What can I say? Tammi and Manohar were the perfect pet/home sitters. Not only did they look after our dog Frankie as if he were their own but they integrated into our village community to the delight of our neighbours! They kept in contact with us while we were away and sent us regular photos to remind us of our funny little dog. Frankie took to them from the start and certainly misses them. I’m sure he hopes to see them again one day! Maybe he will? He’s still eating the treats they baked him! They took Frankie for lots of walks (sometimes letting him decide which path to take!) But yes, Tammi and Manohar are lovely caring people. They looked after our home and dog beautifully. We would certainly have them back and would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you Tammi. Ashley and Nick have been the very best sitters we've had which is the very best compliment I could give as we have been fortunate to have fantastic zeewoi! They took the time to meet us and spend time with the dogs before the sit. They also re-arranged their plans so one of them was able to come early in the morning on the day we left to be present for our anxious pup. The communication before, during, and after the sit was excellent. We enjoyed pictures, videos, and stories sent by them daily, but more importantly, we could see that our dogs were being cared for so lovingly by Ashley and Nick. One of our dogs was struggling with a medical issue and I appreciated the understanding and care that Ashley and Nick showed in order to care for her properly. Upon return home, our home was sparkling clean, possibly even cleaner than how we left it. If you have the opportunity to have Ashly and Nick sit for your pets or your home, I would highly recommend you choose them so you can have peace of mind knowing your pets and home are in the most capable hands.
David is good people! Smart, extremely interesting and full of ambition - I just love seeing that in others. He treated our beastie to hikes, beach walks and lots of ball throwing. He was clean & respectful. I HIGHLY recommend David as a sitter!
We were thrilled to be accepted for this sit and couldn't have been happier with our experience. The house is incredibly cozy, making it feel like a perfect home away from home. We loved spending time there and felt comfortable the entire time. The dog is cute, friendly, and has such a goofy personality that kept us laughing. We had so much fun playing with him. Just so you know - He loves water, so if you’re not paying attention, he’ll jump right in, which means you might find yourself needing to give him a bath more often than expected—but it's all part of the fun! Although he sometimes didn’t listen, it’s completely forgivable since he's still a puppy. His cuteness and constant requests for belly rubs made it all worthwhile 🥰. Sonja is an exceptional host. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She communicated with us regularly, offering support and thoughtful gestures that made our stay even better. When we arrived, she kindly picked us up and even baked a delicious Danish pastry for us, which was a wonderful and tasty surprise. Overall, this sit was an amazing experience, and we would love to return in the future. If you have the chance to sit here, don’t hesitate—it's a wonderful opportunity!

Truly an amazing pet care service! I can't recommend them enough. I was gone for a week on vacation and Lorna was kind enough to watch my rabbits with soo much care and attention! Rabbits can be very skiddish animals and they stress very easily but she was so very attentive and wonderful with both of my rabbits! I got daily photos that they were doing well and she was able to follow all of my requests while showing my babies love! I highly recommend booking pet care/home care with Fetch!
Simply the best! Before we found Fetch! we took our menagerie to a nationally-known name-brand boarding facility. The pets don't really like boarding, pets sometimes catch new ailments they didn't have before, and we get the impression that the boarding facility is far more interested in money instead of pets. When Fetch! entered the picture, it was like the difference between night and day. The folks at Fetch! love critters, and vice-versa. Fetch! has taken away ALL anxiety about going on trips. We love the visit reports and photos. We know our pets are happy and receiving great care. We just can't imagine life without Fetch! Pet Care. Excellent service, 100% reliable, HIGHLY recommended.
Loren and Lestica at Fetch are AMAZING! They took exceptional care of my dog, Beaux, when I had to unexpectedly go out of town for a funeral. I was updated daily via an online journal and they also included pictures. The cherry on top? I had transportation issues on my way back and they were understanding and accommodated my need to extend the use of their services. Also, their knowledge of dogs allowed them to notice my doggie needed the attention of a vet (they even took him to a vet appointment for for me). If you want a company that takes care of your pet like it’s their own, Fetch should be your first choice.
