During our trip she sent us daily pictures and updates from home. If you are looking for someone to look after your animals while you are gone, Aimee is great, strongly recommend her!

We really appreciated Amber's care of our home and her enthusiasm and care for our two cats. We felt comfortable that she could handle anything and it was easy to communicate with her. She even sent us photos so we'd be reassured our cats were well cared for. She was flexible when our leaving time had to shift a few hours, which we appreciated. Communication with James and Anne was perfect from the beginning. The 3 cats are very affectionate. Simone likes cuddles :) The apartment is very large near the Atocha station and Parque El Retiro. The area is very beautiful. The apartment has air conditioning for the Madrid summer heat. We had a small problem with the lock of the apartment and they helped us solve it.
