Beth and Matthew have been my first house sitters - and I was their first house sit too. Beth and Matthew have been great. I was a little nervous as this was the first time I've the zeewoi platform and service. Beth contacted me to let me know that one of my dogs had a sore on her chest and sent me a video to let me see and decide what to do. We agreed my dog needed to be seen by a vet and within a few hours my dog had antibiotics. Beth even popped into a shop to buy my dog a jumper to wear as the vet had recommended this to stop her scratching the sore. When I got home Beth had washed all their bedding and the house was clean and tidy. Both Beth and Matthew are a lovely couple and I would definitely recommend them both if you are looking for reliable and trustworthy house and pet sitters.
Erica was great! Easy to communicate with and very self -sufficient when we ended up being out of service for several days. Pingo and the house were clearly in good hands, we came back to a spotless house with a freshly made bed and a happy dog. We'd definitely have Erica again!
I am so grateful to Victoria for taking such wonderful care of my elder cats,, Zoe and Mischief, my home and my garden! She stayed in touch, and even sent photos of Zoe and Mischief, which further reassured me that my kitties and my home were in good hands while I was away. This was my first time using zeewoi. Not only did I have to prepare my home for a guest but prepare myself for leaving my boys with someone I had only met through a zoom call. Right away, I was put at ease as Sharon just gravitated right to my boys. She asked questions about info that I had missed in my welcome pack that made me rest assured that she was on the ball. Throughout my trip, Sharon kept in touch with me about how the boys were getting along... I was so relieved hearing that their usual playful selves was apparent. Given that our flight home was going to be late, she insisted on waiting until we were heading out of the airport before leaving the boys with their last walk until we came home. When we walked through our front door, the boys were chilling out, our home was spotless, and she even washed the bedding. I can recommend Sharon with 100% certainty that your pets will be in great hands. Thanks Sharon for everything.
Jaclyn was a wonderful sitter for our dog Tucker! She was always quick to respond to communications, she was easy-going and excited to sit with Tucker, she shared updates (with pictures) while we were away, and she left our house cleaner than when we left - she even ran the dishwasher, which we forgot to do before we left! She and Tucker bonded immediately, and when we returned home it was clear that he had a great time with Jaclyn. We can't recommend her highly enough!
I can’t say enough good things about Felicia! She was willing to come over ahead of time so we could meet her. Lele took an instant liking to her (and I think it was mutual).😁 Felicia showed up on time, checked in on a regular basis while I was away, and sent photos of Lele, too. I tend to over prepare, and Felicia was accepting of that and helped me feel okay about my preparation and absence. I felt very comfortable leaving, knowing the most important thing, Lele, was well taken care of. This is my first time using zeewoi, so I didn’t really know what to expect. Felicia far exceeded all of my hopes and expectations. I would absolutely love to have Felicia come back again!
I am so glad that my cat, Duque, and I met Sharon! She is a wonderful person, very kind with pets, thorough with house care and communicative. Sharon's cleaning (and brownies!) went above and beyond and my cat did not seem to have missed me much when I got home. I recommend Sharon if she applies for your sit and we hope to welcome her back to our home one day.
Julie and Adrian were ideal pet and house sitters. Julie and Damian are very friendly and made sure to go over details and ask questions when they arrived. We came home to very happy and contented pets. Our dog and cat clearly got lots of love and attention (also clear from the great photos that Julie and Adrian sent us). The house was immaculate when we came home. We could not ask for better, more trusted, house sitters.
Although they are experienced pet sitters this was their first sit with zeewoi and they were wonderful. Jyoti (our cat) was completely at ease and spent plenty of time on their laps. The chickens were well looked after and they managed the broody one efficiently. Excellent communication before and during the house sit. They followed our detailed instructions conscientiously and left the house clean and tidy. They cooked a meal for us on our return and we enjoyed getting to know them. We would welcome them back any time and highly recommend them for future sits.
Lea was so wonderful, we highly recommend her. She was friendly and communicative throughout, sending us daily updates and photos. We returned back to a beautifully cleaned house and a very happy cat, we are so grateful- she was an absolute delight

