Anke and Irina took wonderful care of our cats and our home! Anke and Irina are warm, intelligent, caring women. From our first online meeting we knew that they would be the right sitters for Jaz and Ziggy. We received daily updates while we were away, including some great photos. We returned to happy, content cats, a wonderful home and a fabulous meal! Thank you so much to you both. We highly recommend them both and will definitely use them again if they would like to spend some more time in Frankfurt.

We had the pleasure of having Flurina pet-sit our cats, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her care and dedication. We first met her a day before the sitting, and she made a wonderful first impression with her kindness and professionalism, which only strengthened over time. Our cats were a bit unwell, and we had just started them on medication. Flurina quickly adapted to their needs and was incredibly gentle with them. Minou, who is usually very shy, warmed up to her surprisingly fast. And Hitch, felt so comfortable that he didn’t hesitate to lounge around in his most awkward sleeping positions! We had asked Flurina to keep a close eye on Hitch, as he’s been having some health issues, and to record any incidents. She did exactly that and kept us informed with constant updates and adorable pictures and videos of our fur babies. It was reassuring to know they were in such good hands. What truly stood out was Flurina’s flexibility and understanding. We had family members unexpectedly passing through Bilbao for a night, and after consulting with her (with full permission to decline), she graciously agreed to share the apartment with them. This level of kindness is rare and deeply appreciated. When we returned, our home was spotless, and the cats were happy and well-cared for. She even removed and set aside the bed linens, which was a thoughtful touch. Even after her stay, when our older cat’s condition worsened, Flurina continued to check in on him. This genuine concern for our cats, even after her responsibilities had ended, really shows the love and care she gave them while we were away. If you’re looking for someone to take care of your pets, we highly recommend Flurina. She’s not only a fantastic sitter but also a truly compassionate person who will treat your pets as if they were her own. Thank you Flurina :D!

Outstanding House and Pet Sitter. I am delighted to share my experience with Laura and her ten-year-old son, who recently took care of our home and beloved Labrador, Nelson. Laura's attentive care for our 9-year-old Labrador was much appreciated. She ensured Nelson's well-being, sent us regular updates, and even proactively took him to the vet when necessary. Knowing that our furry family member was in capable hands gave us peace of mind. Having Laura's ten-year-old son with her was a bonus. Nelson is accustomed to having our children around, and having another child to play with made his days even brighter. Laura also looked after our home meticulously. Our plants and garden were watered, and our house was left spotless and tidy. Nelson returned to us healthy and content. Laura's commitment to his well-being was evident, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. In summary, Laura went above and beyond our expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend her for anyone seeking a reliable and caring house and pet sitter.

Priscilla and Miguel were super house and pet sitters. They were flexible and arrived a day early, since we were invited to a wedding. Thank you so much! They took great care of the house and our four darlings. Miguel even cut our hedge and made our fall gardening a lot easier. Tigris, Whiskey, Yuma and Tsunami were four happy campers when we arrived home. We hope to see the both of them again, before they return to Chile.

Nadin was very friendly and accommodating. Good communication. Unfortunately she booked the wrong date for her homebound journey, so ended up having to leave in a rush on the final morning (rather than the afternoon) as a result it might be unfair to make any judgements about the final day and our return, so I haven't included that in my rating, but nonetheless she left the house super tidy! Thank you :)

Karina was wonderful. She was an excellent communicator and took great care of our dog. She took him on a lot of long adventures all over the city while making sure he was safe. The house was super clean when we got back. We'd definitely have her again!

We could not have chosen kinder or more likeable people to look after our home and animals! We were nervous, as it was the first time of using zeewoi while we went away. We “hit it off” from the first video call and we were absolutely confident that we had chosen well by the time we had to leave. Isabel and Lennard have become friends and we would highly recommend them. All the animals were obviously cared for in our absence. The house was so clean and tidy to welcome us home and our dog loved them so much he tried to get in their car and go home with them!!! All I can do is say a huge THANK-YOU to them - and give them the highest recommendation! We hope to have them back again one day!

Paul and Alina ended up watching our three cats (and house) as we managed to bring the dogs with us. They were great in planning the stay, excellent into integrating into a family/christmas dynamic on arrival (!) and highly independent during the stay and great company the time we spent together :-) The added value of this couple is that they are committed for the excgange and the human interactions beyond the practical task. In addition I could also see on how they interacted with our dogs that it would been smooth'issimo in case they had kept them as well. Paul and Alina are highly recommneded for your pets and house!

Charlotta was a great pet sitter for our cat Dutchess! She was well-oragnized, communicative and treated our apartment like it was her own. We would have her back anytime and highly recommend her for your pet/house sitting needs! <3

The first contact with Eva was very easygoing. We got to know her via WhatsApp call and instantly had a good feeling. As she was visiting one of her sisters, we could arrange a handover of keys with the sister because we needed to leave earlier than it was possible for Eva to arrive. Generally everything was uncomplicated. She sent us daily updates of Chico and left the flat super tidy. She put down the beddings and prepared them to be washed. We can definitely recommend her for any other house sit.
