Fabulous! Loved this sit. Peach was a dream to look after. She is such a classy lady..beautiful & discerning. Excellent on the lead and loves to fetch the ball off the balcony down into the patio and drop the ball back at your feet. We had an opportunity to meet Jenny and Jared (the parents) who were very welcoming, trusting and appreciative. The house is very comfortable and has a beautiful patio and views over downtown LA. Gourmet kitchen, super comfy bed, safe off street parking and lots of spaces to relax in. We fell in love with Peach and would sit for her anytime. Thank you Jenny and Jared for a six star experience.
We absolutely loved house sitting for Antonia and her pets. The animals are all lovely. We particularly enjoyed walking the dogs in Ravenscourt Park, they can be let off the lead and have great recall. The cats were no trouble and it was a great adventure looking after the pigs! Antonia also has a lovely home in a really central part of London and welcomed us with a meal, such a friendly family! We would love to house sit for them again.
LOVE OVERFLOW! This house sit was chill and warm and cozy at the same time! First, Molly is an amazing communicator who left straight to the point details for me in the care taking of her beautiful Aussie Mix, Wiley! The neighborhood is great! Quiet, but with very subtle city noises, i.e trucks passing (amazon, fed ex, mail services), with a school nearby. I enjoyed taking early morning walks and late evening walks to the dog park in this neighborhood and definitely felt safe. Now, let's get to the star of the sit : WILEY- A loveable, super easy to walk and follow directions, super affectionate and very gracefully protective dog with the most adorable deer-like legs and coyote silhouette. Wiley, is an amazing dog, who was really friendly and often times hilarious when playing with my son and I. He matched my introvert personality which was a big kudos for us, as we enjoyed just being in the home if we were not outside for our walks and the dog park! Wiley, is also receptive to forehead kisses in return of the kisses he will give you! Upon leaving my sit, I met with Molly's husband, Dave who arrived early from their trip, and he was just as cool as my experience sitting for Wiley! Very laid back, and I can tell why Wiley is so affectionate due to seeing how Dave embraced his fur baby while telling me a quick story about Wiley's mom and Wiley's rescue story! I am more than happy to sit for Molly and Dave again and again! Wiley is truly amazing and my son couldn't agree more! I highly recommend this sit for anyone who is visiting D.C. and want to enjoy a chill sit in the city with a top-tier , beautiful Dog named, Wiley!
Great sit in Santa Ana! The animals were great company, we really enjoyed spending time with them. Neighbourhood was lovely, especially at this time of the year with everyone putting up their Xmas lights 🎄 Hope to visit again soon!
It was a wonderful experience getting to sit for Kay and take care of Charlie. Kay is so welcoming and kind that it felt like visiting a friend I've known for a long time. Charlie is easy to care for and though he doesn't act like he's interested, he really enjoys his attention and being held and cuddled. Kay's home is walking distance to shops, groceries, restaurants, and the 470, and a short drive to a major shopping area and Red Rocks. We so appreciated getting to stay and visit, and I would 100% recommend this sit! Thank you for having us Kay :)

Jeannie is a lovely lady, she placed my beloved dogs with wonderful host's who looked after them as there own. I decided to become a host my self now and I love it in fact I fell in love with one particular dog and fingers crossed I will look after her again sometime this year. Barking Mad is everything you could want for your beloved dogs.