Pawpairs squeezed my labrador in today for a last-minute & much-needed shampoo and blowdry -- they were so accommodating and helpful and managed to squeeze me in despite being booked up in back to back appointments. Pawpairs is absolutely amazing! Our whippet puppy Cruiser just adores his day there each week. Nick, who runs the company, is an incredible private dog trainer and I know he sneaks in training with our pup whilst he's at day care which is an additional extra. The centre where the dogs stay when not out on walks is kept very clean and secure. It is spacious, light and airy with "chillout" areas for the dogs to rest or have a little time out when over stimulated. What's more, the team send photos and updates on our dogs day so we know he's safe, happy and having a great time. We visited several local day cares and would HIGHLY recommend. Leaps and bounds above the others.
My pup has been with PawPairs for about 6 months and he absolutely loves them! He goes on walks and gets groomed with them too. We had excellent care of our cat and rabbit whilst we were on holiday. Kelly sent updates and pictures every day and cleaned up after our pets so thoroughly it was a pleasure to come home to. Whilst we were away our cat was taken ill and Kelly stepped in, making an appointment and leaving work early so she could take him to the vets and keeping me informed all the way. She so very kindly paid the vets out of her own pocket until we could settle up on returning from holiday and went above and beyond in the care she gave. Hood Cats have looked after our cat Rosie quite a few times now. They post pictures and sometimes videos on a WhatsApp chat which I love. There is almost always a daily update when we go away. As well as this they will even water the plants! Happy to keep my keys with them to make it even easier to arrange feeding cover.

We have always been 100% happy with the fantastic service knowing that Minnie is being cared for by such a wonderful team. We were caught up in Storm Ciara whilst in Ireland with our flights being cancelled twice meaning we were delayed by a day. The “Amazing Alba” could not have been more helpful, reassuring us that she would be on hand to look after Minnie until we got back. Katie is AMAZING! When I left my poor little kitty had just been given some antibiotics for a fever and Katie looked after her brilliantly. I came home to a healthy and very happy cat, although I think she would’ve preferred it were Katie and not me! I would 100% recommend. Best cat sitter I’ve ever used!
Cinzia has a great understanding of dogs and obviously has a good connection with them. She looks after them brilliantly and they get lots of play time and good walks. She is also really flexible and has looked after my little dog at the last minute, so has really helped me out!
Cinzia has been our number one 2nd Home for our Great since we got her. All the dogs absolutely adore her and the family and love being part of her pack. And for me, knowing how to handle my giant breed amongst the smaller dogs, is hugely important, and Cinzia is the best at that!
Our toy poodle starts pulling like a maniac when realising (hundreds of yards away) that we are bringing him to Cinzia – the best recommendation one can get. He simply loves her and his mates he is going to meet there. Cinzia is a highly trusted dog carer and we couldn’t do without her.

Cinzia has looked after our energetic working cocker, Dudley, since he was 12 weeks old. He has always been very relaxed about being left with her and always comes home happy and tired out. Cinzia has helped us out no end with our odd working hours. We have requested a good walk in the afternoons to full days and last minute overnight stays and are always met with “No problem”. We could not recommend her highly enough!

Been using Pawquale's walks for my French bulldog since he was just over 2 months old and he's now 18 months now. Pasquale is very reliable and professional and Meeko has developed a good relationship with him and always comes home tired after his walks! He provides various services that we have used such as single walks, day cares and boarding when we've been away. He'll come to your house to collect your dog at the start of your dog walk/day care and drop them off safely. Pasquale is also flexible when it comes to boarding and is able to collect your dog and drop them off when it's convenient for you. As you can see from the photos, my dog is incredibly friendly with other dogs and always enjoys his days with Pasquale. I highly recommend using Pawquale's walks for any owner who is new to pet ownership as he was able to give my partner and I good advice when we first asked for dog walks for our then puppy. He also takes pictures and sends to you so you know your dog is in safe hands. Overall 5/5 for service and we'll definitely continue to use his services.

