Rich is an outstanding house and pet sitter, who has been here 4 times in recent weeks and we are very appreciative of all his help and care for Sara.. Sara loves him, he loves her and we couldn't be happier leaving our house and Sara under his care. We hope to see him down on the coast again soon, highly recommended Terry and Carole

Bridget is a calm and charming lady who was an instant hit with our two cats. She is naturally gentle and caring and they sensed this immediately. She was also lovely with our lone,elderly chicken and made the effort to be with her every day she was here. She listened carefully to all my instructions and read everything thoroughly, checking with us if there was anything she didn’t know or understand. She is responsible and practical with a pragmatic and efficient approach to every aspect of the situation. I had no concerns whilst away as I knew the cats and chicken were in very good hands. We kept in touch and were pleased to see the pictures Bridget sent. She is also extremely flexible and adaptable, we had to ask her to help us with some information we had left at home and she was very happy to help. She watered the pot vegetables and we came home to a clean house and happy animals who had clearly enjoyed their time with her. It was a pleasure to meet you Bridget, thank you, I do hope you can come again I know the cats and chicken would be delighted! If Bridget applies for your sit don’t delay confirmation she is too good to miss!

I cannot recommend Clare and Noel highly enough. They are models for what pet and house-sitters should be. They came to visit and meet me and the cats before the sit, so that Elvis and Tina (the cats) could start to get to know them well in advance of the actual sit. Clare and Noel also arrived a night early to take away any pressure of time – it was great for both me and the cats to have an evening and morning with them. It also gave us time to talk through everything in a relaxed way. Communication before, during and even after the sit has been wonderful. I had photos and videos every day, so I knew my kitties were happy and loved as the purring in the videos testified. Clare and Noel were self-reliant and also asked questions or checked in with me when needed – they showed really good judgement. They took good care of my home, even chopping some wood for kindling and handling communications with oil deliveries. I could not have asked for more care. I came home to a spotless house (and clean refrigerator!), washed linens and towels with the bed re-made and a few essentials in the refrigerator to help me my first day back – so so thoughtful. And Noel had laid a fire for me so I could have a cosy evening with no effort. I think my two cats miss them already, as do I 😊. I feel as though I have gained two new friends. We would all be very happy to welcome Noel and Clare back to Yew Tree Cottage. Thank you, Clare and Noel!

Val and David were absolutely fantastic pet sitters. They looked after my two cats for 2 weeks in Zurich and I have never seen them so content on my return. They are such friendly and lovely people and my cats immediately warmed to them, even my grumpy cat! They took excellent care of them and gave me regular updates and took extra special notice of one of my cats dodgy leg. You could tell they really cared for them as if they were their own. They left my apartment spotless and also took care of my plants. If you ever get the chance to have Val and David sit for you please take it. Amazing cat sitters.

Richard and Heidi took exceptional care of Buster and Daniel and our home. Much occurred to challenge them while here - Daniel was really very ill while they were here at Wellspring Cottage, and they took him to the vet and kept up all subsequent special diet with close care and attention. Concurrent with this a new soakaway had to be urgently installed and again they coped with the intrusion. Several domestic hiccups were kindly repaired by Richard. Six weeks is a long time for us to have been away, but our dogs were beautifully cared for, and all was kindly in order for our return, for which we heartily thank them. Do hope the four of them found some time to enjoy being here too, and pick veg from the garden, and explore this beautiful area.

Blythe and her sister took care of Leo. I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience and the care. They took exceptional care of Leo, ensuring he was well-fed, entertained, and given plenty of affection. Additionally, they maintained the cleanliness and order of my home. Leo, who is typically affectionate around new people, quickly warmed up to them. I highly recommend Blythe.

Katarzyna sat for us for two nights, she arrived when she said she would, we went for a quick little walk with the pugs before we left and she was very pleasant to walk with. I had regular updates from her and on arrival home the pugs were very chilled and happy.. Katarzyna will be very welcome to come back and sit again.

Brad and Heather were superb house sitters . They were organised and totally reliable. The dogs clearly loved them and they were beautifully looked after and much loved! On our return the house was immaculately clean and tidy. I cannot recommend Brad and Heather more highly and we would love to have them here again when we next go away. Thank you for everything Brad and Heather.

This is the 2nd time we were lucky enough to have Chris look after our dogs, cat and house. Excellent communication including a wonderful video of the dogs on Willa's 7th birthday! He stayed on for an extra night to help us out which was very kind and much appreciated. Delightful and would absolutely recommend Chris to anyone.

Selim has been a regular house sitter for us and we are always thrilled when he can sit for us. The animals love him and we know we are leaving them and the house in safe hands. Highly recommend and wish he could sit for us every time!
