Stephen was our first housesitter ever- he reached out with questions throughout our trip and watched over our two dogs well. They were healthy and happy when we returned (albeit a bit mad at us being gone for 2 weeks). The house was in good order as well.
Manny is one of the loveliest dogs we've had the pleasure of dogsitting! He was cuddly and chill during the day and pranced happily along on his walks. He isn't overly interested in fetch or posing for photos, but has great manners with people and other dogs. Beau and Mark were excellent in making sure we had everything we needed and were quick to respond to any messages we sent. The house was super clean, stylish, and close to the beach, which was a delight to take Manny to on his walks. We'd jump at the chance to dogsit Manny again.
I can't say enough about this sit! Judy and Gary were incredibly warm and welcoming. I felt very comfortable in their beautiful, well kept home. Willow, the kitty was so sweet and the fish were easy to care for as well . Everything was well explained before they left and they went above and beyond to make my sitting experience wonderful. Their home is in a great neighborhood and very walkable. I definitely recommend this sit and look forward to sitting for them again.
Beth and Mark were great hosts. They clearly communicated all of their expectations and timing of arrival and departure. I was left feeling completely at home in their beautiful property nested back among nature. Teddy was an adorable low maintenance pup. He generally slept and followed me around in between. He's a lover of his treats and particularly enjoys morning pets and belly rubs. I'd definitely return if given the opportunity.
Luisa and Chris welcomed me in the most friendly way to their house- they have a delightful orchard and vegetable garden. When they returned from Italy, we spent a day together -sharing recipes and having interesting conversations. Holly is a friendly and sweet dog -I enjoyed staying with her and taking her for walks; she was a bit sick for one day, yet, recovered quickly. The Rabbits and Hens don't need much except feeding and a bit of cleaning- they are lovely to watch. The cats are sweet and a bit timid and, during my stay, spent most of their time outside.
100% a great sit :) Clive is a super star, absolutely adorable and sweet. He's a foodie I have to say, very interested in the food I had. Yet he knew his boundary well, this reflected how he was well taught and trained by his parents. Just say no, and he would behave. I had a great communication with Ryan, the pet parent. His home located just 3 minutes' walk from St James Park, 10 minutes' bike ride from Walthamstow Wetland. His home had MUBI, my favourite art-house film streaming. I really had a great time :)
Lucky and Louis are adorable! They are very friendly and started following me around everywhere in the house by day 2. They love any and all attention. They are very mellow at home but get very excited and energetic out on walks. Lesley is a very kind, welcoming, and solutions-oriented person. Her modern townhouse is right in the heart of Santana Row. Literally at the doorstep, you will find many restaurants and shops. Luckily, there is also a park nearby that is great for walks.

We left our pet rabbit with Holly for a week. I knew right away that she was in good hands. Holly carefully went over all the instructions with us before we said good bye and made sure our little bunny had a comfortable set up. Then, amazingly, we got wonderful photos and updates throughout the week. Everyone was having a good time together. Holly provided care for our two cats for a week. I could tell by the cute pictures she sent each day that the cats were very comfortable with her. She even took care of an ant evasion we had, putting out ant traps we had to keep the pests away from the cat food! She always replied promptly to texts we sent while away. I will definitely use her services again.
Holly has taken care of my kitty a couple times now and has done such a good job. She checks on my girl reliably and sends me photo updates everyday so I feel reassured that everything is ok back home. Vacations are so much more relaxing when I know my fur baby is being looked after. I highly recommend Holly!
Holly has been incredible with our 1+ yo dog, Maggie. Maggie is full of energy and love and needs a lot of attention and play. Holly expertly guides Maggie through her days and always sends us lots of great photos to put our minds at ease. She has been very flexible to meet Maggie’s needs and our busy schedule. Her toddler is great around dogs, just like her mom!
Holly is amazing! It was such a relief to find a petsitter who cares so much about providing the same level of care for my dog as I do. The photos were also something I looked forward to everyday. My pup can't wait to stay with Holly and family again!
My lab Millie has been going to Nightshift Petcare since she was 18 weeks old. Joy helped me train Millie and I attribute much of her sweetness to the time she spent learning to socialize with the other dogs at NSPC. Millie attends daycare 2x a week and there is no where else I would leave her for overnight boarding. Joy is the best of the best of the very best!!!

