We had a wonderful time in Philadelphia with sweet Gigi, Josie and Boo Boo! Michele's home is in a great neighbourhood and the home itself is stylish and unique. Also worth noting that her bed is one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. Michele herself is lovely and a pleasure to work with. We would gladly stay again!
We were so lucky to house sit for Nichola, Darren and little Clementine whose company we enjoyed before and after the house sit. Our stay at their beautiful home was an absolute pleasure. We had a great time with the dogs, walking them along the delightful nearby hedgerow lanes. The other animals- donkeys, hens and cats were easy to care for. We spent time in some of the small villages in the area, particularly in Chaillac which has cafes and some small shops, where the locals were friendly. It is a beautiful, quiet part of rural France and we will treasure our memories.
Monica was a great host. Very communicative and welcoming. The house and view were beautiful. Directly on the lake. My bedroom and ensuite bath were also fantastic. Layla had the best personality. She loved rubbings, to play with toys and leisurely walks. I definitely would sit again
I’d rate this sit 10 stars if I could! Marlynn is so kind and welcoming- she made us feel right at home. Great communication from the start, we did a drop-in visit beforehand and she allowed us to come a day early to get settled before she left. Her home is super cozy, has every amenity you need, and is located in an excellent neighborhood. We quickly fell in love with Mia. She is very low maintenance and sweet- she loves watching the neighbors, taking walks, and nap time. We are thankful for meeting these lovely folks and look forward to watching Mia again.
We really like our catsitting in Slough. Lindsey was nice, her communication was great, always response our question. The cats were nice and friendly. They like cuddeling and eating. Nice place if you want explore another cities in England. We can reccomend :) Thanks you a lot. Monika and Ondrej
Maggy and Andrew have a lovely home and it was a pleasure to get to know them both. They made me feel very welcome and even left food in the fridge for me which was very kind. Gus is just a beautiful boy, very friendly and wonderful out on walks. Loves a cuddle and a belly rub! The village and surrounding area is idyllic with lots of great walks from the doorstep. I would happily sit for them again and would recommend them to other sitters.

I can’t recommend Woofie’s pet sitting service enough. Our dog clearly enjoyed having some new friends at our home just to play with her. Woofie’s of West Orlando did a fabulous job as pet sitters for our large labradoodle, Pippin! We had never had a pet service take care of our rescue dog, and I was nervous about it. Woofie’s sent a representative to consult with us before our trip and field all my concerns. We signed up for three services a day while we were gone: 11:00am - 30-minute walk, 12-4pm “day care”, and 7pm-7am overnight service. Pippin was able to stay at our house, and this greatly reduced his anxiety. The pet sitters always kept me updated with emails, texts, pictures, and very detailed reports on how Pippin was doing. I knew Pippin was content because he continued to eat regularly. In the past, he would sometimes not eat when we left him with family members. Overall, I was able to relax and enjoy my trip, knowing that Pippin was well taken care of. We will definitely use Woofie’s again!

My fur baby Leah Pearl did an eight day stay at the BEST of the BEST, Universal Dog Care Orlando this Thanksgiving. She was well taken care of and had a ball meeting new friends🐶. We discovered Universal Dog care Orlando online by the awesome google reviews they had and right away knew they were going to be great at taking care of our Nico while we were out on our cruise trip. Grammy and grandpa are the best at taking care of fur babies! Nico recently got diagnosed with reverse sneezing so he now has to take pills in the morning and at night to help with his allergies and they did not have an issue with that and gave his medication on time. Pictures were provided several times a day and Nico looked so happy and like he was having a great time! also quick response to our text messages. We will always take our fur baby to Universal Dog Care Orlando, anytime we are in the area. They are wonderful people and communicate everything very well, start to finish. We had peace of mind all day long in theme parks, enjoying a visit from my son and his girlfriend, and receiving pictures of our fur baby all day long. So glad I went with Universal Dog Care Orlando. They provided top notch service. My pet wasn’t just boarded in a kennel, he was cared for in an environment that he was able to be comfortable and play with other dogs. My husband and I were visiting Orlando for a few days for a conference and needed to board our pups for a few days. We stumbled upon Universal Dog care after doing some searching and were blown away at their reviews. Let me tell you… the reviews are legit!! The level of care, love and attention they showed to our dogs was unmatched by any other service, and we’ve been to some great places. They sent pictures throughout the day, but the best part of that was how incredibly happy our dogs looked at all times. Always playing, always smiling and tails wagging. It’s always a little scary going to a new place but they went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Forever grateful!!
I had a last minute trip to Orlando and had to bring my puppy with. I was so hesitant in leaving him just anywhere. I read all the 5 star reviews Universal Dog Care has and decided to try them. I messaged them and got a prompt response. Since day one that I left my little champ there I received messages and pictures to let me know my pup was just fine! I left him 3 days over night and I can’t thank them enough and to top it off their prices are so affordable. Again thank you so much for all you do!
Puppy Dreams is the only place we trust to take care of our pups when we’re away! After a horrible experience at another boarding facility we found Puppy Dreams. There was a couple month wait to do our initial visit to determine if our girls could join the pack but I’m glad we waited until we could get in. P & L love it there and are always happy when we arrive and are great when we pick them up. At other facilities they would have gastrointestinal issues in the days after pick up but that hasn’t happened on any of the occasions they’ve stayed. The facility is spacious and clean with lots of outdoor space. Puppy Dreams has been able to accommodate multiple last minute requests for boarding when we had water damage in our home and it wasn’t a safe environment for them. It’s been awesome not to have to worry about our pups throughout the reconstruction and Puppy Dreams has had availability for our girls on the multiple occasions it’s taken to get all of our repairs completed. The staff is fantastic and it’s reassuring to know that our dogs are so well taken care of when they’re away from home. They’re getting playtime, given their medication, fed and walked consistently, and enjoying lots of love & cuddles from the staff. If your pups are a big part of your family like they are for us, check out Puppy Dreams where they’ll be treated like they should be!
