In my case, she was meeting my two little ferrets, and within less than a minute of seeing her bond with them, I knew I could completely relax and go away with total peace of mind, knowing they were safe and loved. Joanie was exceptionally organized before the sit, quick to reply to messages and very personable. I was then lucky enough to be able to spend an evening with her, and my goodness she is great company; funny, interesting, kind, helpful, wise - I felt like I was having dinner with a new friend! I could’ve talked to her for days! While I was away Joanie sent me the best ferret videos ever, which I’ve asked to borrow for my YouTube channel! Her videos and photos came everyday and were so important to me as I missed my girls and it was lovely to see how well they were being cared for while I was away. As you can see, I have endless good things to say about Joanie, she is a really special lovely human and any animal being cared for by her will be very lucky ❤️ Joanie I am looking forward to seeing you again in September! We feel so fortunate that Terry returned for a third time to care for our beloved kitties and home. Some of our kitties are quite shy, but based on photos, it is clear that they like and trust Terry. And Terry herself is such a lovely and happy person. We definitely recommend Terry to look after your pets and home!
Katy & Charlie were warm & welcoming, providing lunch & lots of useful information on our arrival. The dogs were a little unsure if us to begin with, but Bo was soon greeting us happily with a shoe & wagging tail & Twig was seeking out some cuddles. The dogs were easy to care for & Katy showed us their favourite walks. There are lots of great walks straight from the house. The house was very warm & comfortable & right in the centre of the pretty town with its lovely sandstone houses. The church with its beautifully carved grotesques is close by, but the clock chimes didn't bother us.
