Okay, like where to even begin? Rachael and Charmi were an absolute dream team as my house/dog-sitters while I trotted off to Italy for a couple of weeks. From the moment I connected with them, their energy and communication instantly put me at ease. Rachael was super organized and detail-oriented leading up to the visit, which made me feel good about leaving my sweet Tucker with them. While I was gone, they kept me in the loop with regular updates and pictures, which meant I could enjoy vacation without any worries. Now, onto the real MVP: Tucker, my 9-year-old golden retriever. These two not only won Tucker's heart but treated him like the prince that he is. It was clear they were head over heels for him, and their genuine affection for him made my heart so full. What blew me away the most was returning home to find my place looking immaculate - seriously, I couldn't even tell that people had been there. Everything was back where they found it, there were fresh sheets on the bed, and everything had been cleaned to perfection, which was an incredible relief after a long trip. This was my first experience with zeewoi, and Rachael and Charmi set the bar sky-high. I'm not sure how anyone else will top their level of care, responsibility, and TLC. If you're looking for peace of mind knowing your home and pets are in the best possible hands, look no further. I can't recommend them enough! They are the best <3