We LOVE bringing our two dogs for boarding and doggy day care at Puppy Dreams. The owner is wonderful and the staff is super friendly. They give the dogs quality care and attention each and every time. I have been taking my dogs here for several years and will continue coming back. The dogs hop out of the car when I arrive and get excited when they go inside. The building is clean and well maintained, and again, I can't say enough about the owner and staff. They are AWESOME. :-)

Having tried several doggie daycare locations across Orlando, Puppy Dreams is BY FAR our favorite! The staff are all so friendly and caring, and you can truly see that they enjoy what they do. They take the dogs out more times per day than other daycare places, and they really let them play to their hearts content! We never worry about our pup when she’s here, and we know she’s getting honest love and attention. When your pup is here it’s like they’re staying with an extended member of the family! We just started taking our dog, "Mama", to Puppy Dreams a few weeks ago. She loves it! She really enjoys being with other dogs (especially the calm ones), and she's always happy when any of the staff come out to greet her and take her in to start her day there. Great day care for dogs!
All 3 of my pups have stayed at Puppy Dreams since 2006. They have a caring staff and I have trusted leaving them. Duffy likes the big grassy play yard and playing with his little friends.
We love bringing our dog here! We’ve had trouble at other boarding places who won’t take him because he’s overly playful and too big for other dogs. At Puppy Dreams, he gets 1 on 1 attention or carefully supervised play with other dogs that share his temperament. He’s always so happy to go for daycare or boarding and we can tell the whole Puppy Dreams staff truly love every dog that walks through their door. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
I am so thankful that I found Whiskers and paws this summer! Betty and her husband are wonderful and immediately made me feel comfortable leaving my dogs. This is some thing I really struggle with because I worry that no one will care for them as much as I will, but my girls were so comfortable with Betty I was able to relax without any worries. Now I’m thinking about all of the trips. I’ll be able to take having a wonderful reliable place where my extra needy dogs can be happy without me.
Betty and her husband did such an awesome job taking care of my mom’s dog Clifford. They kept us updated with pictures and videos during our stay in Orlando. They were quick to respond to messages and always willing to answer any questions. I would recommend everyone who has a small dog who needs care in Orlando to use Whiskers and Paws!
One of the best experience we’ve ever had. Betty and her husband are 100% trustworthy and caring. We left our 9 month old toy poodle with them and they cared about him so much! They made sure he was comfortable, made sure he ate, asked me for permission before giving him anything. I left him for 3 days and I did not have to worry about anything. I knew he was in good hands and she constantly sent me pictures and videos. I will only be using Whiskers and Paws Petsitting when visiting Orlando. Such great people and a great atmosphere for the dogs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend, don’t look anywhere else, just book your stay you will not regret it. The amount of love given to our puppy was amazing!
If you’re looking for a trustworthy place to board your dog, look no further. Betty and Rick are absolutely incredible. Our dog is very old and is starting to have some medical issues. Leaving her to go to a wedding was a bit scary. The very moment I met this lovely couple and saw their beautiful home, I knew Bella was in the best possible care. And I honestly felt like I never left her!! They provided constant updates and photos. They gave her so much love, comfort, and care. It really made a stressful situation extremely easy. I think our dog enjoyed her vacation more than being at our house!!! If they took people, I’d check in tomorrow🙂 I will forever recommend them. Thank you, Betty and Rick. Bella has been with me through everything (15 years) and leaving her is never easy. You guys were phenomenal and I know we’ll be able to go on trips more now that she has a second home🩷
Betty and Rick were wonderful with our sweet 10 month old Shih-Tzu, Teddy. We were a bit nervous leaving him for the first time, but they took those nerves away instantly. He stayed with them three different days while we were in town visiting the amusement parks. He had so much fun playing with the other dogs and going on walks. We loved receiving videos and pictures throughout the day. This reassured us that he was being well cared for and having fun too. They are great people who truly have a love of animals. We plan to bring him again when we are back in the area.
I can’t say enough about this team!! After one visit, we’ll never board anywhere else again. From the initial introduction call and meet and greet to the entire experience while we were away, it was absolutely incredible! They answered every question I had, did everything possible to ease our minds and ensure our pup was comfortable, and sent numerous photos and videos. It was by far the best experience we could have asked for and are so blessed to have found them! Highly recommend!
I can't speak highly enough about Betty and her husband. They are wonderful people that took amazing care of our puppies. We are very over protective of them and were very hesitant to leave them at a kennel on our family vacation. Because we were coming from out of state it made it that much harder to find a place that we felt comfortable with. When I came across Whiskers and Paws and saw that she looks after the dogs in her home and treats them like family I just loved that idea. Betty was quick to return my calls and texts and happy to answer all my questions. She provided pictures and videos of other animals she was looking after and without question calmed my nerves. My dogs had a great time and that enabled my family and I to enjoy our vacation without worrying about our puppies all day. When visiting again I will absolutely be giving Betty a call.
Betty went above and beyond to care for our very old sweet boy Scruffy! He ended up having some different health issues pop up while we were out of town and he was under Betty’s care, and it was so helpful how communicative and proactive she was in getting him to his vet and taking care of him. They even took turns staying up watching over him at night. Truly above and beyond and takes care of your pet like they are their own. Appreciate you all very much!
5 stars aren’t enough for how amazing these people are!! We dropped off our 8 month old Yorkie for the afternoon, and she was so loved and cared for the entire time. Not only were we given frequent updates, but Betty did a complimentary photo shoot for Christmas. I have never felt so reassured and comfortable leaving our puppy with anyone. Highly recommend, and we will be planning another visit to Whisker and Paws soon! Thank you guys for everything!
