Valerie is a very genuine person. Sociable, reliable, tidy and well organised! She get along with Mickey very well, since the first night he was snuggling with her and I couldn’t ask for more. She had great care of him and the house. We always had a great communication and she kept me constantly updated. Thank to her I had a very relaxing holidays. I’m great full she was sitting for us, she will always be welcome if she will decide ever decide to sit for us again! Thanks a lot for everything!!❤️
It was so nice staying with Pearly Girl. Just like most cats, you have to let her decide how fast she wants to get to know you. But, as long as I respected her boundaries, she was happy to avail herself to some ear and neck scratches and a warm lap to lay on. Barb's house was very clean and comfortable. Her zen garden is a joy to sit in and even watering the few trees is peaceful. Barb left clear instructions and a daily checklist which was very handy. I'd recommend sitting for Miss Pearl and would be happy to do it again.
We had a lovely stay in Cornwall looking after Flinty. Barrie and Jackie couldn't have made us feel more welcome in their beautiful home, even taking us out for dinner on our day of arrival. Everything we needed to know to take care of Flinty and their home was clearly explained and very easy to follow. Flinty is a lovely cat. It took a few hours for him to warm up to us, but after a few treats and play sessions we became great friends. He's a very intelligent cat and would often follow us around the house, always keen to be involved in all activities. He has a lot of energy and so we enjoyed lots of play sessions with him. The house is in a great location and Barrie and Jackie were very helpful in providing us with lots of suggestions for places we could visit during our stay. Thanks again for making us feel so welcome in your home and hopefully we can house sit for you again in the future 😊
What a lovely time we had looking after Felicity's fur family. Mia & Nala beautiful golden retrievers who are so well behaved and loving. So many great walks straight from the house and they are also very good in the car for trips further afield. The three cats all different personalities but love lots of attention and curling up with you for cuddles and strokes. All five pets also love each other and happily curl up together. The home and area are also beautiful with the added bonus of a pub in walking distance which the dogs were welcome in and very well behaved. A 5 star sit that we thoroughly recommend and hope to spend time with them all again in the future.
If you are a puppy love and you have the compassion to understand its needs then Ziggy can give you all the company and love and giggles you desire back ! This was easily one of my most fuss free and most enjoyable sits. The girls (two delectable dachshunds) are truly wonderful company and fantastic snugglers. The house is cosy and tucked away in a quiet Hampshire village with lovely walks nearby. Georgina and Jeremy are both welcoming and friendly hosts. I highly recommend. But be warned you will want your own dachshund after this!!
We enjoyed this house/pet sit and can certainly offer it a 5 star rating. Our host was welcoming and offered all the necessary information to make the sit a success. The apartment is located on a quiet street and the balcony sits against a beautiful flowering tree. Overall we found it to be very peaceful. We also enjoyed much of the time spent with Opal. She is utterly beautiful and is easy to look after. She had her moments of angry meows when she remembered Mummy was gone, but she was able to be distracted w play and reassuring chats. We would happily look afer her again.

