I had a wonderful stay at Fernando’s place and highly recommend the beautiful chapel and Zelda and Baos company. The chapel is a unique space with loads of natural light and amazing ambiance, especially because of its rich history and creative conversion. Boa and Zelda were incredibly well behaved and easy to care for, I enjoyed our afternoon walks so much and miss them a lot. Feeding the birds and fish were also very fun and easy tasks and I enjoyed the routine of it. Fernando was always available for questions on whattsapp, and was such a generous and kind host. I felt so lucky to have this time in the chapel with the sweet girls and to meet Fernando. To anyone looking for a beautiful time, I recommend the chapel!
Sian and Gregory were just the BEST hosts! The communication was top-notch and their home was simply lovely. The "boys" were very energetic but well behaved and loving dogs. We were welcomed on the first day with easy to remember instructions and we enjoyed the company of Sian and Greg so much that we wished we had more time with them! They provided a very tidy home even with a few perks (like the veggie garden) that we didn't expect but really enjoyed. I highly recommend both the pets and the humans!
Super house sit. Larry & Jean are lovely people and extremely friendly. Their home is beautiful and easy to maintain. Now then the real gems, the cats. Lucy & Phantom are a delight and extremely loving. At no time did they ever try to bite or claw us but they sure had us well trained by the end of our 11 week house sit. The Green Valley Recreation group is fabulous for meeting people and a real asset on a longer house sit. Highly recommended for anyone over 55 wanting to be in a like minded community. Jean & Larry were great in keeping contact whilst away and helping us deal with some small issues that cropped up.
Absolutely loved our house/dog sit. Beautiful home and stunning location our bedroom had amazing views over the South Downs. The pups Pluto and Twiggy were fabulous just loved them. When we were booked to do the sit they only had Pluto, and gained a puppy Daschund. Lucinda contacted me to see if we were still happy to stay as a puppy wasn’t in the original plan. We could have dropped out but we were delighted to look after a puppy. More love to give and receive ❤️We really just had the best time with them. Thanks Lucinda and family for choosing us and we hope to return another day!
