Hounds town is an amazing place to leave your pet. This was our first time traveling with our pet and we didn’t want to leave him alone in the hotel while we went to the parks. I searched for doggy day cares in the area and hounds town listened to all of my concerns and patiently answered every one of my questions. They made me feel very comfortable and when I brought my dog in they treated him with so much care it was great! We will definitely be leaving our dog at Hounds Town again!! Thank you
We found this place on Friday. We had never heard of them and apparently they just opened 5 months ago. The staff were very nice and helpful as we filled out all the paperwork. They then tested our dogs with one of the dogs there and apparently they passed. We dropped them off. We called on Saturday and checked on them and then picked them up on Sunday. The dogs were happy. I took my dog out to pee and he went right back in with me with no hesitation. The dogs were happy but exhausted. They slept a lot the next 24 hours. We will be back to Hound town.
We took our very active puppy here once and he immediately loved it! He always loves visiting his friends at Hounds Town, and they always welcome him bright and early in the morning! I love being able to see photos of his day at Hounds Town, while I’m at work, and seeing how happy he is there! I highly recommend bringing any level of activity dog to Hounds Town! Can’t leave your dog at home alone all day while you’re at work? Hounds Town’s got you covered! They will make you and yours happy!!
Just want to say how incredible this place is, my dogs Mac & Miller will complete their month long stay on 10/1/22 and we have had nothing short of an incredible experience. The foster who was caring for my 2 pups abandoned them at the shelter without my knowledge, I was incredibly distraught not knowing what to do (we are in a temp living situation & couldn't have them) - I inquired here and they got them in QUICK! They are wonderful people and a beautiful facility! We finally get them back and move into our new home next week!!! I just love how active they are with posting pictures/videos every day, and the email communication is also top tier! I HIGHLY recommend them & will be utilizing this facility in the future 10000%!!!!
Ben and Reta are Amazing!!! Was looking for a last minute boarding place for my Dog Cody and I’m so glad I found these two!! They made sure my little Cody was well taken care of and the love they have for animals is beyond words! My boyfriend and I were staying in Orlando for a few days to go to universal and we loved that throughout each day they would send us cute updates of our Cody and what he was up to. When we first arrived at Ben and Reta’s, they sat on the floor so that Cody felt comfortable and took their time getting to know him. They don’t require that you crate your animals which I loved, because I wanted my Cody to feel at home. Their daily rate was more than reasonable and they don’t try to charge you all these extra fees like a lot of other Pet resort places do. If you’re looking for a dog boarding place that will go above and beyond to take tremendous care of your pet/pets look no further. I don’t think I could bear to take my Cody anywhere else when I visit Orlando. Thank you guys again so much!!!
Ben and Reta are exactly who should be watching your fur babies. They love animals and are very thoughtful to our expectations of a caregiver. They listed to and honored our parameters. Since everyone has different framework for their pets, we really appreciate this. We got tons of pics and videos of our active puppies. They treated them so well we were worried they wouldn’t want to leave. We can’t say enough about these sitters that feel like fam. ❤️
Ben and Rita are amazing! We were lucky to find them a few years ago when we were going out of town for a few days and never had left our pups home. We have 4 dogs, all different personalities. Ben made our vacation by showing our pups love and taking great care of them. He sent us a ton of pictures and videos of our pups during our vacation. Our pups love Ben and Rita! We have used their service many times and will continue to do so! I highly recommend them!