My shih-tzu Sachi stayed at Whiskers and Paws and it was wonderful. Betty sent me pictures and videos while I was on my trip. She was very attentive, caring and gave me updates on how she did everyday. Sachi really felt like she was at home. It really looked like Sachi was living her best doggy life while in her care. Overall great service and would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for a petsitter for small dogs. FIVE STARS!
Baxter stayed at Paws and Play during Christmas time. He is shy and had back surgery two years ago. Therefore, he has to be careful when not at home. Baxter loved being there. They held him, gave him lots of loving and played with Baxter. They groomed him before picking him up, per my request. It was so nice to pick up a clean and happy dog. So happy we choose Paws and Play when boarding our baby Bella who is only 4.5 pounds. Although I was Leary at first, we were so comfortable and happy after her first stay . They treated her like a little Princess and took the time to give her love and affection like we do at home . Our Nakita loves to go to puppy daycare! They have reminded us in past and included Nakita for special parties so she doesn't miss out! She now only goes once a week. We just booked our first boarding stay and for some reason I didn't receive an email for prepayment on boarding. I received a text a few days later for a reminder of this task- I was so thankful! Destiny made sure to resend this and we didn't lose our boarding days. Thanks Destiny and team for making sure Nakita is always loved there! We know she is a hyper girl and she can be a handful! Paws and Play Ocoee, FL is the best over night stays and/or stay for the day to play for our dogs. Our pups have been attending Paws and Play for almost 6 years. They truly care about our dogs and their individual needs. Our pups know as soon as we pull in the “barking” lot (let the fun begin). They pull us to front door and come home exhausted. The facility is clean and inviting. Grooming is fabulous. Destiny is super knowledgeable with training, nutrition and overall pet care. 5 stars!!!

I have been taking my fur baby to the resort for over a year now for daycare and I wouldn’t take him anywhere else! Benny gets excited to go play as soon as we get in the parking lot. I know when I leave my little guy he is living his best life playing with all his friends! I’ve never been very trusting leaving my dog anywhere as I have had a past issue with him getting loose for almost 5 hours!! I recently moved to Florida and quickly found Paws & Play and immediately felt like my baby was in good hands. The constant pictures being sent while I’m away, the way he comes home so happy and gets excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot warms my heart and makes me feel so comfortable. I’ll never take my boy anywhere else!!!! If you want your babies to have the best time and love as if they were the staffs personal dogs, I highly recommend them!!!
So far we have had no issues. We actually have been bringing our dogs to a different place down the street but they always have something go wrong and our dogs either eat the wrong food or skip meals after we brought enough for their entire stay. Paws & Play is very welcoming and they really show us that they love our pups. Our dogs show excitement when we walk in and they are not always excited to leave. Thank you for taking great care of our pups.
We’ve done both daycare and boarding due to travel. The attention is excellent and their services are outstanding. The staff is friendly and professional and take good care of our pet. We took our dear Olivia for a bath and to get her claws trimmed. She gets shy at first but then has an awesome time with the other doggies at the center. 🐾 Happy places make happy dogs! 🐶
If i could put 0 stars i would but, since they took my boy in last minute for christmas i guess they get one star. i dropped my boy off at a healthy 80lbs and he comes back with his ribs showing, noticeably smaller and immediately gorging down a bowl of food (he has never done this, he is a slow eater.) i only received back a few cups of food when he was sent with 8 cups a day and it seems as though he ate none of it. Pictures of my boy before and after. My boyfriend also told me when picking him up it reeks of urine in the building.

Incredible, honestly. I made last minute plans for daycare for my service dog. He came back tired, happy, and thanks to a reasonably priced bath: clean. He was howling in every picture they posted so clearly he enjoyed himself. A literal vacation lifesaver and treated us like regulars. Would definitely come back.
My husband and I were traveling from out of town to go to Universal theme parks in Orlando when we learned that our puppy has some pretty bad separation anxiety and would not be able to stay in our hotel room unattended. Hounds Town was a huge life saver! They were able to schedule the puppy's evaluation for the very next day and we were able to leave him there after the eval. They took wonderful care of our boy and we are so thankful we found them. We are coming back in December and are looking forward to bringing him there again during our stay. I would highly recommend!
I have loved my experience bringing my dog, Zack, to daycare at Hounds Town! He comes home happy and tired. What keeps me coming back is the photos they post of the dogs having a blast at daycare! I love seeing that he’s happy and playing with his little friends.

This was our first time traveling with our pet and we didn’t want to leave him alone in the hotel while we went to the parks. I searched for doggy day cares in the area and hounds town listened to all of my concerns and patiently answered every one of my questions. They made me feel very comfortable and when I brought my dog in they treated him with so much care it was great! We will definitely be leaving our dog at Hounds Town again!! Thank you
We found this place on Friday. We had never heard of them and apparently they just opened 5 months ago. The staff were very nice and helpful as we filled out all the paperwork. They then tested our dogs with one of the dogs there and apparently they passed. We dropped them off. We called on Saturday and checked on them and then picked them up on Sunday. The dogs were happy. I took my dog out to pee and he went right back in with me with no hesitation. The dogs were happy but exhausted. They slept a lot the next 24 hours. We will be back to Hound town.
We took our very active puppy here once and he immediately loved it! He always loves visiting his friends at Hounds Town, and they always welcome him bright and early in the morning! I love being able to see photos of his day at Hounds Town, while I’m at work, and seeing how happy he is there! I highly recommend bringing any level of activity dog to Hounds Town! Can’t leave your dog at home alone all day while you’re at work? Hounds Town’s got you covered! They will make you and yours happy!!