We are so grateful for finding Muddy Paws after having a few bad experiences with doggy daycare previously. Coco absolutely loves going and can't wait to get out of the car. We feel reassured that Coco's having a great time while we are at work and couldn't be cared for by anyone better. We get lots of photo updates throughout the day. Lisa and Muddy Paws are incredible, we would definitely recommend.
We took Clover, our lab, so she could socialise with other dogs and it's done her so much good to be with Lisa and her pack at Muddy Paws. Clover has had a great time meeting new dogs and playing, it's really helped grow her confidence and even better for her to be around Lisa's young children as she doesn't usually hang out with kids. I always know with Lisa she will be well looked after and loved - cannot recommend enough! :D
All that the previous reviews have said has been our experience too. Muddy Paws is an excellent service for dog owners who want to know their dog will be exercised, socialised and happy. Lisa takes care to make sure that when she takes on a new dog it will fit into the group and the result is evident in a very waggy tail at the end of a busy day! It is delightful to see how well Lisa's two very young children interact with the animals in their care and visa versa. Lisa has a very professional approach combined with a friendly manner and so I would have no hesitation recommending Muddy Paws.
Teddy absolutely loves going to Muddy Paws. He goes 2 days per week, and is very happy there. I would 100% recommend!! I love receiving photos of him each day he is there too
We are really pleased we found Muddy Paws, the care given to my dog is fantastic! She always comes back happy after a day of fun and meetings other dogs at Muddy Paws. We feel confident in leaving our dog and her tail wags with excitement when I drop her off. As soon as we arrive at Lisa’s Rosie goes racing up to the door… her Thursdays at Muddy paws are the highlight of her week! She comes home happy and hungry from a day full of lovely walks and playtime and sofa snuggles. Cannot rate highly enough :)
Lisa is the best doggy care one could wish for. Reliable, trustworthy, friendly, we only had Layla a few weeks when we found Lisa and she fell in love with Layla right away and so did her doggy Dexter and the love affair began. Layla loved being with Lisa she wouldn’t want to leave when I went to pick her up. Sadly we moved away from the area and we miss them very much, when we say Dexters name she looks for him at the door. Can’t recommend Muddypaws dog boarding highly enough - Lorna & Layla x
Professional, efficient, reliable, clean, loving & caring environment. It’s only been a couple of weeks since we have been sending our pup to Lisa’s Muddy paws day care. I wished we had found her earlier as our two year old Maltipoo simply loves going there and is so very fond of Lisa! Her home environment feels safe and welcoming and it’s so apparent that our pup, Coco loves spending time there with other pups and sharing cuddles with Lisa. I feel at ease sending her there as it’s bound to be a day filled with fun activities in a caring loving environment where I know rules are being followed. I get pictorial updates of the day and Lisa is very efficient at communicating any issues of the day or otherwise. Overall I feel my pup is in a safe place & being looked after as she is when home! Therefore I highly recommend Muddy 🐾.
Muddypaws are AMAZING! Found through a friend. Can highly recommend. We have used other boarders in the past and Lisa is so passionate about her business. We get so many photos on the days our dog visits. We know she is well loved and she loves going too.

Caroline and Ant are the only cat sitters we will use, they are simply the best. They look after our four cats, each with individual needs, (and our home) as we would. We appreciate the regular updates and them taking time to get to know each cat, giving them love & fuss. We trust them totally which makes our regular trips away one bit less stressful!
Caroline and Ant looked after our rabbit many times while we were away and we were so pleased with the exceptional standard of service and care they provided. We were very worried about leaving him as he is a rescue rabbit who we love him to pieces, and he is a creature of habit. I gave them a lot of information and they did a fantastic job! They were so attentive to him and when we got home the room was clean and tidy. We are really happy with choosing Caroline and Ant to look after him!
Absolutely delighted with Caroline and Ant’s services! They recently looked after our very elderly cat whilst we were on holiday and we were so pleased with everything they did. Prior to our holiday Ant visited us and really took time to understand our requirements. When we were away they sent messages and photos to keep us updated, which we really appreciated. When we got home our cat had obviously been very well cared for and everything had been left very clean and tidy. Caroline and Ant were extremely responsive before, during and after the period they provided their services to us while we were away. They took wonderful care of Tilly and carried out a thorough visit to our home before we went away to take all the necessary details and meet Tilly. She seemed much more relaxed in the photos we were sent than when we’ve had her in a cattery so we are really pleased.
Caroline and Ant are fantastic! They’ve been looking after our 2 cats and a rabbit (zoo!) for many years. One of our cats is on medication. I can rest on holiday knowing that they are in safe hands. I always get updates and pictures whilst we’re away. Thoroughly recommend *****