Pasquale has been a blessing in our lives, ever since our previous dog walker manage to lose one of our dogs. Luckily, she found a way home all by herself at only 6months. Pasquale is not only a very reliable professional, but also best friend for our furry babies. They truly adore him and always looking forward to seeing him. One of our dogs, never wanted to go up and down the stairs, we've it only took Pasquale 1 afternoon and Charlie is now happy to master any staircase that he comes across. Our 2 working cockers and us are very pleased to have found Pasquale 5 months ago! We were looking for a competent, confident, reliable and very energetic walker as our dogs are young and full of beans!!! Maya and Moka loved him straight away when we first met and we liked that He always kept us informed about the girls with updates and pictures!!! I was devastated when my usual rabbit hotel ended their operation after 20+ years, but I'm so glad I found Wimblebun as I can't recommend them enough! I left my two beloved bunnies with Wimblebun for just over a fortnight while I was away, and they were so well cared for and looked after. Wimblebun clearly love rabbits and know what they're doing! I especially appreciated the photo updates via Instagram—it was such a cute way to keep up with them while I was away! The Wimblebun house location is convenient and easy to reach by car, bus, tube or SWR, and their indoor setup is fantastic. It’s cosy, clean, and thoughtfully designed... I wouldn't be concerned about the bunnies' comfort throughout the year and in various seasons. My two seemed right at home as soon as I dropped them off. I didn't need to accommodate any special requests on this visit, but I met Paul upon my arrival who seemed really attentive and was very responsive over email when making the initial booking, so I can't imagine they would be unwilling to fulfil any reasonable special requests. I think our rabbits will all be happy to stay here while us humans enjoy our travels. My two will certainly be frequent guests. :-)
Paul was really helpful getting Oreo in at short notice so that we could go away for a short trip. We loved getting daily photos of Oreo, I think he had a great time, and would happily recommend! Oreo came back home happy and more frisky☺️😁😂 5* recommend xx
We needed last min pet boarding for my cat Sassy. Paul and his wife were very kind to take in Sassy. We are so grateful for this. I was a bit worried as Sassy never stayed somewhere else before but Wimblebun has been fantastic as Sassy seems to have settled in quickly and happily. Would definitely recommend them
Paul really helped me out last minute with a new nine week old puppy. With regular updates, care and attention, she left a happy, more confident pup than when I first dropped her off. I am forever grateful for the help at such short notice.
I couldn't recommend Paul and Karena highly enough - they were amazing hosts to Ruby and Mooshu. I received daily updates with pictures which made me feel secure and happy that they were in safe hands. They went out of their way to accommodate every aspect - be it logistically or to ensuring they took the best tailored care for my buns. In particular, Mooshu, is partially blind and deaf and they entirely assuaged all my worries of leaving him in a different environment. Will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone looking for bunny boarding. As an aside their bunny, Emoji, was very cute and also a great host ;) ! -- Thank you both!
I needed a last minute rabbit boarding for my rabbit Bebe and managed to find wimblebun. Paul was really helpful getting Bebe in at short notice so that we could go away for a short trip. We loved getting daily photos of Bebe, I think she had a great time, and would happily recommend!

We have been using Love Cats Pet Sitters for a few years now and Cynthia, our dedicated fur baby sitter is amazing! I don’t know what we would do without her. The app is very easy to use and Beki and the team are so quick at responding to any requests or questions. You can easily request days via the app and pay your bill, it is so simple and smooth. The team are lovely and it is so nice to go away on holidays knowing our boy is in excellent hands. We got to meet with Cynthia before our first booking and introduce her to our cat. She is great at sending us updates everyday to let us know he is doing ok. She takes such good care of our home and from the pictures we know our boy is happy as well. I could not recommend them highly enough!

Highly recommend this cat sitting company. Process is very easy throughout thanks to the app and sitters are professional and reliable. We have used various cat sitting companies over the years and were sometimes very unhappy the sitter would spend 5min with our cat instead of the 30min booked which our cat needs when we are away. Love Cats & the amazing Ana are a really brilliant service. We used them twice when going away for Christmas & Easter, much preferring to keep our cat in his familiar home environment rather than using a cattery. Ana sent regular, detailed updates and photos of our cat whilst we were away which was much appreciated. We could tell our cat really bonded with her as well! Would highly recommend!
I cannot thank Love Cats enough for sending me Lauryn to look after my cats. As a first time user of a cat sitting service, I was anxious, but from the first day Lauren put me at ease. Meeting her initially before we went away helped too. She sent us daily updates and photos of how my cats were doing and followed all instructions to the letter. Cynthia is an incredible cat sitter. Our cat is an older cat and needs medication and a little bit more TLC. Cynthia took care of our cat like he was her own. She is a vet nurse by trade and is extremely knowledgeable about pet behaviour and care. Cynthia was brilliant at administering the cat medication. She also went above and beyond her duties, she fed our cat "breakfast in bed" and even bought us a new litter tray! When we got back our house was spotless, our cat was extremely happy, calm, settled, well groomed and acted as though we didn't even leave him - which clearly indicates he was well taken care of! It's nerve-wracking traveling in general and its very rare to find good pet care, but we couldn't recommend Cynthia and LOVE CATS more! Whilst we were away we got daily updates and photos that put our minds at ease. We have since booked a return visit with Cynthia and hope to use LOVE CATS for all our future pet sitting :)