Just want to say how incredible this place is, my dogs Mac & Miller will complete their month long stay on 10/1/22 and we have had nothing short of an incredible experience. The foster who was caring for my 2 pups abandoned them at the shelter without my knowledge, I was incredibly distraught not knowing what to do (we are in a temp living situation & couldn't have them) - I inquired here and they got them in QUICK! They are wonderful people and a beautiful facility! We finally get them back and move into our new home next week!!! I just love how active they are with posting pictures/videos every day, and the email communication is also top tier! I HIGHLY recommend them & will be utilizing this facility in the future 10000%!!!!
I have an 8 month golden retriever and we were going to be out of town for one night so we thought we would try Pet Paradise out since we’ve driven by before and our first impression was that it looked really nice. This was our very first time doing anything like this and unfortunately this will be the last time. I’m just so disappointed with how he looked when picking him up. His entire lower half of his body and legs were wet with urine. When the leash was handed off to me I asked the young lady why he was wet and I was told he was “laying in a puddle”. I thought it was strange so I walked out puzzled as I knew he wasn’t allowed in the dog pool because he’s not neutered yet. Then I thought maybe he knocked over his water bowel? As soon as we exited I immediately took him to their grassy area to pee before heading home. My poor dog was peeing for quite some time, almost as if he were holding all night. We picked him up around noon and I just wasn’t expecting him to have held so much pee in… but in that moment I thought to myself okay… maybe he was nervous? I wasn’t really notified much when I was checking out. My husband had an extra towel in the car and wiped him down immediately before getting in the car, the towel was white so it made it easy to see what “puddle” the young lady was referring to when he was handed off to me. I took a photo of the towel once we got home to show what I’m referring to. My heart is broken. He’s still a puppy however he is potty trained and normally dogs don’t lay in urine. And now I’m afraid my dog would never be okay with boarding any other place due to this experience, I’m not sure how it went at all for him. When we first arrived to pick him up the staff member was friendly and stated that she knew exactly who my dog was when I first got to the facility. She proceeded to say he was very vocal and about his time in “tiny town” and said he just wanted a lot of attention and was vocal about it…. I thought that was odd since my dog isn’t vocal at home but not only that since he’s not neutered he is considered a “non compat dog” so I thought he wasn’t allowed in that specific area with other pets… I’m now convinced she just confused him with another dog. So again, not sure how his experience was. We paid extra for one on one time since he couldn’t socialize with other dogs but we didn’t hear how that went so if he had one on one time I’m not really sure how he did. I didn’t say much when checking him out because I was told I would receive a report card after his stay but all I received was an itemized receipt. I can only imagine how he must’ve felt being there. It was already a lot for him and I just feel so guilty for leaving him there. I will say when we dropped him off we toured the facility and it was beautiful and we did see all the dogs in the play areas and it just looked like the dogs were having a blast. I loved it, and I even asked if they would take volunteers or a part time position because I thought it would be such a fun place to be. But obviously that all quickly changed and again we will not be going back.
This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I can always count on Pet Paradise to take care of my FurBaby! I love the daily report cards & pictures. It comforts me to see her & her FurBaby happiness! Enjoy the pictures! She is 3 now. She’s been with them since she was 3 or 4 months!
We had a great experience boarding at Pet Paradise. I liked seeing our dogs during playtime on the cameras. The progress report at the end is a nice touch. I called once to check how everything was going, and people were responsive. I also found the drop-off process so organized and welcoming.

Casey Bennett Boarded my little guy ( yorkie ) 11 months old on 8/19/24 - through 9/5/24 at this facility while we were on vacation. They seemed friendly , and they have tons of clients. (Mistake ) not enough staff . His first time being boarded we were so worried. Paid an extra fee to get email reports so we could have a little peace of mind to know how he was doing. Every report we received was that he was having the time of his life. On Sept 5, I picked him up. When he got home he was coughing , I called the vet when he checked him he confirmed he had kennel cough . He put him on two antibiotics. Thank God he was vaccinated. When I emailed and called the facility no one picked up and I left message. The resort mgr called me later in the afternoon and her reaction was “well it happens, “ sorry “at no time she showed any concern for my dog or the dogs in the facility . If my dog came home with it I’m sure other dogs got it as well. This virus is highly contagious. We had to extend our trip overseas due to an unexpected medical emergency , so I asked my friend to buy a bag of his food and drop it off . As my friend was leaving she was looking for my little guy and she spotted him in the yard with large dogs , she got concerned and took pics. As we are dealing with the cough, We started noticing our baby curled up and trembling and hiding and when we tried to pick him up he would scream . After a few attempts I was able to calm him down and started to check his body when we found a laceration under his front foreleg . I took him to the vet he confirmed trauma to that area and the wound had been draining because the fur in that area was matted . a possible dog bite! He Put him on antibiotics and a topical ointment. Drove to the facility with the vets report and pics. demanded answers : we encountered the assistant manager . Her first reaction was oh wow! Her second reaction was defensive and even insinuating my dog could’ve done something but they saw nothing . They never noticed anything! Heard nothing ! You want to tell me at no point no one saw my dog in pain or screaming if anyone got near him? We demanded a full refund of his boarding plus $250 in vet bills. The resort manager tried to play detective on what took place and defended the facility . She finally said I’ll reimburse his stay but the vet bills you have to submit it to the legal department and can take up to a year to get resolved. And then she put the icing on the cake by saying “Your dog cannot board here anymore due to the current situation” Is she kidding me? Who would take their beloved pet to PET HELL? Is she for real? Friends be very careful if you’re thinking in leaving your fur baby at this facility!