I really enjoyed the Pet CPR First Aid course. It was awesome and I would recommend anyone that has a pet to attend. I also love attending Dog Yoga (Doga) every Tuesday evening with my big Great Dane x and with the very patient Lucia, who teaches the class. It helps to relax the muscles and gets you ready for a good night's sleep.
BEBT is not only my favourite place but it is my fur babies favourite place too. As I work full time it is so relieving getting to drop my puppy off in the amazing care of Gemma and her girls to look after my pup. Gemma is the nicest person and always gives updates and lets you know how your pet goes during the day. If anything happens she makes sure to make adjustments best for you and your pup. I am forever grateful to have BEBT in my life as it is a life saver for those who work full time !!! I would highly recommend this doggy daycare to anyone that asks !!!
Gemma and the team are so fantastic. Darcy has been coming since she was a pup and it has done so much for her confidence and she is now such a social little girl who absolutely loves her daycare days. I love hearing all about her day when I pick her up! There is always plenty of staff around and each member of the team knows the personalities of every dog in their care and they all provide plenty of love and cuddles (whilst giving little bits of training along the way). BEBT and the team really love what they do and it shows in the level of care they provide. Highly recommended!!
The most amazing space and place for all dogs to enjoy their day at daycare. I love that there is so much space that no matter what the weather my dogs get to run around and play. All their needs have been thought about and catered for. Such a positive place for dogs to feel safe and happy when they are away from home. They have the best time when at Bright Eyes and Bushy Tails. It is not just a place to spend the day - they get to play with their friends, the staff initiate games, activities and training using positive training methods as well as spending quality time with each dog. The dogs are so excited to arrive each day. They just love Gemma and the team. The care that is given to each dog well and truly goes above and beyond. Gemma has an amazing ability to connect with the dogs and make them fall in love with her very quickly. It is just like a big family and the dogs love it. They also offer fear free grooming which has been an amazing help with my dogs. It makes such a difference when the dog feels safe.
Absolutely fantastic doggy daycare and yoga (we attend both). My dog loves attending daycare so much he tries to go on weekends. You receive personalised feedback from the BEBT team whenever our dog attends daycare. In addition Gemma is happy to answer questions and provide resources. This has helped us so much in structuring our training with our dog. Gemma and the team were super helpful and patient while we were working through our dog's "stranger and strange places danger". Thanks to the help of Gemma and the team at BEBT he is much more comfortable in new places and around strangers and has expanded his circle of "trusted humans".
As a qualified Vet Nurse I don’t want to take my boy Leni anywhere else. Gemma and the attentive staff keep a close eye on all the dogs in their care and provide a lot of fun enrichment for the pups, making sure that Leni always comes home happy and tired. The drop off and pick up times are flexible and it only runs until 1pm to make sure the pups aren’t overwhelmed or over exhausted which is extremely rare to find in a doggy daycare. Gemma is always quick to respond and gives lots of photo updates which I love 😇 Keep up the good work Gemma and team!
Excellent doggy day care. Gemma is wonderful with all the dogs and really knows her stuff. My dog goes nuts with excitement when he realises he’s going to BEBT. And I can relax knowing he’s well looked after.
Having recently moved to Wollongong and into a 1 bedroom apartment I needed to find a place for my Maltese shih zu to go during the day and sometimes over night. I interviewed with two other companies before finding Leah at Cuddleclubs and I instantly knew this was the place I could trust! My dog is quite anxious but absolutely loves when he gets to go to CuddleClub. Leah is extremely knowledgeable and honest. I have no hesitation recommending her and the team to anyone with a pup. They keep you updated on the instagram so you get to see your pup having the best day while you’re not there. 10/10 the best pet centre.
My little one loves CuddleCubs and bounces in to see Leah when we arrive. I have been very impressed by the care and quality of service here. The love for all the doggos radiates out of this place. I looked at a fair few daycares and this by far was the standout. Small groups, great facilities and great location for me. Highly recommended. My little mate Luna cannot wait to go back! I can not recommend Leah and her team more highly. The love and dedication she has for the dogs in her care shines through from the minute you walk in the door. Our two dogs love going to day care, we know they are safe and in the best care possible. Birthday celebrations, dress up weeks, snoozy time, regular updates, treats and social gatherings, you name it Leah does it all for her furry pals. An added bonus is knowing that when you go away you can have your dogs overnight board in a familiar environment that you trust. We love Leah and the Cuddle Cubs family.
Leah runs an amazing doggy day care. I have a dog with a medical condition and have no stress about him going to school or boarding with Leah. My dogs are always so excited to arrive at daycare, and never want to come home. The environment is safe & clean for the dogs. I know both of my dogs have an amazing time playing with their doggy friends and Leah & the team.