Updated: July 13th 2023 For several years now the team at My Best Friend Dog Care have helped us out when our daughter's dog,Huxley, our furry grandson comes to stay. They always manage to fit him in. Even at short notice. Today it was Lauren who has done an excellent job. As well as him looking great, he also always seems to enjoy the experience. We really can't recommend this place more highly. Thanks to all the staff who provide such a friendly and professional service. Updated: December 2022 This is a superb dog groomers. At very short notice they were able to accommodate a grooming for the dog of a family member. The dog was staying with us for a few weeks. The dog loved it and looked really tidy. We will certainly use this place again in the future, when our doggy guest is with us 🐶 Indeed we have returned : Once again Clara provided a superb grooming for our guest dog. Indeed his next visit is already booked. It is reassuring to know that such a professional service is available close by. As 2022 draws to a close, yet again our visiting dog has managed to secure several visits to Clara and her team, during his stays with us. Each time he returns looking and smelling great. He is also full of vim and vigour when we collect him.
I have used My Best Friend Dog Care for both grooming and for boarding and can't recommend the service I have received highly enough. My elderly (and quite smelly) dog always comes away looking and smelling lovely from his grooming sessions. When I needed to use Jon and Clara's boarding services they took great care to match their carer with my dog's needs and I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again. I can't think of one thing I would change about the experiences we have had over the last two years and I would highly recommend MBFC to any dog owner.
Highly recommend , Jon has found some brilliant carers to have our dogs when we are away , they have always been well looked after and have had a great time , Put your trust in Jon if you are looking for dog boarding when you are away , he will match you and your dogs to the right people. Always professional with booking the dogs in to meeting the carers and sending out invoices. Highly recommend My Best Friend Dog Care. Left our 9 month old Golden Retriever with Jon and Clara for the day and I couldn't be happier. Penny was well looked after and came home one happy pup. Lovely large garden so they can roam around freely, long walks and the online booking system is great.
We have always used My Best Friend for all of our dogs and have never once been disappointed in the care and service they have demonstrated. Jon and his team are fantastic, trustworthy and very reliable. They go above and beyond just caring for our dogs. All of our dogs have been extremely well cared for, loved and fussed over just like we have never been away. If you are considering going away and are worried about leaving behind your dog I would without shadow of a doubt always reccomend My Best Friend. You will not be disappointed and we would not use anyone else.

My puppy loves going to Jon and Clara twice a week, I think it's the highlight for him! He jumps out of the car, tail wagging, and pulls all the way to the gate! He has the opportunity to go for walks off lead as well as access to the garden all day and a nice sleeping area if he is tired (which is hardly ever!) I would highly recommend this service!
Poppy was welcomed by Jon And went off happily with him . I received a text that evening to say she was settled and doing fine. When we picked her up after four days she was happy and tailwagging. I would have no hesitation in recommending my best friend to anyone And would definitely leave poppy again
Visited MBF last week for a much needed nail clipping for Henny (GSP). Really impressed with the lockdown safety measures in place with a one in-one out system and a sanitiser station outside, and inside with a defined area for customers behind a series of screens, whilst everyone was fully masked. It’s clear that Clara, Jon, Lynsey & Molly are all doing their best to look after our pooches and their owners during the pandemic. We look forward coming back, hopefully in better times, but for now this will have to do! Well done gang, keep up the good work.