I love Fetch! for many reasons! The caretakers are fantastic and very dependable. After every visit I am sent pics of the pets, packages that arrived, and the list of every task done. The emails also show a Google map of the time of their vehicle’s arrival/departures. The mail is brought in and plants I requested are watered. My conure throws seeds all over the place and they even vacuum it up! I am finally able to my enjoy my trips without any worries about home. Thank you!!!
My experience was excellent in every way! Lestica made everything go smoothly. She was very good with my difficult and very scared cat. I am truly grateful for her help. I am so glad I found Pet Taxi. I look forward to using it in the future.
Loren is truly amazing she's very helpful in all aspects from taking care of Cooper going above and beyond to help me understand the online application. Cooper really loves her and has grown to bond with her. He used to have anxiety she helped me figure out and how to coordinate the best time frames and amount time spent he personally would need. She even wipes his mucous off of his face from his allergies and gives him allergy medicine as needed. She takes him out for his bike rides, his stroller walks and his regular walk. Cooper really loves seeing her. I know that he's in great hands as she treats him as her own.

We used them for the first time this weekend and they went above and beyond. We have a senior dog with a minor rectum issue and when it prolapsed the Team took him to the vet for me while I was out of town and took care of my dog. They provided updates and really went out of their way to get him the proper care. The facilities, pricing and dog group play areas are all nice with lots of trees too! The dog suites all have AC and a backyard. I’ll use them again and again! Paperwork and parking also easy.
The staff here are so kind and friendly. They were also so patient with my dog, because I know she can be a had full. I would highly recommend this place if you need boarding or just to drop off for daycare!!
Dropped off 2 happy healthy dogs and picked up 2 happy healthy dogs! The owner was very accommodating when she didn't need to be. I felt great knowing that both my dogs would be getting a lot of outside time and excercise. Would absolutely trust them again with my animals!
I boarded my two foster dogs for 2 weeks, while overseas. Nice big kennel with an outside space. It was cold outside when I boarded them, but nice and warm inside the building. Happy dogs everywhere. The staff is great! Very helpful and friendly. I will definitely use them again!
My dogs love it here. Everyone was so accommodating and patient. We just moved to TX so trying to get the dogs info was rough with all the boxes, but they were great. My dogs were happy to see us after a long weekend, but I could tell they didn't want to leave. Will be using them in the future. Plus, it helps that they are 5 minutes down the road.
I love the set up here. Climate controlled in and out patios, lots of trees and real grass. The owners are very dog savvy as well and they actually run the place. Prices are also very reasonable. 10/10
Terrible customer service. Called and booked reservations for my pet 8 days in advance and immediately emailed shot records to them for their file. Called to confirm that they had received said records two days prior to my dog’s check in and was told that all was good with his reservation. Was then contacted a few hours later by Lisa, “the CEO” of Woodlands Dog Suites - she told me that there was actually no room for my dog and that they would have to cancel his stay. I’m now left, 2 days before my plane leaves, frantically trying to find another boarding facility for my dog. This is very difficult to find as most locations are fully booked for the holiday weekend. When I asked Lisa why they booked my dog in the first place, she could not give me a clear answer other than her staff made a mistake and she offered no resolution. Her attitude was extremely poor. Mistakes happen but my dog has been on the schedule for a week and so to just now be notified that they “don’t have room” is unacceptable.
They took excellent care if a boy I saved from HCAS. He is hw+ and stayed 30 days during the holidays. They spoiled him rotten
We have used this place 2 or 3 times and I just booked another visit. They are awesome. My dogs come home clean (of course, I pay for the bath so I don't have to do it) and exhausted. After the first stay, they are excited when we pull up to drop them off. They seem to LOVE their stay!
We just stopped by to check it out. Our dog will be visiting this weekend for the 1st time and I am excited about. They were very helpful and knew all the dogs and temperaments as we walked through. I feel this will be a good new vacation home for my baby.
