Fergus is the best, a proper, adorable boy cat. Has his own schedule of course but he is very generous with his kisses and loves to be fussed. He gave me a lot of his time, sitting on my lap or keyboard, or just nearby. He is extremely handsome and just lovely to be with. Madeleine and Howard made me very welcome and were generous hosts. I arrived the night before and enjoyed a delicious dinner, a sit by the fire and then a comfortable bed at the top of their beautiful house. I highly recommend this sit and hope I have the opportunity to return.
This was a great sit from start to finish. Brad and Jeremy are awesome people and make you feel like family from day 1. I got to Charlotte a day before they left, and they took me out to dinner (Futo Buta -- highly recommend). Communication wasn't an issue. If I ever needed anything they'd respond in short time. The three dogs (Kingsley, Maxwell and Camille) are awesome. Super sweet and easy to take care of. Camille and Maxwell spend most of their day sleeping. Just make sure you're near Camille or she'll come find you! The house is beautiful, unique and gorgeous on the inside. Hot tub was used every night. Backyard is relaxing with the screened in porch (great place to read and eat breakfast). One thing to note for those that are sitting in the winter -- DO NOT feed the fish. I made that mistake of trying to feed them and it clogged the pond drain (not good, Brandon!). All in all there's so much to do in Charlotte. You'll never get bored. Food is great, uptown is lively and the house is cozy and beautiful. Do yourself a favor and try to stay at this place at least once while you're on this service.
Amer is very friendly and well organised. He picked us up, cooked us dinner and made us feel at home straight away. We loved looking after Jaja and enjoyed getting to know his affectionate personality. He is very cuddly, gentle and talkative. The appartment is very nice and in an incredible location. We enjoyed house sitting for Diana, and getting to look after Plum, and Hazel. Abbots Pool is a beautiful spot just outside of Bristol. Diana communicated really well, gave very clear instructions, and handbook, and was readily available if needed.
This is a fantastic sit, in every way! Dave and Sasha are generous, thoughtful hosts. They had everything in order and well prepared for my stay. They were readily available to answer questions throughout. Chucha is a fabulous companion - she's smart, sweet, and an excellent communicator! She's quite loving and very fun to be around. The home and property are gorgeous and extremely well maintained. I enjoyed every minute of this sit, it was like being on a retreat. I would be thrilled to return and recommend it very highly.