Love all the pup reports and the pictures addition was worth it. Only got one report that was late on being sent till I called. Good on fast responses with phone calls. The cameras in the facility are a nice way to keep an eye on your pet. I wish they monitored the dog eat habits a bit more and helped a dog eat more since they are in a different environment and not have to add the enhancers. Overall, super friendly staff and a good price point for the cleanliness and care you get!
I am extremely disappointed with the care my dog received at this Pet Paradise location. My husband and I have been bringing our 2 year old dog here regularly for day camp whenever one of us is on work travel, but today was the last straw. While watching the camera of Play Yard 1, my husband saw our dog being attacked by two other dogs. The staff member in the play yard who was supposed to be supervising was on his phone, completely ignoring what was happening, and did not step in to help. Both my husband and I called multiple times to try to alert someone at the front desk, but the line was busy every time. It took about 10 tries to get through to someone who then saw what was happening and removed the dogs from each other. At that point, my husband decided to leave work early to pick up our dog from this unsafe situation. To no surprise, our sweet and always excited baby was visibly shaken and extremely nervous when my husband got there to pick him up. This place clearly lacks attention and responsibility. After this experience, I would not recommend bringing your beloved pet here if you value their safety and well-being. Things like this can obviously happen but the lack of staff intervention during an obvious dangerous situation is shocking. The inability to get in touch with the front desk team in a prompt manner is also very concerning. I’d consider other options if you’re looking for a doggy daycare.

I recently boarded my fur baby, Lola, at Pet Paradise, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and at ease. They took great care of Lola, and I could tell she was in good hands. When I picked her up, she was in such great spirits—her tail was wagging, and she seemed genuinely happy! It was clear she had a wonderful time. I highly recommend Pet Paradise to any pet parent looking for a safe and loving place for their fur babies. We'll definitely be back! I've had such a terrible experience with this establishment. I made an emergency booking for my Labrador the night before on 7/24 through their website, because my pet sitter had to cancel last minute. I travel for work, so it was imperative I could board her here. Not to mention, I am currently 8.5 months pregnant, with a husband working overseas, so I was in a pretty desperate situation. We have used this place before for our dog and our information was already in the system. Unfortunately, my dog had just started her heat, but I didn't know this was an issue. When I made the appointment online, there was nothing on the site asking me if my dog was in heat, so I figured she can still be taken in. When I arrived around 7:15am, I mentioned to the staff that she was in heat and one of the older ladies immediately told me she couldn't stay. In my shock, I asked why and they said it's an issue with the male dogs. When I asked if she could be separated from the rest of the dogs for the one day I needed them to watch her, they told me they couldn't do that. I asked to speak with a manager because I didn't have anyone to watch my dog and I was desperate. The manager came out and basically repeated the same thing to me. I started crying because I had no one to watch my dog and they could care less. No compassion, no help, no concern. They truly did not care for the situation I was in and did not try to work anything out for me. DO NOT bring your pets here! They are heartless and do not have a proper booking system that can allow a pet owner to know if certain rules must be followed for a dog to stay on premises. If they need 3 days notice for pets to stay, they should not allow for next day bookings on their site. Truly a waste of time to drive there and a huge disappointment as a business. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
The Winter Garden Pet Paradise is the third location I have used for my pups and this was by far our best experience! From check in to check out, the staff was caring, friendly, and informative. I also love having access to the webcam to be able to peek in on our babies. If ever in the area again, I know my girls will be well cared for!
I’ve been taking my golden retriever, Ruby, to V.I.Pet Resort since the beginning of 2024, and I’m beyond happy with all their services and incredible staff. Ruby has gone for boarding, daycare, and grooming, and each experience has been fantastic. During her most recent boarding stay, she had a small ear infection, and the staff went above and beyond in caring for her. They even sent me pictures during her stay! The groomer offered to dye her tail pink and purple and painted her nails pink—she looks so cute and always seems happy and well cared for when she’s with them. I completely trust V.I.Pet Resort to take care of Ruby when I’m out of town or when she needs some socialization at daycare. I love that they do holiday events and celebrate when it’s a dog’s bday. Their team is amazing—friendly, sweet, and knowledgeable. Once, while I was away, Ruby developed a UTI, and they worked with my vet to get her diagnosed, medicated, and cared for until I could return. Their communication was constant and reassuring throughout, which made a world of difference. I’m so grateful I found V.I.Pet Resort. I highly recommend them—10/10!
We are Miami natives and took our baby snow here while we were at universal which is 10 minutes away and they were absolutely amazing! They sent lots of pics and vids, were very kind with her & us, groomed her nicely, gave us the sweetest report card etc. I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back when we visit the parks again! I have been bringing my dog Mookie to VIP for about a year now and couldn’t be happier. I have brought my dog to a few different boarding places over the years and they are by far the best, you can tell they truly care about the pets! Every time we walk in they greet Mookie by name, it’s such a nice personal touch. My favorite part is the pictures/updates they send!!
Our corgi had a blast at daycare and boarding! The staff was incredible! We got photo updates and notes on her behavior. It helped reduce our stress about leaving our dog while we went to DisneyWorld. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with a friendly dog!
Our kids love coming here any time we are in Orlando. This Thanksgiving we made a point to come to Orlando for their 8th Birthday's Brother & Sister. Best daycare ever. Picture of them passed out in bed, after a full day of Vipet Resort Fun! Thanks to the staff for taking such great care our babies. They will be back tomorrow morning. Only place we will leave our kids.
The employees at VIPet Resort take excellent care for my fur baby. As a rescue dog, he was shy and aggressive in the first few weeks after adopting him. But now he loves to get belly rubs and snuggle with them which often makes for some good photos of him having a great time at daycare.
