I was delighted to be contacted by Shelley to come and look after their home and fur babies - (Caspar, Mooky (kitties) and Arthur and Ruby). Shelley was great in providing me with a comprehensive welcome pack and we had a great time before their departure not only me getting lay of the land ( pet care/house/garden!) but a good chat too. Shelley, Phil and Minnie are so friendly that I was made to feel very relaxed and welcome in their home. Caspar and Mooky are lovely cats. Very different in natures and not necessarily best friends but they mostly do their own thing and are easy to look after. They like sunny spots like me so we would often find ourselves together basking! Ruby and Arthur are very cute. They live in a glorious (hutch seems like too humble a word!) home in the garden and easy to look after too. We kept in touch and any unforeseen bits of information I needed, Shelley was really quick to text me answers. Their home is absolutely beautiful, lots of spots to chill and relax. For someone like me who lives in the centre of the town it was really nice to be somewhere tranquil, with country walks literally on front door and I definitely made the most of my time there to slow down! Coggeshall centre is only 10-15 min walk and is really beautiful village. Beamed houses, quaint pubs and cafes and friendly people. I would highly recommend anyone who has the opportunity to sit to do so! Thanks Shelley, Phil, Minnie, Caspar, Mooky and Ruby for having me!
I had a wonderful time sitting for Cathryn and Charlie. Effie, Lulu, and Bingo are extremely sweet and easy to care for. It was very entertaining to watch them run around and explore their domain. I got lots of cuddles and kisses when I was sitting on the couch working and watching tv. Bingo had me smiling and laughing every time he rang the bell to come in the house. Their house and six acre property are very nice and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful trees. My favorite spot was on the back screened in porch where you could hear the wind in the trees, the birds, and the water feature in the yard.
What a great sit!! Bernd is a fantastic roommate, willing to walk wherever we wanted to go! Sometimes thinks he’s a lapdog and loves to keep close! Frederique was a wonderful host, well written instructions for the house and Bernd as well as great dinner recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed the Hanged Man. Very walkable village full of friendly residents. Highly recommend this sit!!!
What a fantastic sit!!! Pippen is THE COOLEST dog - so smart and funny and we loved playing throw and catch and tug of war! The location is a dream - about a half mile or so out of the main town of Leavenworth. We came up for Christmas and were blessed with a white Christmas and able to enjoy the beautiful holiday lights for a few days. Katie gave us great information as well as providing a lovely house with a great kitchen, providing all appliances we needed for Christmas dinner and other meals. We had a thoroughly wonderful time and would love to come back anytime! Thanks so much Katie! (and Pippen, lol!)
We really enjoyed our time with King Julien. He has a beautiful nature, very easy going and well behaved. Julien enjoys play time, going on his 3x walks a day and relaxing around the house. Autumn’s place is very comfortable and is in a great location! A lovely area to walk with Clapham common park not far from her doorstep. Autumn was very responsive with any questions we had. Thank you for our stay!
Radha and Ralph are the best!! Their place was extremely clean, tidy and centrally located in FiDi. We had everything we needed, and Ralph is just the best most well behaved active boy! He was an absolute joy to bring everywhere we went! Highly recommend this sit!!
