We had a lovely long weekend housesitting for Camilla, Tom and Sophie. We found the information provided covered all necessary eventualities, and as Inca had had surgery to remove a lump on her side 3 days before we arrived, it was comforting to know we had everything we needed. Kiwi and Inca are the most adorable, well trained black labs, that we really wanted to take home with us at the end of our stay. Their home is stunning, in fabulous dog-safe grounds, and we felt as if we had had a mini-break of our own. Camilla and Tom were contactable on WhatsApp, so we updated them with photos of the dogs on a regular basis. We would be delighted to be invited to sit again, and would highly recommend the opportunity to any other Trusted Housesitter.

We loved staying with Gus and Islay.
Such sweet dogs, and a really great house. Felt at home there! Trails right next to the front door makes walking fun and pleasant.
Jason and Dale are GREAT communicators and super helpful with any questions.

Graeme and Tealia’s place is stunning; a dream home in the mountains. The open plan layout, views on all sides and oodles of lights on the upstairs floor given the the house a really wonderful feeling. As for Rio, she’s a beautiful and super smart girl who welcomed us and our dog Ruby very commendably. Ruby and Rio were sharing a bed from day one! Rio is big and strong but knows her commands and we greatly enjoyed taking her out for long walks around town. We’re really looking forward to coming back innNovemeber!

I had the pleasure of sitting for Mauve, who enchanted me right from the beginning! Not only is she a beauty but also calm and very easy to care for.

Charlie was kind enough to pick me up from the train station and even cooked me a delicious dinner. Her house has a stunning view of the mountains, was close to public transportation, and an easy walk to the town center.

We had a wonderful time sitting for Lisa & John. Their house is beautiful and such a great location. Plenty of trails nearby. We’re really going to miss Bella. It took her a few hours to warm up to us. But after that, she was following us everywhere and snuggling with us every time we sat down. She is an awesome dog!
Lisa & John did an awesome job preparing us for the stay. Everything we needed to know, was either in the welcome package or John showed us before he left. We would definitely recommend this sit!
