Leo & Lily are adorable. Both are super cute and have very distinct personalities. Leo is affectionate and confident, like a real lion :) He would come to us in the mornings and headbutt purring for us to pet him. Lily on the other hand is gentle and always curious. She loves to watch bird and mice on Cat TV and observe everything that is happening around their home. Their routine is easy — they have autofeeders to keep them going between their meals and even autolitter! George & Bex were very welcoming and accommodating. Their comfortable and modern home is located super close to both Downtown and Mount Pleasant, so it is easy to access the seawall or catch a bus in pretty much any direction. There are lots of delicious food options nearby. Thank you so much for trusting us with your fur babies ❤️
Tokyo and Rio have the most beautiful light filled home I've seen in London, a modern two bedroom apartment, clean, comfortable, warm, quiet and secure. The best part is the deck and outlook onto the elevated building courtyard garden, on the first floor. Which is the outdoor stomping ground for the kittees as often as they're allowed. And the kittees!!!! Two perfect little angels, so gorgeous, so sweet natured and well behaved. They respond to whistling to bring them in from outside. Rio will take practically unlimited cuddles and attention and play straight off the bat, Tokyo plays hard to get and will make you work for it. There's good internet, a massive fancy new TV with all the streaming services you could need, dishwasher, washer/dryer etc. And really comfortable/firm/supportive twin single mattresses making up the large bed in the guest room. Loscombe is something right out of a storybook. Rolling hills and lush greenery covering every inch of space. Penny was an absolute dream. All she wants is to be close to you so as a solo traveller it was really nice to have her constant company. When outside her energetic nature really comes out. We spent long afternoons exploring all of the lovely trails and pastures Loscombe has to offer. She was great off leash. She'll disappear into the forest to sniff out the pheasants but she always comes right back when she's scared them off and they fly away squawking. However if you're on the road I would recommend leashing her as the cars drive fast and she can get a bit focused on her sniffing and won't hear you call her back to you. She does require some washing up when you get home because she loves to explore - especially in the mud and streams. Alistair and Sue have a great set up for this right outside the side door so it was easy to clean her up. Alistar and Sue are very accommodating and welcoming. They took me on a walk of the property and familiarized me with all the quirks of the house before leaving for their trip. The neighbours are so kind and friendly as well. They had me over for tea and even offered to take me into town if I needed. Everyone really made me feel like I was part of the community even though for a short while. I would highly recommend this sit :)
Susan is SUCH sweetie and a people lover. What a treat it was to get to snuggle with her while watching TV. She can be a bit stubborn on walks and will really lunge for any food on the floor, but apart from that she was such a pleasure, the communication with the hosts was great and the flat was lovely.
Judith, Richard and Frankie made us feel very welcome at their beautiful 'up-side-down' home. Frankie was the easiest, sociable, friendly dog anyone could ask for. She was not demanding and was great company at home or out and about. She was well-behaved off the lead (when appropriate) and is well socialised with other dogs. Frankie loved the beach and playing fetch with cuttlefish in the sea - although she was reluctant to leave. We walked with Frankie to Hope Cove, through fields, along some of the south west coastal path and she could have gone further, if only we had the energy! Frankie travels well in the car and communicates her needs by her actions and 'talking' - which was really sweet and funny. We felt instantly at home in Judith and Richard's lovely home. It is comfortable with great views over their lovely garden and surrounding countryside. The guest bed is really comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you are likely to want or need for a perfect sit. We would love to sit for Frankie again and would wholeheartedly recommend to other sitters.
Wonderful petsit in Cincinnati! Having the opportunity to Pet Sit in Valerie’s beautiful home, in the desirable Hyde Park neighborhood, was an honor that could only be topped by falling in kitty-love with Kwaa and Saai. These two kitties are absolute darlings! And while Kwaa started out a little shy, they were both playing with us throughout the house and snuggling on the couch in no time. Val and her husband were warm and gracious hosts and we immediately felt at ease and at home while getting to know them. Detailed, easy instructions and communication. Spotless house, smartly decorated. Fully equipped with everything one would need. We would absolutely love to petsit with them again!