Highly professional with report cards etc. Boarding first class and personalised ... peace of mind. Very smart brand marketing and merchandising too. I'm sure our Malamute will miss her when he moves to Sydney next week.
I recently started taking my dog to Around the Clock Daycare, and I am thoroughly impressed with their 24-hour care and grooming services. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring my dog is comfortable and well-cared for at all hours. The round-the-clock care is a lifesaver, offering peace of mind for busy pet parents. Whether it's day or night, I know my dog is in good hands, getting the attention and supervision she needs. The facility is clean, spacious, and equipped with plenty of areas for the dogs to play and rest. The grooming services are exceptional as well. My dog always comes home looking and feeling great. The groomers are professional and attentive to detail, making sure to cater to any specific grooming requests.
Highly recommend both the daycare and boarding services with Around the Clock Dog Care. We have been using the daycare several days a week since last year and have found the staff to all be professional and knowledgeable. Our dog is always very happy to see all the members of staff which is a good sign! We have a husky so always worry about using a new doggy daycare as he can be quite stubborn at times but we have felt completely at ease with Around the Clock as we feel they have the experience and knowledge in dealing with him. We have just used the boarding services for a little over 2 weeks and Enzo was thoroughly taken care of and we had regular updates on him- will definitely use again.
Recently new to around the clock dog care . My dog loves the place ! She knows when I put my work clothes on that she is off to ATCDC , jumps straight in the car and is so excited when we arrive there . The staff are fantastic and communication is excellent . Being concerned on Nancy first day sometime ago, received updates and pics from the owner of how she settled in . Love that she is interacting with other dogs and when picking her up to go home she is exhausted from her fun filled day ! Highly recommend Around the clock day care .
Great place. Wonderful staff. My dog suffers with anxiety and doesn't like people (got him through covid) however loves going to doggy daycare. He goes twice a week and both mornings when I say doggy daycare today he's waiting at the front gate for my partner to take him. Can't wait to get out the car and jumps all over the staff when he gets there. Owner is lovely and always keeps us updated on what he's been up to during the day. Definitely recommend to any one who loves their furry friends.
My boy Bentley has been going there since he was a puppy and is 3 years old now and loves going there twice a week. The owner Roybn and the girls who work there are the best and nothing is a drama at all, you can tell they all love the dogs after as your dogs are always getting cuddles and more cuddles when they arrive and leave for the day. And even Bentley loves staying over night with whoever looks after him and the first night he stayed there he was up cuddling with the lady that was looking after him. Around the clock is the best place for your furry family member
I just would like to take some time to write a review to this beautiful place. I live on the central coast and I sometimes come to Wollongong for work. I have an American blue Staffy called Mia of 2 years old, saying that she is a ball of energy is just not enough. Mia is a lovely happy girl that will take more time away from your life than a full time job. Her energy levels are out of control, she is the happiest dog on earth and very loving too. The team of Around the clock did their absolute best to look after her today. After running on the treadmill and going for multiple walks they did take their time to introduce Mia to the other dogs just to make sure she would play nicely. The team is very kind, loving, understanding and patient. They explained me how exited she gets playing with other dogs and how important it is for her to take a break in the crate to settle down and decompress. Mia goes to another day care on the central coast where she is more familiar with the environment, so what happened today was a little bit of an exception as she was so exited to see the Wollongong team again after 3 months we haven’t seen them. They did have also a vet nurse today just giving a general look to Mia and maybe discovering something a little out of place on her left hip, this could be why the excitement sometimes is not well contained as she might be slightly in pain. I have never noticed anything as she is such a healthy and active dog but thanks to this I had the chance to book Mia in with my vet on the central coast for tomorrow. I am so grateful to have met such a good team, caring and loving towards my dog, understanding the need of each breed without pointing the finger on Mia due to being a bully breed and being a little crazy sometimes. Mia had a blast of a day and she got well look after, she got pampered and spoiled with cuddles and treats too. I would give over 10 starts review if I could. Thank you again 🙏🤍 Valentina & Mia
My pooch loves attending Around the clock. She has been attending daycare for several year now and loves going. They recently started grooming and the service is incredible. We couldn’t recommend Robyn and Wilson from Around the clock any higher. Consistent, loving and reliable is the best way I could describe them.
One staff member looks after over 20 dogs at a time. Not only that if you attempt to pick up your dog outside of their set pick up hours (one hour earlier in my case) you can expect to cop it from the owner. The young girls who work there are great but clearly overworked and underpaid. The female owner is incredibly rude. I dreaded it when the young girls weren't there because I knew my dog would be stuck with her. She would separate my dog from the rest because she was an energetic dog and leave her alone in some random room. My dog would be super distressed when I went to pick her up and at one point tried to jump over the office desk to get to me whilst crying. Absolutely do not recommend this place. It's a small facility so it's definitely not suited to larger dogs. There are much better dog daycares around the area that are run by people who actually love dogs.
Our dog has been going to Around the Clock Dog Care for a few years now and both she and we love it! We love the Facebook pictures we get during the day, we love that she comes home tired after a day playing with her doggie friends. We love that she is happy when she gets in the car of an afternoon. We love that the staff are always happy to see our dog and let us know how she’s got on during the day. They are professional and obviously care about the dogs. We know our dog loves Around the Clock Dog Care because as soon as we get near she sits up the in car and cannot wait to get out the door and inside. We definitely recommend this doggie day care.
Cannot reccomend Robyn and the team highly enough! Excellent service, great pricing and convenient location. Very very thankful for their flexibility. They send cute pics to keep us updated, even clipped his nails for us which was lovely. Our puppy is super excited when he arrives - made plenty of friends!
If I could give Ana and the team a millions stars I would. Our Am Staff Bentley has been extremely misunderstood in the past by other dog care/walking services, simply by being a big boy, but Ana saw him for who he was right away - a big baby who loves everyone. Never have I trusted someone more with our fur baby and I know every time Bentley gets to go on an adventure with the K9 pack he is going to have the best time ever and will be treated like a prince. We feel so lucky to have Ana in our lives and will never stop telling people how great she is.
Ana and the team are amazing, Nowra is always so happy to see them. We can go on trips without stress, we know she will have a great holiday too. Nowra loves going to the beach to play ball with Ana. I highly recommend Ana to take care of your babies.