Benjamin and Reta are exceptionally well with my two dogs. Being a first time dog owner I was always afraid to put the trust in others to take care of my dogs but the moment I found Ben and Reta , made all fear go away. I’ve been using them since my boy Ace was a puppy and now he’s 1 almost 2 in June. Ben always provided me with knowledge about dogs being that I was a first time owner. In the beginning I only had Ace and even transitioning to having Tyson, the experience remained the same. Ben and Reta definitely love our dogs like they’re their dogs. It’s a true paradise experience for Ace and Tyson. They are very hands on and always make my boys feel loved and happy. I have used them for house drop in visits and boarding. They play outside and take them on walks. They always make sure my dogs have fresh water, food and clean bowls. Photos and videos are always provided from the time they enter the home until the time they leave and I appreciate them for making sure my home is secured before leaving. During boarding, unlike most people. I was able to visit their home and actually see where my dogs would be spending time. They have a beautiful home very safe and secure. Same as drop in visits , photos and videos are sent throughout their stay. Majority of the day and definitely throughout their entire stay we are updated with photos. They make sure they have all dog information before boarding. From the doctor they attend, shot records , food they eat, and they make sure they ask for anything we may not want them to have or do. Which is important! I truly have nothing to worry about when it comes to my dogs. Thank you guys so much. We deeply appreciate it!
My husband and I are SKEPTICAL about boarding places because of past experiences. We went on a hunt for a new boarder due to ours having an emergency. We bumped into Doggy Doodle Stuff Pet Care Services and it was the BEST experience we had. Ben and Reta welcomed us into their home for a meet and greet. In the past meet and greets have been at the front door or none at all. We were invited to sit down and offered water. They both sat on the floor to meet my baby Novah at her level which for me meant A LOT. Ben and Reta both sat there for about 30 minutes to get to know us. They also had every room in their home opened so Novah can scope the place and feel it out. This isn’t common! They then walked us to their backyard to show us and played catch with Novah for about 15 minutes. Ben and Reta gave us hugs and let us know we were more than welcomed to have Novah there if needed. So guess what? We booked them. When we dropped Novah off we left crying because we have separation issues with her lol. When I say that I did NOT have to worry about Novah I mean it. We received pictures and videos the entire time. They even allowed Novah on their bed to watch TV with them. Who does that? Ben and Reta!!!! When we picked Novah up she was excited to see us but she didn’t drag us to the car like she has in a few other places. She was ok with going back in while Reta handed us her belongings. She even went back to Reta and sat by her legs. Novah came home pooped from the vacation she had with her Uncle Ben and Aunt Reta. If you LOVE your doggie like me and have anxiety leaving them places, I can guarantee that Ben and Reta is the way! They actually LOVE the dogs and take care of them like their own. They do not just dog sit them. Thank you so very much guys we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Miss Emily’s was amazing! I boarded my 5 month old kitten, Sammy, there this past weekend and they took exceptional care of him. They were super communicative with me whenever I had questions or just wanted an update on Sam. They definitely gave him lots of love this weekend and I’m so glad he had a friendly and loving place to stay while I was away. I know there’s not too many reviews for cat owners on here so I wanted to let you guys know that they treat their kitties amazing as well. He had lots of playtime and social time with the workers from what I could see. I definitely recommended Miss Emily’s if anyone needs to board their cat.
I picked up Sonny from boarding with Miss Emily’s- this was our first time boarding & I was very anxious as this was my first time away from my dog, however miss Emily’s made me feel so at ease and took care of my baby! I trust them to take care of him moving forward and absolutely adore the staff! My dog had his first experience with doggie daycare last week at Miss Emily's bed and biscuit. He was a resurender dog when I got him from the pound. He is afraid of kennels and crates. Emily's was a positive experience for him. Just look at that face. It says it all. We are looking forward to future visits.

Miss Emily’s Bed & Biscuit has been nothing but amazing to me and my pup! When I first took my puppy she was super timid and didn’t love being at daycare, but, the staff put together a plan for her! They eased her into being in the play room with other dogs and also put her in a room with another friend. That way she was constantly with friends and was getting more comfortable with dogs her size and that were bigger than her. They really helped my little dog get out of her comfort zone!! Now, everyday I take her to daycare she so so so excited to see all the staff and her fur friends!! They take so many pictures, give her treats, and love her unconditionally while I am at work! They also give me so many updates on how she did that day, and funny stories of what my pup did! They truly do love every single fur baby that goes to daycare! I love Miss Emily’s and the wonderful staff as well!!!

