Erinn did a wonderful job caring for our dog Nola and for our home. She and her dog Bandit stayed at our house for two weeks, including turnover nights on each end. Bandit is very sweet and got along great with Nola. Erinn took Nola for lots of adventures where she could run and get all her energy out. Erinn was very patient with Nola, who is still learning not to pull on the leash when she is excited. She gave her lots of positive reinforcement training and spoiled her with lots of treats. Erinn took good care of our home and plants as well and even alerted us right away to an unexpected plumbing issue so that we were able to get it resolved quickly. We were very lucky to have her care for Nola and our home!
Cole did an exceptional job of caring for my sweet little Gretchen. You will find Cole to be respectful, devoted to your pet, mature, responsible, trustworthy and will follow your directives to the letter. I would have Cole back to another sit any time. You wont regret having Cole in your house or caring for your pet(s).

Truly an amazing pet care service! I can't recommend them enough. I was gone for a week on vacation and Lorna was kind enough to watch my rabbits with soo much care and attention! Rabbits can be very skiddish animals and they stress very easily but she was so very attentive and wonderful with both of my rabbits! Simply the best! Before we found Fetch! we took our menagerie to a nationally-known name-brand boarding facility. The pets don't really like boarding, pets sometimes catch new ailments they didn't have before, and we get the impression that the boarding facility is far more interested in money instead of pets. When Fetch! entered the picture, it was like the difference between night and day. The folks at Fetch! love critters, and vice-versa. Fetch! has taken away ALL anxiety about going on trips. Loren and Lestica at Fetch are AMAZING! They took exceptional care of my dog, Beaux, when I had to unexpectedly go out of town for a funeral. I was updated daily via an online journal and they also included pictures. The cherry on top? I had transportation issues on my way back and they were understanding and accommodated my need to extend the use of their services. Also, their knowledge of dogs allowed them to notice my doggie needed the attention of a vet (they even took him to a vet appointment for for me). If you want a company that takes care of your pet like it’s their own, Fetch should be your first choice.
I love Fetch! for many reasons! The caretakers are fantastic and very dependable. After every visit I am sent pics of the pets, packages that arrived, and the list of every task done. The emails also show a Google map of the time of their vehicle’s arrival/departures. The mail is brought in and plants I requested are watered. My conure throws seeds all over the place and they even vacuum it up! I am finally able to my enjoy my trips without any worries about home. Thank you!!!
My experience was excellent in every way! Lestica made everything go smoothly. She was very good with my difficult and very scared cat. I am truly grateful for her help. I am so glad I found Pet Taxi. I look forward to using it in the future.
Loren is truly amazing she's very helpful in all aspects from taking care of Cooper going above and beyond to help me understand the online application. Cooper really loves her and has grown to bond with her. He used to have anxiety she helped me figure out and how to coordinate the best time frames and amount time spent he personally would need. She even wipes his mucous off of his face from his allergies and gives him allergy medicine as needed. She takes him out for his bike rides, his stroller walks and his regular walk. Cooper really loves seeing her. I know that he's in great hands as she treats him as her own.

We used them for the first time this weekend and they went above and beyond. We have a senior dog with a minor rectum issue and when it prolapsed the Team took him to the vet for me while I was out of town and took care of my dog. They provided updates and really went out of their way to get him the proper care. The facilities, pricing and dog group play areas are all nice with lots of trees too! The dog suites all have AC and a backyard. I’ll use them again and again! Paperwork and parking also easy.
The staff here are so kind and friendly. They were also so patient with my dog, because I know she can be a had full. I would highly recommend this place if you need boarding or just to drop off for daycare!!
Dropped off 2 happy healthy dogs and picked up 2 happy healthy dogs! The owner was very accommodating when she didn't need to be. I felt great knowing that both my dogs would be getting a lot of outside time and excercise. Would absolutely trust them again with my animals!
I boarded my two foster dogs for 2 weeks, while overseas. Nice big kennel with an outside space. It was cold outside when I boarded them, but nice and warm inside the building. Happy dogs everywhere. The staff is great! Very helpful and friendly. I will definitely use them again!
My dogs love it here. Everyone was so accommodating and patient. We just moved to TX so trying to get the dogs info was rough with all the boxes, but they were great. My dogs were happy to see us after a long weekend, but I could tell they didn't want to leave. Will be using them in the future. Plus, it helps that they are 5 minutes down the road.
I love the set up here. Climate controlled in and out patios, lots of trees and real grass. The owners are very dog savvy as well and they actually run the place. Prices are also very reasonable. 10/10
Terrible customer service. Called and booked reservations for my pet 8 days in advance and immediately emailed shot records to them for their file. Called to confirm that they had received said records two days prior to my dog’s check in and was told that all was good with his reservation. Was then contacted a few hours later by Lisa, “the CEO” of Woodlands Dog Suites - she told me that there was actually no room for my dog and that they would have to cancel his stay. I’m now left, 2 days before my plane leaves, frantically trying to find another boarding facility for my dog. This is very difficult to find as most locations are fully booked for the holiday weekend. When I asked Lisa why they booked my dog in the first place, she could not give me a clear answer other than her staff made a mistake and she offered no resolution. Her attitude was extremely poor. Mistakes happen but my dog has been on the schedule for a week and so to just now be notified that they “don’t have room” is unacceptable.
They took excellent care if a boy I saved from HCAS. He is hw+ and stayed 30 days during the holidays. They spoiled him rotten
We have used this place 2 or 3 times and I just booked another visit. They are awesome. My dogs come home clean (of course, I pay for the bath so I don't have to do it) and exhausted. After the first stay, they are excited when we pull up to drop them off. They seem to LOVE their stay!
We just stopped by to check it out. Our dog will be visiting this weekend for the 1st time and I am excited about. They were very helpful and knew all the dogs and temperaments as we walked through. I feel this will be a good new vacation home for my baby.
