Sammy was the sweetest, bestest, biggest boy ever! He was very easy to take care of and enjoyed spending lots of time on the couch. True to his breed, he was very gentle and calm.
Sammy’s pawrents provided a superb Welcome/Care Guide that provided room by room details, as well as everything we needed to know about Sammy’s habits, likes and dislikes. We had absolutely no questions since we were so well-informed. We truly appreciated all of their prep work, as it certainly helped promote a successful sit.
Their home is easy to care for and perfectly situated only 10 minutes from anything you would want to see, do, or eat in Portland. However, it is also in a quiet neighborhood with good access to quiet streets for walking or jogging.
We had a great time with Sammy and checking out a little bit of Portland. Thanks you so much!!

Where to start! Stanley and Maisie were the most perfect dogs to look after. I thoroughly enjoyed taking them for walks in the fields around the village. Ball throwing was a must. Their recall was perfect and we always had a good time. At home they enjoyed a snuggle with me on the sofa. Morning cuddles in bed were a favourite too. Claire and Richard are lovely people. And their cottage is beautiful, a true english delight (a kiwi girls dream).

My husband & I had the pleasure of caring for Willlow & pudding in Liz’s beautiful home which is situated in a charming village surrounded by countryside.

Willow is the sweetest whippet, gentle mannered and a dream to take care of. She loved going out for long walks with us and we also had lots of playtime in Liz’s garden which is stunning!

Pudding is an independent cat with a very comical meow when she wants feeding. She was happy relaxing most of the day after being out for the evening but was appreciative of chin scratches and attention when awake.

Liz & Roger made us feel really welcome. We stayed in a VERY comfortable room with an absolutely huge bed with French doors overlooking their garden.

I would highly recommend this sit for anyone that is looking for a country escape. We had a brilliant time and we’re very sad to say goodbye to willow as she really stole our hearts!

Natasha and Bret’s flat is in Protero Hill - a great location for exploring San Francisco with a couple of bus stops very close. We had a great time with Yoshi and Cleo who are really easy to look after - Yoshi loves to come up for attention whereas Cleo stands off a bit and keeps herself to herself - except when the treats come out! As we didn’t get to meet in person beforehand, Natasha gave us a really useful video walk around and sent us lots of useful restaurant/ shop suggestions for the immediate area. We had a great time in San Francisco and hope to come back one day. Thanks Natasha and Bret for having us to sit for you!

Sophie is a friendly, and generous person who made us feel at home right from the start. Her home is immaculate, modern and very comfortable. We enjoyed staying there very much. The surrounding scenery is French picture postcard although to fully appreciate it, a car is needed.
The pets Edie and Lyle are very easy to look after and beautiful feline companions. They are so sweet and our time with them was delightful.
We would not hesitate to recommend this housesit to other sitters who have their own transport.
Thank you Sophie for entrusting us with your very special home and your beautiful boys.

Jerome
We had such an amazing petsit at Jerome and Steven's in Nashville. Toby and Bizkit are two super sweet and well-behaved labradors.

Bizkit was 9 months old when we petsit him so he had a lot of energy, but we didn't have any trouble with him. He had just been to training and listened very well to the command "sit". We made sure to have multiple walks a day with him so he could get rid of his energy, but even when he was very excited and a bit wild, he was always very sweet.

Toby is the older dog, whose grey hair definitely makes him look older than he feels internally. He loves taking his toys out, showing them off to you, and going on walks. Just like Bizkit he loves your attention, and will usually be somewhere close to you (or he's napping in his bed).

Jerome and Steven's home is super comfortable and had everything we needed to work and relax. It's located in a beautiful suburban neighborhood with sidewalks so the walks with the dogs were very enjoyable. It's also only a 10-minute drive from Downtown, and there were multiple restaurants closeby. We had never been to Nashville but were very impressed by the city and loved it there.

We arrived a night early because Jerome and Steven had an early flight, so we got to hang out with them for an evening which was so much fun. They were amazing hosts and gave us a whole list of activities and restaurants in Nashville to make sure we would enjoy our stay.

We would highly recommend petsitting for Jerome and Steven and we'll definitely be candidates for a next sit ourselves whenever we're back in the area.