My Maltipoo pup Piper is a regular when we travel to Orlando. The staff is amazing! ⭐️ Kind, thoughtful, and very responsive to making sure it’s a great experience for your pet and parents. Plus the facilities are extremely clean and very well maintained. Play areas have plenty of room and experiences for them to have fun. I love the Champions Club for smaller breeds, Piper made some great furry friends there. Five Stars, yes!!!!
We had a very good experience. The staff were very friendly as well. My two cats, Noll and Mango, stayed here for the day in their own closed in space, which was just the service we needed while repairs were happening in the house. Thanks!
Absolutely LOVE this place! I truly wish that they were located near my home. We needed a place for our dog to stay (5 days) during a family trip to Kissimmee. Fortunately, they were 20 min away from where we stayed. Not only did they provide daily pics of her, but she looked so well kept and happy. I felt so at ease when I received those pictures. As long as you give them full instructions and pack the proper care items for your pet, they will treat them as if it's their own. Very nice staff. Would definitely take her once a week as a play pal if I lived local. Amazing experience for my girl, Solei!
We have been taking our dog here since he was of legal age and vaccination to attend. It’s been over 2 years now and it’s his home away from home. The staff treat him like their own and he’s always so excited to walk in. They love him as much as he loves them and I can’t ask for more from a daycare facility. Excellent place to consider for your dog!
Miss Emily’s was amazing! I boarded my 5 month old kitten, Sammy, there this past weekend and they took exceptional care of him. They were super communicative with me whenever I had questions or just wanted an update on Sam. They definitely gave him lots of love this weekend and I’m so glad he had a friendly and loving place to stay while I was away. I know there’s not too many reviews for cat owners on here so I wanted to let you guys know that they treat their kitties amazing as well. He had lots of playtime and social time with the workers from what I could see. I definitely recommended Miss Emily’s if anyone needs to board their cat.
I picked up Sonny from boarding with Miss Emily’s- this was our first time boarding & I was very anxious as this was my first time away from my dog, however miss Emily’s made me feel so at ease and took care of my baby! I trust them to take care of him moving forward and absolutely adore the staff! Special shout out to Jess and Valerie who are amazing and friendly :) I will continue to use miss Emily since I trust them! & recommend for any pet parents in the area

My dog had his first experience with doggie daycare last week at Miss Emily's bed and biscuit. He was a resurender dog when I got him from the pound. He is afraid of kennels and crates. Emily's was a positive experience for him. Just look at that face. It says it all. We are looking forward to future visits.

Miss Emily’s Bed & Biscuit has been nothing but amazing to me and my pup! When I first took my puppy she was super timid and didn’t love being at daycare, but, the staff put together a plan for her! They eased her into being in the play room with other dogs and also put her in a room with another friend. That way she was constantly with friends and was getting more comfortable with dogs her size and that were bigger than her. They really helped my little dog get out of her comfort zone!! Now, everyday I take her to daycare she so so so excited to see all the staff and her fur friends!! They take so many pictures, give her treats, and love her unconditionally while I am at work! They also give me so many updates on how she did that day, and funny stories of what my pup did! They truly do love every single fur baby that goes to daycare! I love Miss Emily’s and the wonderful staff as well!!!

I love Pet suites! I needed a place to board my dogs while at Disney World. I'm a regular at my location in SC and this was perfect! It is less than 20min from Disney and I knew my pups were having a great time. This was a picture they sent me during their stay.
**10/10 – Highly Recommend!** This was our first time boarding our fur babies, and I was nervous at first, but from the moment I toured the facility, I knew it would be a perfect fit! My wife and I had many questions, and the staff answered every one of them promptly and with complete confidence. Two of our three dogs have severe allergies, and the team was incredibly attentive to their needs, making sure they were well taken care of. The day before our dogs were to stay, we had the chance to visit the facility again to see where they’d be, and everything was set up just right for them. Our pups stayed for five days, and throughout their stay, we were able to check the cameras whenever we wanted. Each time, we saw one of the amazing staff members checking in on them and giving them some love. This gave both my wife and me such peace of mind! We will definitely be booking again in the future!
I recently went in for a tour because I have been looking for a board and daycare for my dog Rio. I went in and the gentleman up front, who introduced himself to me as Alex, gave me a wonderful tour. Very informative and thorough, and made me feel like I was truly welcome. Now for the facility - it was amazing. My favorite part was the luxury suite, especially with the camera access. The facility was clean and play areas were good size. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for boarding or daycare! 5/5 stars all the way.
Honestly, It was an amazing experience! Staff were so friendly and treated our dogs amazingly, They took them out, the dogs watched movies and got played with! This was Honestly just great.
First visit with our fur baby who is a 10 months old twoodle, they were so friendly and caring with us and her. She was so worn out from playing it was the best play day for her. Our fur baby is now over two and still going here, she loves the staff and playtime. She starts standing up in backseat of car when we get close, and whines we pull in, when we hand her over she doesn't even look back at us, kind of hurt a little but we realize she is so excited.
