Noelle looked after our little boy Hunter. Communication from the initial application process to her arrival and handover was brilliant. We managed to arrange a detailed telephone conversation prior to her arriving discussing hunters needs and due to it being a video call - I could give her the heads up where things were and most importantly show her Hunter. She left the house exactly how I left it, it was super clean, tidy and everything was perfect. She put her bedding and towels in the washing machine which really helped me as I was returning from a break away. I received constant pictures and messages with updates on how Hunter was getting on and it was lovely to see him so content in her company. A very reliable woman who I highly recommend! Also, her English is absolutely fantastic!
