The house was immaculate, the driveway was cleaned of all snow that fell that week (!!) and on top of that, they washed the sheets and bathroom mat. But wait, did your prior sitter not bake bread and leave it in the oven for you? Matt and Lisa did! You got it by now, superb sitters and you should be so lucky to get these two.
I really enjoyed my time with Skye and Xander, who are affectionate and playful. Chloe was very helpful and always responsive. Location of the flat is fantastic, being close to both underground and railway stations and well connected by bus routes. The room for sitters is very comfortable, I slept very well. The shower water pressure was also fantastic. The garden was perfect for enjoying the warm days I had. Already miss the cats 😻
What a great time with Mimi and Nino in Oberursel! When we arrived Özlem and her family gave us a warm welcome. We had a cozy and delicious dinner after Özlem told us all the details we should know about the house and the cats. Mimi and Nino are very relaxed, affectionate and have wonderful natures. They love to be with you and are so well-behaved! The spacious and very well-organized house is perfectly located between the Taunus Nature Park and the city of Frankfurt. We brought our e-bikes and visited Bad Homburg (very nice to look at), found a trout farm not far in the forest (fresh & delicious) and discovered a Roman fort called Saalburg. Many thanks to Özlem for the perfect communication over the whole time and the wonderful moments with Mimi and Nino in Oberursel! We can highly recommend this house sit!
We fell in love with New Zealand largely because of Nicky's beautiful haven she has created just outside Motueka. We were there for about a week and a half and were able to dive into the rural, all-natural, beautiful space that she possesses tucked away on a gorgeous mountainside outside of the Motueka area. From the massive garden she has nurtured in the back yard, to the fresh mountain water that is running throughout the house, you will feel more connected with nature than you have in months. And, of course, there's no ever forgetting the little miss Minny. Such a special cat, filled with cute and kindness and balanced with just enough cat-titude. It was our pleasure to be able to spend time with the little charm. Very independent throughout the days as she spends most of the time out perched on the deck soaking in the sun, and strolls in later when the air gets damp and she wishes to cuddle. She knows what she wants and will take nothing less, she loves to be loved, to be around, and to roam her beautiful property. If anyone has the ability to make it out to this little slice of paradise, I would highly recommend. My wife and I had such an incredible time and will undoubtedly be returning to visit this magical place.
Eloise and James were so welcoming and I felt right at home. They’d documented everything so well and so it was easy to refer to the welcome pack and check any details. Coco is a delightful character and loves company - his fun and a tiny bit crazy personality had me laughing out loud many times. I hope we will have a chance to meet again!
I had a wonderful experience sitting for the Calastreng family. They were very welcoming. Miska was a joy to watch! Very affectionate and friendly immediately but also independent. The house is in a great location. It is easy to fall in love with the city of Toulouse.
Our initial video call with Roz reassured us this housesit would go well and it definitely did. Thanks to warm and welcoming owners, well-organised, clear instructions, a beautiful and comfortable home in a stunning coastal location, all we needed was a gorgeous pet for company and Cleo fitted the bill perfectly! We loved getting to know this dear little cavapoo, just 18 months old and a total delight! Well trained and responsive, she accompanied us on our daily walks by the sea, happily greeting everyone and every dog we met with friendly enthusiasm. Wherever we were, whatever we were doing, she just liked to be there. She was the perfect companion and a joy to look after. A wonderful experience and highly recommended.