Todd is amazing! My Bootsie came from a puppy mill and is afraid of everyone. It’s amazing that she loves Todd and let him pet her at the meet n greet. I knew right then that we found a great company to walk our dogs while we are at the parks. They are super responsive and easy to work with. They have an online portal where you receive photos and an update about your visit. I was able to pay via the online portal using my cell phone with was super easy. Paw Academy Per Care is fantastic and I will use them for future visits while at Fort Wilderness. And their rates are very reasonable!
If I could give them 10 stars ⭐️ I would! We used Paw Academy Pet Care on our most recent visit to Disney’s Fort Wilderness Campground. I had searched to find a way to help make sure our pups were taken care of while we were at the parks and I came across several recommendations for Paw Academy, I sent them a message prior to my trip and they were so quick to respond. We set up a meet and greet for when we arrived at the campground with owner Scott. I instantly felt like my pups were in good hands after speaking to Scott. We booked them for 4 days of our park visits, our pet walker was Todd and let me tell you about Todd! He is an incredible human! He treated my dogs like they were his own, he took them on long walks, gave them all the puppy cuddles, treats and sent me pictures and updates about them while he was there. From the first day of Todd coming over to our camper, I felt such peace knowing I was able to continue my park day and my pups were well taken care of. We came back to the camper for feedings but they would have done that as well! I will continue to use this company each time we visit the fort. Thank you Paw Academy Pet Care! We for forever thankful for you and your team!
Cannot say enough good things about Paw Academy Pet Care and specifically Todd. Just back from our 3rd trip to Disney staying at Fort Wilderness and using them for our pups. They are so kind, patient, understanding and communicative. One of our pups has never met a stranger so she's never a worry. Her brother, however, is a very anxious, needy grump with multiple health issues. Todd's level of care and attention to detail gives us such peace of mind so that we can enjoy our days out and about.
We spent a week at Disneys Fort Wilderness resort in our camper with our 2 dogs. We needed pet care for the days that we were going to spend in the parks. Paw Academy was highly recommended by other people who have stayed at Disney. Todd was very prompt in answering our inquiry about pet care and then he met us right on time at our site in the campground to meet our dogs and to talk about the care they would need. His first meet and greet was fantastic as he spent time getting to know our dogs and listening to the details that we gave him regarding walks and feeding them dinner. We set up three different days for Todd to come to take care of our dogs twice a day. He was fantastic!! Every time he went over to take care of the dogs, he sent pictures and a great write up about the time that he spent with them.. We were very confident that our dogs were very well taken care of. Next time we visit Disney, we will definitely call Paw Academy again!
I'm so happy I found Paw Academy! It was our first time leaving our Lola girl for extended hours, and we were all very nervous. Scott made sure to come out and meet her before we left for our Disney day. My kids and I were feeling very anxious at first, but then we received her first set of pictures for her first visit, and we felt so relieved! Very detailed update and 8 cute pictures of our girl. We will definitely be using their services again on our next visit!
My dog Opal really loves the staff. We're having the services at least for the past 6 months and everyday my dog gets excited around the time that it's her walk. I appreciate the care provided by the company, the guys are really pet-lovers.
Paw Academy Pet Care took such wonderful care of our little Freddy while we were at Disney. It was great for him to be in the comfort of the hotel and have someone come to walk him, feed him and give him lots of cuddles. We loved that they help him feel comfortable during some of the t-storms as he gets anxious. Our little rescue was very happy and enjoyed the human company. We loved seeing all of his pictures in the portal and the communication was great. We liked that they met him before the service and took note of all of his needs. We will definitely be using them again.
Recommended to us from friends and neighbors we trust. And what a great recommendation. Our poor kitty had surgery issues, so this was particularly important that we had the right pet care professionals while we were away. Wow! So attentive, so caring and definitely animals lovers. We used Paw Pet Academy this week while staying at Disney’s Fort Wilderness to come in during the day with our two small dogs. I have never used a pet sitter as I am very particular and don’t usually leave my boys for long. Since we were going to the parks it was our best bet. Todd came and met my boys before our first visit and listened to all my concerns. He put me at ease and came in and took them for a walk, played and gave our boys treats. After each visit he provided pictures and an update. I would recommend their services and will use them again in the future.