Im super conflicted while writing this. 1st this location is WAY better than the Oviedo location. We used them 1x and will never again. The communication is terrible. The Winter Garden location is much better but still will miss pupdates. We've boarded our big dogs there a few times. My Catahula is actually excited to go there now, but I think this will be the last time. My lab girl got a huge hot spot on her neck, which Pet Suites was pretty quick to alert us to, though the size of it when they told us was so big I find it hard to imagine it was hard to oversee and NOT mentioned with that days pupdate. They took her to a vet for treatment, which will be on them according to the manager. I really wanted to pick her up today but theyre already closed. I was kinda thinking theyd bend the rules considering how big this sore is (and can i say this is her 1st hit spot ever and its most likely due to then allowing her to get wet and not properly drying her - she is a thick coat lab mix!) but they close at 8pm. So I got curious and asked is there not someone there who can hand her over? Noone is at the facility overnight. From 8pm to 630am NOONE IS THERE. THE ANIMALS ARE LOCKED UP AND LEFT ALONE. Thats a deal breaker for me. Its been mostly good times but this is grossly irresponsible to me. To take money from ppl to watch your beloved pets and you dont have even 1 actual human to check on them for 10.5 hours? Nope. UPDATED 5.11.24 My husband and I toured numerous boarding facilities before be ever boarded our dogs. He is adamant that when we toured Pet Suites we were told they were closed over night but there was a human on site. You seem to know a lot about hot spots, WAY more than I did until I left my dog with yall. THANKS (sarcasm) for the education. With all that knowledge especially when you get into the specifics of dog type/ coat type one would think you'd pay a bit extra care to the dogs your soaking cuz its hot and putting away wet. Maybe if someone was there the whole time to watch her like we're paying you too someone would have noticed it forming BEFORE IT WAS HER ENTIR THROAT. I feel TERRIBLE if life prevents me from letting my dogs out for over 6 hours. 10.5 hours and Im really worried. THATS YOUR BUISNESS MODEL! Noone there for 10.5 hours. These reviews about dogs covered in their own filth? Thats cuz theyre locked in a cage for 10.5 hours while noone is there. And then how do they all get out when ppl finally show up after 10.5 hours? You cant take them all out at oncesome cant be with other dogs. How many dogs are there at a time? Whats the determination on who gets to go out first? Given the number of dogs there have to be some that arent getting to go out for 12 hours. That. Is. Criminal. Neglect. You. Are. Charging. For. Your own staff told me they wont board there. If that doesn't tell you everything you need to know.
This first time experience was a very positive one bringing our puppy to stay for a few days while we had to go out of town. The app and process for booking as a new customer was a very simple and easy process that was straight forward. The team members were friendly and helpful and seemed to take great care of our Nala.
This is the place to take your pet if you want a worry free experience. The staff and management here know each dog by name and take the time to make sure your pet is comfortable and happy. I am a person who worries about my pets during every moment I am away from them. At Pet Suites, I called on the second day to check on my babies and the staff gave me a detailed account of how my pets were doing, how they were behaving, and what they were doing. They told me to call back as often as I wanted to. After that, my mind was at complete ease that my pets were being well taken care of and content. I looked at multiple places in Orlando and this one was the best one.
The people here are amazing. I use them for day camp and boarding. It's evident that they all have a love for animals and they treat my beagle Barney like a member of the family. My only suggestion is a monthly or yearly price for unlimited doggy day camp.
My dog was possibly ill when at PetSuites and they took extraordinary care of her. I appreciate the notification, the texts, the phone calls and all that Melissa, the manager, did (she came back in after going home for the day) to make sure all was well for our pet. Very appreciated. Then due to a flight issue, and a holiday, they ran out of provided food. They contacted us as to what was needed and went out and got the food that our dog could eat. Super impressed. 10/10
Michelle and her team at Pluto’s Pals Pet Care were a lifesaver for us and our 2.5-year-old Portuguese Water Dog, Otter. We were at our wit’s end when we found Michelle, as Otter had begun displaying aggressive behavior, severely biting us without warning. We had already spent thousands of dollars on numerous vet visits, including a GI specialist and a veterinary behaviorist who prescribed a variety of anxiety and sedative medications. We even tried working with a fear-free trainer, but nothing seemed to help. It was heartbreaking to see Otter so unhappy, and we felt completely lost. Michelle was a breath of fresh air. From the moment we met her, we felt heard and understood. She took the time to really listen to our concerns, cried with us, and showed us and Otter the utmost respect. Michelle’s compassion and expertise were evident from the start. We were literally a day away from the heartbreaking decision of behavioral euthanasia (this was tearing us up but we were under the impression it was the only option), as Otter was so fearful that he wouldn’t even be in the same room with me without growling, barking, and charging. It felt like my best friend had suddenly turned against me, and we didn’t know why. Nothing had happened that would justify his behavior. Michelle helped us discover that Otter had numerous food allergies, which were likely causing him immense discomfort and triggering his aggressive behavior. With her guidance, we were able to wean Otter off his anxiety medications and sedatives, experiment with different diets, and introduce CBD oil and probiotics. The transformation was incredible. Otter graduated from a board and train program with Michelle at Pluto’s Pals, while we attended her first weekly dog psychology class to better understand how to communicate with Otter in a way that is natural for dogs. Despite our initial apprehension, given the amount of money we had already spent on various treatments and trainers, we are endlessly grateful that we took a chance on Michelle and that she took a chance on us. She truly helped us rebuild our relationship with Otter. Otter has come such a long way. He’s no longer fearful and aggressive; he’s the smart, sweet, and feisty dog we always knew him to be before his aggression started. He even allows us to groom him again, something that had become a huge issue due to his discomfort. We cannot thank Michelle enough for her patience, understanding, and dedication. She has given us back our best friend, and for that, we will be forever grateful. If you’re struggling with your dog’s behavior and feel like you’ve run out of options, I highly recommend reaching out to Michelle at Pluto’s Pals Pet Care. Mr Giggles LOVES Michelle and his pack at Plutos Pals! I wish I would have called a year earlier because it was what I was looking for all along. He gets training, gets to play outside in the spacious area where he can run, play in the water feauture(which he loves), play with his pack, so he has a balanced, structured day. I was hesitant in the beginning due to the days, hours, and all-size dogs together, but I made the adjustment because he is happy, learning, and she is a trained handler with dog pyscholgy experience. He has never been excited about daycare, but I love the fact that he beats me to the door. And he asks Michelle for cuddles and gets them while he is there which makes me so happy. I've also learned a lot from Michele and grown as a dog owner which has improved our relationship because I understand dogs more now.
