Deborah is personable, engaging, easy to be around, and a good communicator, but most important to us, our three-year-old miniature poodle, Ruben, fell in love with her. Ruben has had many good house sitters, but I am sure his all-time favorite is Deborah. Together they went on hikes, gallery hopping, walks about town, and outings. I not only got daily photo updates which we loved, but Deborah, an accomplished photographer, sent us three portrait photos of Ruben that are just stunning. We love our little Ruben and felt pleased—and grateful--that she gave Ruben so much affection and such a fun time! Deborah took diligent care of our house also. We would have Deborah back in a flash given the opportunity. We highly recommend Deborah as a pet sitter/house sitter.
This was our first experience with the housitters app and it was such a good experience! Oh my gosh, this couple was so easy to work with, they took great care of our animals, completely cleaned the house before their departure (vacuuming and all!), communicated just enough for us to feel comfortable with our decision. We hope to have them again in the future.
This was a lovely sit. Emma is a wonderful, kind person who I really enjoyed meeting. Everything was clearly marked in the house and I was shown how everything works. I was left a stash of food to get settled in and made to feel welcome. If you get the opportunity to sit for Emma, you’ll love her home, it’s full of character and space. Lainey the cat is very beautiful and vocal, she took to me quickly and sat with me while I worked. She’s an ideal little companion. The area is also lovely to visit. I would recommend this sit to anyone, and would come back if the opportunity came up. Thanks again Emma :)
Otis is probably the nicest, easy-going and obedient dog anyone has ever had. It was heartbreaking to leave after 8 days with him. The living environment of the village is incredible, very refreshing. Buster, one of the two cats, is adorable, he likes to curl up against us. We didn't see the other one (Mabel) except for food time haha. The car was essential for getting arround. Our stay were perfect, mostly thanks to Otis. Celia and kilian