Don't take the risk. Genuinely cannot believe that this place is still receiving custom. Our family dog was absolutely terrified and disengaged on pickup after his day here. He still flinches when I try to touch his legs. God knows what happened here, but you would expect them to be taken care of whilst under the care of the pet hotel. Looks like we're not the only ones, too. I would go as far as to say that our puppy came away traumatised, whereas with other daycares he has always come home happy and with tail wagging to see me. David, the taller staff member, was awful at dealing with our puppy and kept trying to make us feel like we'd somehow not trained him enough. Safe to say that's rubbish as our pup has since had a fantastic time at other day cares and is well beyond his age in terms of training and behaviour. Regardless, I will not be returning to this pet hotel. Maybe you'll be alright if you have a dog that goes unphased, since I suspect that something happened during my pup's time here that I imagine will now cost us a fair few £ in behavioural training and recovery. Obviously posted under a pseudonym due to these people having my home address etc.
Such a lovely pet hotel, and the owners are amazing! They are super knowledgable and really care about each and every dog. They want the very best for all of their dogs and take extra care with each breed. My puppy absolutely loves going there! Four Paws is definitely the best pet hotel in Oxfordshire - without a doubt.
Do not send your dog here. We normally use home boarding, but as our dog had not been spayed yet, we had to use kennels. This looked very nice with the heated floors, ensuite, and good reviews. We were not aware of the change in ownership. Our dog is not a barky dog. So much so that when we first got her we were concerned as she was so quiet. She might nip playfully which we told them in writing. So you can imagine our shock, when we received a phone call on the second day of our ski holiday, saying our dog was barking. Please could we collect her? They did not return all of her belongings despite them being labelled as requested. The manager was not there when we collected ourr dog, we were told she would contact us. She never did. Hence this review. DO NOT leave your dog here. These people have no idea what they are doing. Thankfully our dog has not acquired a barking problem. I am even wondering if they had the correct dog. BTW they will. tell you they post daily photos, they don't look at their FB page.
Mabel was very happy when she stayed here. She's a poodle with high energy but the staff were great with her. Will come back here.
Our dogs are 13, 11 and 5 and, after using the same kennels all their lives, we had to make a change after that business closed. We found Four Paws as a fairly close alternative and the team initially asked that our boys went to them for a morning for a try out which we found very reassuring. They have now had several stays and we couldn’t be happier as they have all come home looking as happy and healthy as ever. The team are friendly and responsive and have been very helpful when one or more of the boys have been on some medication. The facilities are excellent and pricing is reasonable. Leaving your dogs in the care of someone new is always hard but we have felt fully confident that they have been in a professional and caring environment. Overall, we are delighted to have discovered Four Paws and know that we have a safe and reliable place where our boys will be looked after while we are away.
Not only from working here but also from bringing my own dogs to stay i can say that the four paws pet hotel is a wonderful place. Every dog's needs are catered for and if your dog enjoys socializing they will be exercised with other like minded dogs in the secure field. Every dog is given the love and attention that they are used to having at home, as well as being groomed frequently. The kennels are immaculately clean, and the owners are very friendly and understanding with a good knowledge of a variety of breeds. I guarantee that if your dog(s) stay here, they will never want to leave!
Our Staffie has stayed at Four Paws since he was 7 months old. We cannot recommend them highly enough, We have always received a warm welcome from David & Tony. Four Paws accommodation is spotlessly clean, light, bright and very modern. As soon as we pull up to the gates our dog gets so excited and cant wait to get inside. have just picked up my JRT Toby from here and must say this place is fantastic. I have used other kennels for previous dogs but Four Paws knocks the rest out of the park! from drop off to pick up the service for myself and my mutt has been fantastic. As he is still a puppy he had a trial with these and as we were getting in our car they already had him out playing and now he is back home from a long weekend he is the most content dog. I cant write enough to explain how much he has obviously been cared for but if you are in the area I 100% recommend these. Also the prices are VERY reasonable. I have read one or two bad reviews for this place but from my experience of here I am very dubious about these bad reviews. We have already booked him back in without hesitation as we were so impressed. well done four paws team keep doing what you're doing.
A fabulous new kennels in Bampton. Lovely new accommodation with under floor heating, hammock style beds and outside areas. They have various size "rooms" to accommodate more than one dog. The kennel area is very clean as is their doggy kitchen. They have a lovely enclosed area where the dogs can play off lead. The owners obviously love dogs and look after them well. I would highly recommend the Four Paws Pet Hotel.
Jo has been looking after my boy for a couple of years. He loves her and she always gets the “full-body-wag” when she comes to get him. He’s very content, and I’m happy that my dog gets first-class care when he is with Jo. Recommended without any reservations whatsoever.
My Cavapoo, Nelson, has been walking and hanging out with Jo for a couple of months now and always has the best time. Jo couldn’t be more helpful and it’s a real comfort for me knowing I can rely on her if I need Nelson taken care of.
First time for Poppy over the weekend with Jo. Nothing was any problem for Jo and Poppy enjoyed her time with her. I will definitely use again and highly recommend.

Fìona offers an excellent dog walking service. She is extremely reliable and brilliant with all her dogs. Our dog Milo loves his time with Fiona and the other dogs he walks with. I would thoroughly recommend this service.
A dog walker and trainer who loves the dogs and instills respect and obedience in a kind and gentle manner. Watching Fiona at work and seeing how the dogs respond has demonstrated how dogs can and should be trained.
