This was a wonderful petsit in all ways! Hannah and Barrie were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent instructions for the pets and home. Their home is very comfortable and in a beautiful location. Truman is the most adorable, sweet, hilarious dog. He took us on amazing daily hikes and both Beulah and Atticus provided ample amounts of entertainment at home. Couldn’t ask for a better sit!
It was a pleasure and a privilege to look after Piper and Ramsey while Jo was away. Jo has set the house up really well and I had everything I needed to be comfortable and work. Piper is very sweet tempered and is learning quickly. She is a spaniel through and through - so loves her ball, her walks and all the cuddles. She kept me company all day while I worked. Ramsey was really quiet and I did let Piper out a few times so she could eat in peace and quiet.
Pat and Rob were very kind and great conversationalists. I arrived a couple of nights early and they gave me a tour of the town and then we had a great lunch together. The 'girls' were very cute and energetic at times. Once they warmed up to me they were very loving and always enjoyed it when I gave them treats and went for walks. Their home was stunning. I can tell they put a lot of thought and hard work into refurbishing the home because it was designed very every detail in mind. The view of the ocean is amazing as well! I would house-sit for Pat and Rob again without a doubt.
Wow, what a wonderful experience 🥰 We felt completely comfortable with Brenda and Johnny as soon as we met them and shared a meal in there lovely home, A great evening of conversation just like old friends , very interesting couple. George is a lovely, well behaved , sweet, little dog and loved to jump up and snuggle on our laps when we were sitting on the couch. The location of their home is perfect, a lovely spot on the river with a paddle boat, kayaks and a fire pit at the waters edge which we used a few evenings. We enjoyed the hot tub a few evenings also, just inside the patio doors and a view of the water, very relaxing. Trains are quite close but all part of the experience, we loved them and always waiting for the next one. Thank you so much for opening your home up to us and making us feel so welcome. We would love the opportunity to pet sit here again.
Percy was the most gorgeous dog, so fun to be with and well behaved. Jill was a very kind host and we loved the views from the garden. My husband was doing a fundraising walk while we were there so he was able to enjoy miles of walks every day in the area. Just gorgeous and tranquil.
Nancy and Judy were so sweet and walked me through all of Half Pint’s needs. Half Pint was the sweetest little dog. He is so easy to care for and knows his routine. The apartment is in a wonderful location and makes it easy to see NYC. I would definitely pet sit for Nancy and Judy again. Thank you for being great hosts!
