This was a great house/dog sit! Jessup is a trained guide dog that is so well mannered. It was so sweet to wake up and see him looking for love. He was giving me constant attention while I was at the home, even when I took a shower he was not more than 5' away. Jessup is such a sweetheart! Lisa was great at leaving instructions and information about both the house and Jessup. It was an awesome sit to just relax and absorb the beauty of the area! Jessup doesn't care about walks, but the close dog park was a great place for doing his business. The home is only 3.5 miles from the heart of Seattle! I would be more than excited to return to watch Jessup in the future! Lisa was very welcoming and invited me to spend the night prior to the sit and join me for a family dinner. It doesn't get much better!
Samantha’s dogs were very well behaved and everything was exactly as described in the listing. Samantha was awesome to work with and very responsive. Would definitely watch Cooper, Lila, Bernie and Bella again!
Jane was so well organized and provided us with lots of information prior to our stay which was very helpful. She had thought of everything, providing us with a meal on the evening we arrived and doing a thorough hand- over even though they had an early start the following day. She was always available if I had any queries and had arranged for support locally should I need it. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
We had the loveliest time in Kamilla’s beautiful home with the gorgeous Stella, Rocket and Bruno. The location is utterly idyllic and really well placed for exploring the South Hams. We spent most of the time we were there in the glorious garden or on walks on or from their land, which made things very easy to manage. When we wanted a trip to the beach at Thurlestone the dogs were impeccably behaved on their leads. The house is super comfortable with everything we could have needed, including use of the pool in the evenings which was very generous. Stella, Rocket and Bruno are all lovely dogs, sweet natured and great company on and off lead. We didn’t test their recall when off their land just in case but they were perfectly happy and well behaved doing lead walks when needed. Kamilla was so welcoming and generous and gave us very clear instructions on the dogs and the chickens so we felt confident in meeting their needs and we had no unexpected surprises from them. A perfect house sit all round, we would definitely love to go back and would 100% recommend to any lovers of dogs and beautiful countryside.
It was a pleasure to sit for Elsa, I don’t meet Elsa at the beginning but on the end from the sit. Filou is very easy to look after but first he was very shy. He is a sweetheart, he likes to be brushed. The flat is very nice and comfortable. The bus stop is directly in front of the flat. The comunication with Elsa was always fast and easy. I loved sitting by Elsa, I can highly recommend this sit.
Matt and Lucy are great - really friendly and welcoming! They made sure we felt at home from the moment we got there. Great communication from start to finish. Louie and Luna are the cutest, most adorable companions. Louie will follow you everywhere, so you will always have him by your side. Luna is much more independent but also likes getting love and attention. They are both very well-behaved and easy to look after! We loved our stay at Barnt Green. The house is very modern and comfortable, with all the modern amenities. We house-sat in the winter and the house was lovely and warm. Highly recommend this house-sit. Thank you Lucy and Matt!