Cannot recommend Love Cats enough. We felt completely at ease handing over our keys to the extremely capable Yasmin. The morning and evening updates with loads of pictures of our little fur ball was the highlight of our day while on holiday. Yas went above and beyond watering house plants and sorting a freezer that started to defrost. Very very impressed, will use again!

The ladies at Love Cats are wonderful, Pamela has looked after my two babies the most. They are so used to her now that the shy one allows her to groom her. it makes going away Ok knowing that someone will look after you babies just the same as you would.
Yasmin was wonderful, so kind and considerate (our cat is very shy) and we were updated with photos and messages each day we were away to let us know everything was fine. Love Cats were recommended to me by a friend, and I would recommend them to others too.
Sandra has been excellent when she has been round to look after our cats. They both can be timid with new people however from the daily updates and photos it is easy to see that they feel very comfortable with her! The photos makes me feel secure that they are ok too! The service has been great - they are very efficient and get back to you extremely promptly over email or when scheduling visits. Couldn’t recommend them enough
Love Cats has a great service. For a reasonable price they actually spend time with your cat - it's not just food in a bowl and go. We get pictures and updates that make it easier to feel OK about leaving your cat behind. Sue is fabulous, she's a total pro and a lovely person. When she's been unavailable the service has set us up with other people who have also been great. Fully recommend.

It's usually Sandra who looks after our 2 cats when we're away, and although they often aren't great with strangers she has spent the time getting to know them on visits and they seem very comfortable with her. She often sends us photos of them whilst we're away, and I would 100% recommend Love Cats to anyone looking for cat sitters in the area.
We trusted this service three times now and we simply love to have someone we can trust and that we know will take good care of our little cat. As she is a very social kitten, I was worried she would be sad if left alone for a bit longer time, but Andy sent me photos where she was playing and seemed glad to have his company instead. Kate & Shay are the perfect cat sitters, I've used their services for the last 3 years after my vet recommended them as trustworthy & caring - which they've proved to be. I have a very nervous rescue cat but she immediately took to them at first meeting! On my last trip, my flight home was cancelled at the last minute but it was no problem for Lucky Paws to schedule an extra feeding until I could get home again the next day. Very happy with them in every way :)

I’ve used Lucky Paws for about 2 years now. They are absolutely fantastic! I regularly travel, and I feel really comfortable and secure knowing they take care of my cats so well when I am away from home. Lucky Paws have been our cat sitters for the last 18 months for our nervous rescue cat. They have been perfect and I feel totally confident leaving her with them. I can see from the videos that my cat adores them. They are the only people she’ll tolerate apart from me and my husband.

Claw & Paw were brilliant, Brett took care of our cat Kismet for a week whilst we were away and sent daily photo updates which we really appreciated. Previously we have used catteries and he always comes back rattled and unhappy but when we got back this time he seemed very happy and definitely benefited from being able to stay in his own house. Will definitely use Claw & Paw pet sitting again! It was easy to book, and Brett is very trustworthy and our cat loved him!

Brett was great. Really well organised. Easy to arrange. Came and did a pre visit to check everything out. Felt much happier having someone come in rather than just using the automatic feeder. The cat seemed happy. Would definitely use again.
Knowing our cats are being visited and looked after by Brett while we are away gives us peace of mind, and means we have a little bit of flexibility when we both need to be away from home for work or holiday. We look forward to the photo updates from Brett when we are away!
Claw and Paw are super professional and have looked after our cat Michael really well. Brett met with us beforehand and talked me through the process then sent me pictures every day while I was on holiday. Sometimes Michael huffs a bit when we go away but we came home to a very happy cat. I had to go away urgently after this and Claw & Paw were able to step in and ensure Michael was well looked after. I highly recommend their service!

