Melissa

We were so glad to have Melissa care for Ellie and our houseguestpet, Snaggles the cat! Communication was easy and she was clearly super affectionate with the animals -- sent photos of them near each other on the couch, which rarely happens (and only when they're comfortable and at ease with the people/vibes). Appreciated the every-few-days updates, excellent communication when we had questions or needed to let her know about packages/etc., and came home to a tidy house and very happy pets. Would be delighted to have Melissa back any time!

Charisma

Charisma was amazing! She was very thorough and tidy and kept us up to date with what the fur babies were up to complete with pictures! I would highly recommend!

Bliss

Although we did not have a lot of interaction with Bliss, our cats photos suggest that they were well cared for and comfortable with Bliss. Ziggy seemed, "in love", and Marley, the more subdued of the two, warmed up as the days went by. We did have some communication lapses leading up to the visit, and I think this was largely a result of Bliss's subscription with Trustedhousesittters, but she communicated right before our trip, and the visit started without a glitch.

Emajja & Thomas

I appreciate that Emajja was very kind and communicative throughout her stay, however, I don’t feel as though she read the Welcome Guide or followed my directions very well. She asked many questions that were addressed in the guide and didn’t follow feeding instructions for the dogs or the instructions for how to handle the dogs when she leaves the house, which resulted in difficulties with my neighbor.

Our experience with Alissa & Kandis exceeded our expectations. They communicated clearly and promptly. They anticipated our needs, offering to arrive a day before our departure to make the transition with our pet easier. They cared for our dog with love, sending photos and updates throughout the stay. And they left our home in pristine condition. We would be lucky to have them care for our dog and home again.

Divya & Deepesh are wonderful sitters! I could tell that our cat bonded with them right away, and we felt totally comfortable leaving her in their care. They sent us an update each morning, and were very communicative and responsible. They are kind, caring, organized, and clean and I would highly recommend them for any sit.

We came home to a spotless house and smiling animals; all nine of them. Justine is a warrior and I'm positive she could handle any situation that might arrive. Fortunately, there were no emergencies, but there was extreme, out of the ordinary heat during the month of her stay. She kept herself and the entire gang happy and content. Please, have no qualms about Justine and her ability to handle your house and pet(s). Five start are not enough!

Danielle and her family were wonderful. I really appreciated her great communication and care regarding our two GSP pups, lizard and fish! I felt very at ease knowing they were in our home and that all was well while we were away. She provided updates/photos and our house was just as tidy when we arrived home as when we left. Jan & Steve were fantastic house sitters for our beloved Gatsby and our home. Everything was left spotless and with a gorgeous card waiting for us. Super organised and responsive. Hope our paths cross again soon.

We were incredibly happy with the way Jonathon and Mariana cared for our home, pets and garden. Jonathon and Mariana cared for our cat, outdoor fish and hens & chicks. Our pets were well looked after and we received updates every morning on how they were doing. Jonathon was even happy to clean out our outdoor pond filter daily (which we knew our fish would appreciate). 

The more time consuming responsibility was to our large edible garden (made even more challenging by the extreme heat), and although they were not gardeners, they followed our instructions wonderfully and we returned to a garden full of healthy plants and produce to pick!  

Our home was left very clean, including bins emptied and fresh linen on the bed. It was such a treat to come home to a clean and tidy house.

We were very impressed with both Jonathon and Mariana. Communication was timely and prompt. We would highly recommend them. Thank you to the both of you!
