Debbie and Larry were the best sitters you could ask for. They really loved for Pebbles and took her on tons of walks at many parks. They were great communicators and sent photos and updates each day of the sit. They also left our house cleaner than when they arrived. Thank you Debbie and Larry!

I couldn’t have wished for better house sitters, Jamillah and Odis were fabulous. Before the sit they kept in contact, and arrived promptly to have an induction to all the foibles of a Farmhouse and dog. During my holiday I had no worries at all as they sent pictures of Skye having a lovely time. I don’t think the dog wanted me to come home. They had to cope with a burst water main, which really was above a beyond what Zeewoi should be expected to do. When I arrived home they left essential food in the fridge and flowers! And had mowed the lawn. Skye loves them and actually put on weight - a near impossible task for her. I would recommend Jamillah and Odis, they were incredibly capable and unflappable.
I had the pleasure of looking after Lizzie, Amber, and Zoe, and I would be happy to do so again. Charlotte was absolutely top-notch about communication before and during the sit. The house is beautiful yet quite old, which obviously comes with a few quirks (mostly in the heating department, but nothing you won’t quickly get the hang of.) Charlotte and Geoff had me up for a day visit a couple weeks before the sit, to go over everything to do with the home and pets beforehand. This was very valuable and I recommend future sitters doing so, if able. Or they offered arriving a day early, which I was unable to do because of my schedule. As for the surrounding area, it is remote but in a friendly village, the best of both worlds as I was trying to focus on writing and also wanted to socialize with the locals (which I was able to do at the community-owned pub on a couple themed evenings.) I do recommend having a car for at least part of the sit. I enjoyed seeing Castleacre, Cromer, and Wells-next-the-sea. I’m looking forward to sitting again, perhaps in the summer or autumn for a contrast to the chilly, blustery weather. Thank you, Charlotte and Geoff, for trusting me with your home and pets. I miss them already!
