L is an exceptional pet sitter! She kept me updated at all times on how Bella was doing, letting me know when she went on walks or played with toys. She also sent frequent pictures and videos, which really put my mind at ease. I returned to find my house completely clean, just as if no one had even stayed there. Rachel was one of our favorite sitters! I was a little concerned as the communication wasnt the best prior to the sit (long delays in responding). She had Shannon over a few days and her best friend on different days. We permitted it after meeting them, and trusting her. She was good about letting us know when something was wrong or broken. She also did a lot of changing things around in our home to accommodate what was desired. I understand as there was a bit of clutter in places. However, things were not always put back where they were and we have struggled to find several things. In some instances, the place looked better! Rachel was easy going and friendly. She graciously accommodated our needs for flexibility in the travel times. The animals all seemed happy and well so that meant the most! And she sent pics as requested! If she lived closer, she’s the kind of woman I could hang out with! With all this said, We would love to have her and Shannon back for a future sit, and the animals would be delighted too!

Rebecca was an absolute blessing to have caring for my kitties while I was away. She went above and beyond to care for my home, humidifier refills, plants, grabbing packages etc… and was always happy to do it. Rebecca was also super communicative , willing to facetime prior to her first day, and sent me some great photos/ videos of my boys. From my experience, Rebecca will adjust as you need to make u comfortable while you’re away from ur loved ones ☺️ Also- my 2 cats loved her, cuddled, wanted to be friends and were super cute and happy when i returned (to a clean apartment!!) Laurie was amazing! She and Luna bonded immediately and had a wonderful time while we were out of town. Luna was in fantastic hands. On top of taking great care of our pup, Laurie was a great house sitter. She treated our home as her own and left everything spotless. Amazing!!!

Joseph

Joseph took care of our cat and house-sat for us for 2 weeks. In advance of our trip, we were able to do both a virtual and in-person meet and greet to ensure everyone felt comfortable and do a walk through of the house, which we really appreciated.While we were away, Joseph responded quickly to texts/any questions we sent and provided photo and text updates every 1-2 days. Upon our return, our cat seemed happy. Unfortunately, the day of our return, Joseph accidentally locked himself out of our house. He communicated with us and we were able to provide him access to a backup key. However, when we returned home about an hour and a quarter later, we were surprised to find that he was still there (he was supposed to have left much earlier in the day before we arrived home, and we knew he was running a little behind because of the lockout, but he didn’t tell us he would still be there when we walked in). He texted us that the house was clean and ready for us, but unfortunately the house was not clean and the cat litter boxes were quite smelly and appeared not to have been changed or scooped in many days. While we realize that getting locked out of the house created some delays in getting packed and tidying the house, we were upset to find the kitty litter in that state and for the clear disorganization, at least in the final day. We provided this feedback directly to Joseph and hope that this was a one-time experience. However, we would urge clear communication around any expectations for cleaning, communication, and care.

Sofia was an incredibly caring, clean, and communicative pet sitter. My dogs did great with her and she kept the home nice and tidy while I was away. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Ayanna was very reliable and responsible. She communicated well with us. She loved the dogs including playing ball and walking them. The house was very clean when she left. We appreciated her flexibility as our plans changed.

Taking care of Nancy’s beautiful summer garden and her gorgeous home on a quiet wooded street was just about the perfect Coastal Maine housesit a mom of two could ask for. Her home was immaculate when we arrived and had all the luxuries of home. Our beds and sleeping arrangements were very comfortable and the kids loved the toys and play spaces. Nancy generously offered us their car to use their Fort Foster pass and we had a blast at the local beaches almost every day. Nancy was communicative and flexible in our arrangements before, during, after, and it made me feel appreciated and at ease in taking care of her home and garden. I highly recommend this sit, which was perfect for our little family of three.

The sweetest people ever! They were really really nice, provided me with everything I could need for me or the pets, explained it perfectly and helped me to get to their place. Plus their home is a beautiful house surrounded by nature, I had my own room, it was super clean and cosy!

I loved looking after Teddy, Maggie and Flo, they are such sweethearts! They followed me everywhere to cuddle or play. I miss them a lot already! Lynne and John are wonderful hosts, very kind and thoughtful. Their house has a real town/countryside location and the garden is so pleasant. There are plenty of fields just opposite the house. There is a footpath along the river to go to the city centre. It takes only 30 minutes to go to the cathedral by foot. So thank you again, Lynne and John,  I've really enjoyed my stay!

Esme and Adrian were so welcoming and made sure that we had everything that we needed during our stay. Their home is beautiful and well located. We absolutely loved looking after Teddy and Simba. Would recommend and would stay again.
