House sitting for Steve and Katy was a wonderful experience! They are extremely kind and funny, a fabulous couple. They have provided us with everything we´ve needed. Steve is a wonderful cooker, his food was always delicious! Katy is a incredible host and she have made us feel at home. The house is big and very confortable. The garden is huge and SO beautiful. The pets, oh my God, they are so adorable! The tortoise are so cute, but the dogs... We just couldn´t falling in love more. We alredy miss them! Thank you Steve and Katy, we will always remember you because you are, defenily, our favorite english couple! We are looking foward to meet you again!
We enjoyed a very warm welcome to Tim and Carolyn’s beautiful and comfortable country home which is light, airy and immaculate. They are kind, thoughtful and interesting people and easy to communicate with. Their cats, Marley and Butters, are gorgeous and easy to care for. Both shy at first, Marley is the fluffier one (took us a while to differentiate the brothers!) who loved a good petting at bedtime. We definitely recommend this housesit. It’s the perfect peaceful retreat...or a jumping off point to explore the Cowichan valley wineries, trails, markets, and farm stands. We would be happy to be invited back.
A MOST EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! A HOUSE OF LIGHTS I'll call it! At dark sparkling & fun - some hidden! - lights come on in and around th house that make for a magical and soothing environment - resort like home-stay with everything you need to be comfortable including a big plant/sun room and a patio and garden right on Sunshine Park! AND PHOEBE! My all-knowing, perfectly content, sweet Beautiful Phoebe cat! EZ to love and I got another BF! WOULD SIT AGAIN IN A ❤️ BEAT!
Nena is an easy going cat! She is a real lady, very calm, sweet and it’s very easy to take care of her. She loves to sleep close the heater, so during the winter she will prefer it than you :)! She loves to watch TV in her favorite program is the bird programs, she also loves the rat ones! She can watch the TV for hours. If you like to see Nena happy you just need to give her a little of malt, she also loves that and eats so gentle, it’s nice to see. She never scratched us and all the time she was asking for love! The house is very comfortable, really clean and so organized. It’s between the train station and city center, close to both of them. So it’s very easy to explore the city of Basel and the others cities near by. It was a great time in Basel with Nena, we highly recommend this house sit!
Daniel's apartment was clean, secure, and in a wonderful neighborhood to walk around in. Our sit with Boris was very fun. He is a chatty kitty with a sweet purrsonality. Daniel provided us all the information we needed to care for Boris. He was also communicative at all times. We would recommend this stay to any cat lovers that want to see Pittsburgh's finest!
We had the best weekend staying in Dublin. Anny is so lovely and was great communicating about the sit and made sure we had everything we needed. Her home is modern and cosy in a lovely part of Dublin, very convenient for the city centre. We were so taken with Toby, he’s an absolute sweetheart! A gentle giant who loves people, we could take him everywhere with us, he’s brilliant on his lead and in public places. Such a friendly affectionate boy, it was hard saying goodbye to Toby! Anyone would be lucky to spend a few days looking after him 🙂