My dog Maggie was almost 9 months old when I got her from a rescue. She was wild and wiggly and had no understanding of any commands. But I figured as she matured she’d settle down and I would have a handle on her. After 3 months passed I realized Maggie needed more than I could provide her when it came to helping her reach her full potential. At home she was fairly calm but if I had visitors or took her out in public things would quickly escalate. She is a social butterfly, not aggressive but hyper. She approached everyone with an enthusiastic jump nearly knocking them down. She had rude social behavior with both people and other dogs. Walking her on a leash was difficult as she pulled hard in every direction. With her constantly jumping on people, tugging at their clothes, biting them for attention and ignoring my commands I was at a loss as to how to stop her awful behavior. I became mentally & physically stressed always trying to control my dog and living a life of chaos. But then, I met Michelle and EVERYTHING changed! I enrolled Maggie in the 3-week boot camp at Pluto’s Pals and it was the best decision I’ve ever made for my dog! From my first conversation with Michelle I knew she is genuinely invested in every dog she works with. She took the time to listen to my concerns as well as explain her approaches. Not only does Michelle have extensive quality training but she has a true understanding of the reasons behind a dog’s behavior. She holds the keys to changing that behavior and bringing out the very best in a dog. Not only did Maggie emerge as a shining star after training but we as dog owners benefited as well. Michelle equipped us with the tools necessary to continue a structured life for Maggie which in turn enriched our lives together as a family. She is the same sweet, vibrant girl we love but has a new calm, obedient, patient disposition about her. We can now walk her with ease, have company over without chaos and have peace of mind knowing she’s living a life that’s safe and secure. We look forward to watching her grow and learn even more in future training sessions with Michelle. Pluto’s Pals has also become Maggie’s home-away-from-home if I need to travel without her. She has such a total blast every time she reunites with her pack! It’s so comforting knowing she’s getting the best care. Thank you Michelle for bringing out the best in our pup!
When I say Michelle is one in a million, I mean it. She will always put your dog first and educate you on how to enhance your pup for a better future. Bono adores going to Pluto’s and I LOVE when he returns as he is normally bouncing off the walls, but instead returns home to me well mannered and sleeps for a day! You’ll see the confidence in your dog soar and learn instinctive skills our modern lifestyle inhibits. I board and daycare Bono without hesitation, knowing he is able to socialise all day unlike other boarding facilities that isolated until a 30 minute play time is due. From zooming in the yard, stomping his paws on pack walks to splashing in the pool and cooling off in the house on the tile or sofa. They are monitored 24/7 and have freedom to roam, socialise or crate themselves for alone time whenever they want. (Plus Michelle monitors when a nap is needed for Bono as he would play all day!) It’s the closest if not better than home as he gets to snuggle with all his pack pals. Seeing Bono be a confident, sociable pup around balanced and beautifully mannered pack members is a feeling I don’t tire from. I’ll always be thankful that I met Michelle at a local pet fest and cannot recommend her services enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Nothing but an amazing experience so far with Pluto’s Pals! When moving to the Orlando area we were recommended to check out Pluto’s Pals by our dog trainer, and spoke with Michelle on how to get the dogs to become part of the pack! We have done both pack days and overnight boarding, & we normally do just 1 pack day a week for the two pups. Everything is extremely organized and a lot of care and thought is put into everything. From making sure the dogs are all healthy and vaccinated, to getting them adjusted to all the dogs in the pack! My dogs are big barkers (dachshunds are very loud hahah) but they were also dealing with insecurity and nervousness. Just bringing them once a week into a calm and structured environment and introducing them to new dogs has improved both of their behaviors tremendously! They can walk with and near other dogs and strangers without reacting, they are much more polite with strangers, and their confidence has skyrocketed. Michelle is incredible. We moved here late 2022 and it was hard to find a good daycare/boarding facility (there are many options to choose from, but none seemed to have the quality I was looking for). I found Michelle, called her, and Kobe made it into the pack a couple days later! He absolutely loves it there and I appreciate Michelle’s approach - she emphasizes training and fun! She’s also the only person that’s been able to trim his nails, which we’ve always had a hard time with. I travel 45 min one-way to get to her so that says a lot about my trust. You’ll definitely get the full package with Michelle!
I highly recommend Michelle and Pluto’s Pals Pet Care for all your puppy and dog needs. Our puppy has been attending pack days for the past 6 months. He gets excited every time he sees Michelle. He has learned to behave and socialize with other dogs during pack days. He’s spent a few weekends with her when we’ve gone out of town. Our family was first time dog owners. We couldn't be happier with the results with our girl Cali. Michelle was awesome to work with and it is so nice to have Cali relaxed and confident. Our greyhound, Dana, has attended Boot Camp and is a regular pack day participant. Before her training began, she was the most fearful dog we have ever seen and rescued. Michelle took her under her wing and sent her back a different dog. She is now very outgoing and much less afraid of noises and people. Thank you Michelle for hosting my sweet girl, Sophie for 3 days! From start to finish, Michelle communicated effectively, first calling and asking really thoughtful questions about my pup’s behavior at home. She also educated me on basic training and behavioral aspects, which I appreciated. She took all the necessary precautions by ensuring all pack members are vaccinated and are current on preventative treatments (heart-worm/flea & tick). Upon their initial meeting, Sophie immediately took to Michelle’s calm nature. Being pretty picky about where my dog stays for extended periods of time, I was immediately reassured that she was in great hands. Michelle constantly sent updates about Sophie, administered medication with no issues and was able to get my girl to eat from day 1 (she typically goes on hunger strikes when in a new environment). She allowed my girl to move at her own pace and even accommodated her need to be super close to a human, until she warmed up to the pack. I’m definitely looking forward to utilizing her training services in the near future, so we can continue building Sophie’s confidence when around other furry friends of all sizes.
