Another lovely housesit. Noah and Kate where very welcoming. Communication with Noah was easy and responsive, there was a good clear handover of both the house and the care of the chickens with a printed handover manual with easy to follow instructions. The girls (chickens) were really easy to care for, we let them free range in the garden when we we at home and were rewarded with watching their funny little personalities and of course lovely fresh eggs. The house was clean and organised and it was so easy to get into town from the local train station which was a short 7 minute walk then a 10 minute ride into London Victoria. Kate was generous and explained that whatever was in the pantry and fridge we could help ourselves too. The beds were like home from home so we slept very well. The village was very handy for shopping and a nice meal out/coffee etc and the local aquarian/museum was a bonus after our busy outings in London. Thankyou guys for trusting us with your chicks and house and feel free to contact us should you require a future housesit.
Barkley, Sheepy, Ruby, Russell and Fred are such beautiful dogs. We had such a great time looking after them! They all love snuggling and spending time with you. They do genuinely follow you around and warm to you so quickly. They’re so so great with kids and could play with a ball or a stick for hours! April and Brad have been such wonderful hosts! Their house is beautiful and the magnesium spa is amazing! They left us such a beautiful large room to stay in. We all feel so well looked after and that we have been able to relax. We’ve also really enjoyed putting on the fire and collecting herbs from the garden 😊 Would 100% recommend for anyone to look after their beautiful pets and stay in their lovely home.