My dog Molly is 15. In her senior years she is slow and has some special needs. Joyce and Angela go out of their way to make sure she is cared for and every need is met. She loves being there. She evens plays and bonds with the other dogs. When I pull up to their home, Molly can't wait to get to their front door. It is such a blessing knowing she is in such good, caring and loving hands while I'm away.
I stumbled upon Jet Set Pet Sitters when I was in need of both daytime care and boarding while we were in the process of moving. Joyce and Angela are beyond FANTASTIC! They love the dogs as if they were their own. After trying a more traditional boarding facility last summer, I was nervous to leave our pup again. I like to take my little Yorke here to get socialized. Wow, it didn't take long! He runs right up to the door excited to play with others, unlike the vet or groomer. Joyce and Angela are always cheerful lovely ladies who love the hard work that they do. Thanks for accepting Vinnie into your home!

We have taken our dog to them for the past few months and they have been absolutely amazing. No kennels, huge fenced backyard for them to play, and they can roam where they want in the house. Our dog literally runs into their house as soon as we pull up because she loves it so much. I can’t recommend them enough for your doggie daycare or boarding needs!

The OATH team are phenomenal with all animals AND Kristen has added value as a vet-tech. My elderly dog (who is like my child!) had a hot spot that I was not able to fix on my own, and Kristen nursed her back to health while I was away for a weekend. Not only did my dog heal quickly, she still LOVES going to Kristen's house. This speaks volumes about the level of comfort Kristen creates in her home for her guest dogs. My dog is naturally timid & shy, and I would not board her with anyone else. I would absolutely recommend Kristen to any of my friends and family with fur-babies.
We have used Kristen for over two years now and refuse to use anyone else to watch our dogs. A year ago we had an elderly dog that need special medications and daily fluids. I trusted Kristen to care for him while we were gone and she delivered. He has since passed, but now we have three dogs, all young and full of energy. Kristen generally takes them to her place while we are gone to join the pack. Honestly, I think they have more fun at her place then they do at ours. We can leave our dogs in her care and miss them terribly, but we NEVER WORRY about them while we are gone and that is a huge relief! I highly recommend her services.
I have never been a paying customers of Kristen(omelette and the Hound) but have had the privilege of having her and her business as neighbors for the past 3/4 yrs now. She cares for all dogs, clients or not. She has answered many questions and has even taken the time with a house full of clients to come down and check on my pits when we have any questions. She has stopped in to look at our pets while we are gone and has even taken the time to play and show them love. If your looking for a safe fun place to leave your animals or a reliable person to do walks or feeds while on vacation this is the place and Kristen is your girl. It's like a vacation for your animals while your gone.
Makes vacation so much more relaxing to know that my dogs are being so well taken care of. My dogs also love going over, so there's another bonus. I've never had to worry that something won't be addressed or that the dogs will get a lack of exercise. I love that my pups are treated just as well as they would be at home. Kristens professionalism and flexibility never cease to amaze me!!
If you are looking for dog boarding / care, this is the only place I would recommend!! Personally, my big guy has been in many different kennels for training's and boarding, and I have Never seen him so sad to leave someone else's house like he did from here.... I have invested over $18k in my dog, as he is a Master Hunter and more. He has specific health instructions and training's that need to be done, and they had no problem accommodating. I do not trust many people to watch him for a few hours, let alone overnight. He now has a second home when I am away, and the only other place besides mine is Omelette and The Hound! Ms Edie is the BEST pet sitter, period. She's been my go to sitter since we moved to the area in 2015. She treats my animals like her own, and they all love her. We have dogs, cats, chickens, and goats. She's always on time, super reliable, and she's walked half a mile through the snow to get to my house when her car couldn't quite make it up the hill.
Edie has such a gift with animals. She is loving, caring, calm and in control. She took two extremely high anxiety dogs, stayed with them 24/7 for 6 days while we went on our first vacation in almost 4 years. She kept us updated through texts and pics to allay our fears throughout the vacation. When we returned, the work she had done with them to reduce their anxiety and barking was incredible. We cannot kennel our dogs due to their healthy issues so she was a godsend. Cannot recommend highly enough. If your pets are a valued member of your family, do yourself a solid and provide the highest quality care available. You will not be sorry!
