Claire and Simon have a busy schedule, as they are rightly in demand as sitters. Notwithstanding this, their arrival was punctual and well signposted with arrival updates along the way. They are a freindly and charming couple and had an instant affinity with our dog Leo. Regular updates of outings and activities reassured us that he was in caring hands during our time away. During the sit, a problem with the hot water supply was shrugged off as a minor inconvenience and confidently overcome. On our return, the house was spotless and Leo was very relaxed. I would have no hesitation in inviting them back or recommending them to others.

Gill & Andrew

Gill and Andy were lovely people. They arrived when they said they would & kept in touch whilst we were away. The house was as we left it and the animals were all content when we returned. They had clearly been well looked after. I would be happy to recommend Gill & Andy to others.

Anna was a great sitter. Her communication was clear both before and during her stay in our house and she looked after our cats and chickens perfectly. She is also very friendly and even helped entertain our kids while we packed the car to leave! I’d recommend Anna to anyone as a sitter

Abi and Mark were stars - despite their flights being cancelled at Gatwick this Christmas, they found a way to get to us to take care of our cat while we were away! We were so grateful and so touched by their commitment and ingenuity. They took great care of our kitty and left the house tidy. They were a pleasure to have and we'd recommend them to anyone.

Isabelle stayed in our home looking after Dylan and was excellent, very kind and attentive to Dylan and we had no concerns at all . While staying she needed to take him to the vet unexpectedly and organised this and and let us know throughout . We would definitely recommend Isabelle - she is lovely and totally reliable .

Madison & Lucy

Madison and Lucy came to help with our 2 Vizslas whilst we went away for a family holiday. From the first contact they were very communicative and we had a video call as an introduction which went really well. They arrived the evening before we departed and quickly settled in with us all. Whist we were away we had daily messages with photos which was really great. On our return the house was clean and tidy and our 2 girls were happy as ever, they obviously enjoyed the extra attention they had been given.. Although they both "work" they managed to always be at home with our dogs. Although they are young we would not hesitate to recommend Madison and Lucy, they are a really nice couple and their love of the outdoors and animals is joyfull

This house sit was completed by a lovely local family who were out of their own own home as they were undergoing a house renovation project. Jane took the time to come and meet us a few weeks before the sit. She communicated well throughout and kept us updated on Layla’s antics. Was an absolute pleasure to meet Laura and she was lovely to chat to, also was very friendly and asked all the right questions when it came to looking after our furry (and aquatic) companions, leaving us reassured that they’ll be looked after while we were away. Very pleasant and capable couple who came to us with one of our cats having a medical problem which they dealt with efficiently and with common sense.
They also spent time walking and visiting our local attractions which was gratifying.

We are forever grateful to Shauna & Craig. We'd been called away by a tragic emergency and were clueless how long we'd be. When we could finally make plans, our original person couldn't stay as long as we needed. They made the impossible possible.

Shauna & Craig picked up the baton from our first sitter and did more than save the day. Our cat Boris was enchanted by both Shauna and Craig, not an easy accomplishment. They kept in touch with photos that told the story. When we returned, because of the late hour it made sense for Shauna and Craig to leave early, so we never met them. The house was clean and tidy and in absolutely perfect order as if we'd never been gone. They even left us household supplies that had run out on their watch. While new to TH, I'd have thought Shauna and Craig were seasoned pros. I highly, highly recommend them.
