This was both mine and Eula's first experience with zeewoi and she set the bar pretty high. She responded quickly during out initial conversations and didn't hesitate to coming over to go through our feeding process. As I mentioned in our bio, 2 of our cats are given medications so it was important for us to have someone understand and keep to the routine - which she did. Our cats typically hide when people come over but none did when Eula was here and Luna & Little One went to her for petting. Sol ate a treat from her hand with no hesitation. She sent regular updates & pictures - more than we expected. Unfortunately, Luna did experience a mild seizure during her stay but Eula handled did calmly and understood what she needed to do, which was simply to watch her, keep here in a safe space and (the worst part) cleaning up. Eula has a very calm energy which is perfect for our cats, we would gladly welcome Eula back.
It was a pleasure to meet Dan & Nancy. Their organizational booklet covering information about Dolly, Marci, their home and the surrounding area is top notch!!! Dolly is sweetheart that enjoys walks and cuddles. She is a breeze to care for and will make you smile constantly. Marci is good motivation, as soon as she wakes up she’ll get on her wheel and get her miles in… No days off :) I look forward to sitting for them again in the future.
House sitting for Sue and David was so delightful. First of all Sue and David are wonderful. They were so welcoming and generous and lovely. They picked us up at the train station and got us settled in in no time. They were very organized and always available to answer questions over whatsapp. We had such an amazing time at their house. We made amazing food from the garden, hung out outside in the sun with the dogs in their large garden/yard, went on some beautiful walks, walked to the bakery and the markets, went on a few day trips, got to tour the neighbor's dairy farm... etc. The area is abounding in rich history and there are a million things to do. Wish we could have stayed even longer to have explored more. Now to the dogs! The dogs are sweeties too! Bruce is old-mannish and needs a gentle hand since he is sort of deaf (sometimes selectively though haha). He is easy going and likes attention even though he won't admit it! Valeen is adorable. She has the cutest face and just laps up affection. Her arthritis slows her down but not in spirit!! She got pretty sick while we were there and we had to take her to the vet urgently twice but the whole time she was a trooper and so gentle. We had to get a little creative with giving her her medicine but she was a good sport and was on the mend in no time. Hercule is SUCH a character. Very dashing and gentlemanly most of the time other times a little rascal, he desperately just wants you to pet him or at least let him sit as close to you as possible. SO CUTE. We would house sit for Sue and David any time! Suffice it to say- it sort of felt like we were leaving family when we left!! <3
Greg and Allison have an excellent MCM home right outside of St. Louis, and their dog Lincoln fits right in! He is the sweetest - he loves walks and cuddling up on the couch next to you. I wish we could've stayed longer! Highly recommend their home and pet.
Debbie was an excellent person to sit for and her kitties were adorable! She gave me a great overview of everything beforehand, her space was very clean, and the kitties were easy to care for! She was so easy to communicate with and I highly recommend to any other sitters!
Monica made this sit easy as we communicated via WhatsApp and the house was beautiful and clean and she even left sticky notes to tell us where everything was which was so helpful. A beautiful area and public transport was frequent and affordable - would recommend getting the tram and then ferry to local islands for a nice day out! Morris was the cuddliest cat we have looked after, he had automatic feeders so was low maintenance and just loved our company. We really enjoyed our time here with beautiful Morris and we miss him already ❤️ would recommend sitting for Monica!
Wonderful stay beautiful cats the house was clean and tidy with everything you need. Not far from the shops and cafes but far enough away to be peaceful. Cila was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed and allowed us to use a car. Would sit there again if we were ever needed. 😊
