Nenko was extremely kind, very caring and thoughtful about looking after both our puppy and cat. He successfully won over our very suspicious puppy and built a great relationship with her. Tim stayed at our house for nearly five weeks while we traveled. He came over a couple weeks beforehand to meet our cat, Loki, and get a tour and once-over of the house. Once we left, Tim and I stayed in touch via text. He was quick to respond if I reached out first but also really wonderful about sending updates (sometimes with photos) on Loki and to ask a question if needed. We weren't always in cell range but I felt confidant that our house and cat were in good hands. Loki liked him very much - one photo Tim sent showed him resting his head on Tim's hand while Tim tried to work on his laptop. The house was clean and neat when we returned. We are pleased with our experience and highly recommend Tim.
