Keith and June looked after our two mini-Schnauzers for nearly a fortnight during April 2022. I believe we were their second or third sit, as they are quite new to TH. They were our 12th set of sitters. We always do a video interview with prospective sitters, and we took to them straight away during our initial call. After a little bit of confusion over dates (caused by myself!) we confirmed the sit. When they arrived, we had a really good chat, a meal and quick trip round Bute, to give them their bearings. We were impressed with the ease in which our two dogs took got on with both of them. We really enjoyed their company. During the sit, we were kept up to speed with the state of play of the dogs, and their trip - which they seemed to enjoy very much. From my perspective, they were really low maintenance - they sorted out a minor plumbing issue without bothering us, which allowed us to enjoy our holiday. They handed over the house to my daughter at the end of the sit. It was very clean, and they had even washed the sheets and towels (despite being asked not to)! In summary, a very reliable, trustworthy and self reliant pair of sitters, and a thoroughly nice couple. We would recommend them without reservation. It goes without saying that we would have them back to sit for us!
