Marcus was a pleasure to sit for in Anna and Charlie’s lovely home in Easton. I had a great great time over the Christmas period and made a lovely companion.
I really enjoyed staying with Jax & Tetley and minding Melina and Stuart’s house!! All explanations were easy to understand and communication good. Travelling in from interstate, they picked me up from the train station and offered for me to stay the night beforehand which was appreciated! I highly recommend them for other sitters! And thank you for having me and trusting me!
Winston is my new BFF. Whether it was hanging on walks, body slams on the kitchen floor, or snuggling up on the sofa with me.....he does it all! He's such the gentleman and protector when out in the yard or on the trails. Winston has also trained Kirsten very well. He's taught her to leave great notes, check in on text messaging, and roll out the red carpet (and the jacuzzi). Winston's home is lovely and the views are breathtaking. It was a true joy to hang with Winston and housesit for his mom and dad!
Sitting Belle and Samson was an absolute delight. Belle is so friendly, cheerful, and just loves your company. Samson is independent but loves a cuddle, and both were incredibly easy to look after. Ross and Helen told us everything we needed to know and recommended several great places to eat and explore. The house was in a lovely location (parks and supermarket within walking distance) and had everything we needed. We thoroughly recommend looking after Belle and Samson to anyone keen to explore Exeter and its surroundings. We loved our time here.
We had a lovely week in Wilmcote looking after Stanley, he is a gorgeous dog, full of character and mischief and very playful, but so well behaved when he is out walking, we will miss him and his cheeky little ways. There were plenty of lovely walks around the village, and a beautful walk along the canal into Stratford which takes around 1 hour. Thank you Janis and Peirs for letting us look after Stanley in your lovely home, we thoroughly enjoyed it.
Chloe & Lily are quite adventurous outside but super sweet. It was a pleasure taking care of them.

We love Paw Pals. They treat our dogs as if they are part of their family. We are a frequent flyer and recently our dog became ill during stay. They immediately sought care and did everything we would have in that situation.
We needed a place to board our cranky old man and Paw Pals won us over. He is sensitive with people but has no issue with other dogs. He warmed up quickly and loved playing with all the dogs. We will definitely use them again!!
Had to have a last minute doggy daycare due to unforeseen circumstances. The staff was friendly and very accommodating! Definitely recommend this facility!
My dog LOVES Paw Pals. I have taken him to other doggy daycare locations and wondered what was up that he seemed reluctant to go in. At Paw Pals, he nearly pulls my arm off getting inside and doesn't even glance back once I hand over his leash. The staff is full of dog lovers and I appreciate how much they interact with the dogs. It's a straight up puppy party every day.
My husband and I love Paw Pals and so do our dogs! We board our dogs and use daycare quite often. The staff is great! One weekend while being boarded our lab threw up several times and pal paws called and updated us. They even drove Blue to our vet in Cool Springs to be to be evaluated.
Nice folks! Always glad to see my dog! She loves it here! It makes me so happy to see her so happy! Shee is glad to visit paw pals, then glad to come home! I highly recommend this place to anyone. They clearly offer you all of their products then review your choices with you on the front end, before accepting your dog into the arena.....but they offer her a dog cookie while engaging you with their services. The only down thing i can think of is i wish the place were more brightly painted!
Has anyone toured this facility? I stopped by Saturday afternoon wanted to tour and was rejected. Not saying it's a bad thing, just saying I would like to tour it before I leave my dog there to play. I've toured several in the area, all which are great, and my dog visits once or twice a week. This one is just closest to my home, I was just a little concerned I wasn't allowed to see the play area.
Friendly staff. Dropoff is very smooth. Our dog always seems very excited when we drop him off here. We have used them form daycare and overnight.
My dog always has lots of fun here, but I won’t be returning because of the terrible experience I had with the staff at the Brentwood location. The staff member let my dog into the lobby without his harness or collar! He easily could have gotten out the front door with nothing to identify him at all except his microchip. Then, when I spelled my last name for the employer, his response was “That’s...interesting.” Extremely unprofessional and rude. The employee was also not wearing a mask, even though we were both inside. I was very uncomfortable and won’t be returning.
I take my dog here whenever I go out of town! The staff is amazing and patient. The second I drop my dog off, he runs straight to go outside and play with all his "friends." Once we had a slight issue and staff was quick to communicate and help me out with the situation. Nothing but love for this location!
