We are very happy that we trusted Tatiana and Luca with our dog girl Pipa. Before their arrival we already talked a lot over Whats App and I explained everything important about Pipa and the house so when they came it was all clear to them. During these 3 weeks they didn´t need our help but sended some photos. Also the fact that Luca noticed something wrong with Pipa and they took her to the vet was very responsable, independent and reliable. They gave her the medicine needed. Coming back home Tatiana and Luca left everything clean and tidy. Very responsable, clean, calm and trustworthy couple!
Going away for 3+ weeks and leaving my 10-month-old puppy behind was a huge stressor, but Giselle helped to put me at ease right away! From the beginning, she was very communicative and accommodating for arrival and departure for the sit. She made an effort to meet my puppy and me before the sit, and while I was away she kept in constant (but not over-the-top) communication so that I was getting updates but also still able to enjoy my time. I could tell right away that Giselle was an animal lover, and Monte seemed to warm up to her quite quickly. The updates I received showed me that he felt right at home with her and was not too disrupted by our leaving. In addition to the excellent care that Giselle provided Monte I came home to a spotless house - after a long day of travel, that was extremely appreciated! Giselle made sure to stay with our puppy until we knew exactly when we'd be home (in case of any flight delays) which put me at ease that he would be just fine until our arrival. Thank you Giselle for taking such good care of our puppy and our condo while we were away so that we could enjoy our wedding & honeymoon abroad - we will be forever grateful & hope to have you sit for Monte again if the timing works :)