With our busy and messy schedule, Ana works above and beyond to make everything works well in order to provide the best quality time to the dogs under her care, as her own. Wish there was more stars to rate K9 Empire as 5 stars is not enough. The love and care shown for our Dog Hugo from the staff is beyond exceptional. Hugo our dog suffers from severe anxiety when he’s by himself. Since he’s been visiting K9 empire regularly we have noticed an improvement of his anxiety. We would not trust anyone else to care for our Hugo while we are away. If your here reading this review forget the rest and go for the best K9 Empire !
Ana and her team are wonderful and we couldn’t speak more highly of them. They walk and look after our Cocker Spaniel puppy, Lady with so much care. They are so flexible and are always working around our busy schedule with so much patience and understanding. They care completely reliable and we put our 100% trust in their care. Thanks to them we know she is in great hands every time!
Ana and her team are fantastic, and I'd give them 1,000 stars! Ana is a great trainer, takes really good care of my cavoodle, and I trust her with my house keys. My dog Chico loves Ana and Bee so much, and it has been great for him to socialise with the other dogs on their walks. He is picked up while I'm in the office, and I love seeing his photos having fun. I highly recommend their services and am grateful I found them to care for my puppy!

Green paw cottage & Natalie were absolutely brilliant - I couldn't fault a single thing! My puppy was kennelled there for a bit over a week whilst I was in hospital. Not only does she go above & beyond in terms of care (dogs are not caged at night like many kennels!). She actively monitored and took care of of each individual dog (including daily updates & photos/videos of my fur baby daily ! Which was the highlight of my day!)... I would highly recommend her to anyone who wishes their pooch to get 5 star treatment at an affordable price!. Thank you so much Natalie!

Highly recommend. The owner is kind and caring for the dogs and pays close individual attention to the dogs, one of our dogs visits regularly and the other is far too socially anxious, so enjoys the time alone at home while the younger sibling socialises at day care. The owner provides really helpful and constructive feedback about the puppies in our family and we are really happy knowing we are doing the best thing for each of our dogs seperately and also for the other dogs at day-care.

I highly recommend Green Paw Cottage. Our fur baby has been going there for nearly two years for day care while we are at work and regularly stays while we are on holidays. Natalie goes over and above to ensure all the dogs are extremely well cared for while they are in her care. Our girl loves to go there she gets so excited when we pull up she can’t wait to get inside and play with all the other dogs.
My Vincent has been going every week since he was 4 months old. He absolutely loves it there and Nat. Nat takes care of the doggies like they were her own and has birthday parties for their special days. It is so comforting knowing I can go away on holidays and that my baby is taken care of and never caged. I don't know what I would have done without Nat and this fabulous daycare and dog boarding service.

Green Paw Cottage is so wonderful. Natalie loves all the dogs like they are her own. My cocker spaniel Luna absolutely loves it there. She has the best time running around with all her friends and playing games. After spending the day there she sleeps the entire next day she is so tired haha! Highly recommended
Green Paw provides a caring and nurturing environment for my sweet and fragile dog. He loves going there and plays with his friends all day. The socialization has helped him relax and feel comfortable around others and he comes home pooped! Very professional, reliable and flexible.
Would highly recommend using this puppy day care and holiday service. The team are highly professional, incredibly responsive to ad hoc and late notice requests and will give you honest feedback on suitability of your puppy with regular puppy guests on days of the week. My little Effy has been going since she got her vaccinations as a puppy and it was GREAT for socialising her, toilet training her by following the other pack members (although of course we still had to do training at home) and also ensuring she didn't develop separation anxiety from myself because she is a COVID baby. I have absolutely no worries or concerns about Effy's time at day care because her day care mum sends updates, photos and always kindly ushers effy into day care (because every day at daycare is like sending a human bub to kindy, nervous to go, but once she is there she is obsessed). Effy loves her second family at the daycare, she has been attending on an ad hoc basis for over a year now :)
We left our dog Pippa with Chin for 9 nights recently and I'm so glad we did. Yes, there are many rules etc requested by Chin but these are in place to protect both him and yourself. If you respect that there are probably reasons for his extra caution then there are no issues. He obviously has an affinity with dogs and is used to their many quirky behaviors. Pippa had the best time and it was lovely to get regular little video updates. I was a little concerned as my dog can be unpredictable around other dogs she doesn't know however Chin's dog seemed to take it all in her stride and is very easy going. The little videos of Pippa and Chin's dog walking happily side by side each day were such a welcome relief as it can take my dog quite some time usually to be this relaxed around another dog. My only regret is that we don't usually venture down the south coast for our trips but if we did then Chin would absolutely be our go-to dog sitter. Highly recommend.
Great service! We left our dogs for 10 days while we were on cruise Chin kept in constant sent us a photos and videos. We were never worried once about them, knowing they was in good hands and kept safe. Dogs come home happy. We will board our dogs again. Recommend place to board your furbies!
Chin gave us daily photos and videos od our pooch while in his care. He came home happy and not with an upset tummy like at other kennels
My dog stayed for a week and came home happy and healthy, plenty of updates and dogs are better taken care of than in kennels, sleep in the house, no cages. Recommended