We found Brett at relatively short notice after deciding against using a cattery and couldn’t be more happy with him and his services. He was very professional and asked all of the right questions on the initial meeting such as vet information, medical and food requirements etc. He was able to come at our preferred times to feed and spend some time with our cat and even put the bins out on collection day. He sent us daily updates and photographs of our cat via WhatsApp which is a nice touch and very reassuring. The online portal is great where you can make sure all the information Brett has about your pet is up to date and he has the correct days. The prices are also reasonable for the service. Our cat seemed very content when we arrived back home. We will definitely be using Claw and Paw pet sitting again and would highly recommend.

Kevin and his team are well respected among the dog walkers I trust that use Wimbledon Common. That reassures me. As important my dog is kindly met by her walker that day and she trots off really happily (even for the old lady that she is).

We cannot recommend kevin & Ben highly enough. They helped us out in a really tricky situation and when we were stuck they were so reassuring and professional. Our initial agreement was supposed to be short term. We were so impressed we have made it long-term! They’re unbelievably experienced and knowledgeable. We have a frenchie, energetic, needy, bit grumpy sometimes and socialable dog and theyre fabulous with him. We found the variety of walks, the communication, pictures etc has been brilliant. We have recently started using Kevin at The Dog Walker Wimbledon for daycare for our Labrador. We have been so impressed with it and Otta comes home happy every time. Kevin has great communication and always sends updates of the fun she is having. I highly recommend.

We can't recommend Kevin and the DWW team highly enough. Phoebe adores Kevin; being part of his 'pack' really helped to ease her anxiety around other people and dogs during lockdown. Fantastic service from our cat sitter Raquel who gave us daily updates and photos of Row. We booked about 2 months before we went away with VIP and were matched swiftly with Raquel, who came round to meet Row and again before we left. Highly recommend!
VIP's service was absolutely perfect and so organised... from correspondence to paperwork/ invoicing ..... EVERYTHING ! As for our petsitter, Giovanna ! She was wonderful ..... we met her a couple of months before our trip .... then once more to hand over keys etc. just a day before our holiday. She sent us photos, updates and texts while we were away. In short we were on holiday knowing our two cats were taken care of VERY well and we didn't have to worry about ANYTHING ...... not just the cats .... the house too. I absolutely love Very Important Pets! I have used their in-home cat sitting service many times, and I just couldn’t be happier with the warm, expert care the sitters provide for my two cats. Booking is very easy, and the sitters are extremely trustworthy and professional. One we booked has been with VIPs for a decade! They also go above and beyond to ensure that you know what’s going on with your pets when you’re away. For our pets, VIPs is a major improvement over even the best cat boarding facilities; the cats are much happier to stay in their home and to stick to their routine. I’m a first-time cat owner and often feel that the sitters we’ve had, Catherine and Tracy, know more about cat behavior and care than I do, which is actually great. I always come home to two happy, healthy, well-brushed cats who seem surprised that I’m back to harass them.
They did a great job in finding a pet sitter (Alan) for my Cockatiel (bird) who visited, fed and socialised with him whilst I was away for a short period. Alan did a great job and would certainly trust him again. Recommend to communicate with VIP by email when booking as I couldn't get hold of the office at all via phone. Email correspondence was good and prompt.
Very Important Pets and Chelsea, the pet sitter/feeder, were both absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process of registering, signing up, booking the visits and then having my two cats looked after whilst I was away. Chelsea visited every morning and evening to feed them (having spent time with me before our holiday to meet them and learn about their routine). When visiting she spent time with them, giving them attention and affection, and she sent me updates and pictures whilst I was away. It was so reassuring knowing that they were being cared for and that they were doing well. It was also reassuring knowing the Very Important Pets had done the work to check Chelsea's background and that they have the requisite insurances, etc. The whole outfit was professional and easy. I can't recommend them highly enough and we will definitely be using them again.
This is an excellent service for those living in the London area. We are located in South Kensington with two Dalmatians — large dogs that need specialized care. As a result, traditional boarding in or outside London is either unavailable or inconvenient for us, and we were searching for a reliable and vetted service that could make us feel secure that our dogs were well taken care of while we were away. Isabel (our sitter) with VIP Pets was wonderful, as was the administrative service. They are prompt, thorough, and obliging, and we very much enjoyed our experience with them. Would recommend!
Our local vet recommended the VIP team and they didn’t disappoint. The online booking process was quick and straightforward. Before we confirmed the booking, the cat sitter came over for an introduction. Then, whilst we were away, she sent us frequent updates with photos which was great and reassuring that everything is fine.
