Kim has cared for our American Bulldog, Sammy twice now for extended periods of time. Sammy is used to living on a farm (now we are in the city), and we weren’t sure how he would respond to someone else caring for him. Kim happily came to meet him and has the skillset to keep him calm and comfortable with her. A gift! We are so appreciative of her! Every time she visits him, she sends us detailed notes with pictures. She goes over and beyond by making sure he has water, belly scratches, toys and all that he needs to feel loved while we are away. Thank you, Kim!!!!

Kim always does a great job watching our dog! You can tell she really cares about him. She regularly gives us updates and photos and is even able to give him his medications! I would recommend her to anyone!

We have rabbits and chickens. When we travel, it was challenging to find a pet sitter who would take care of them. We have been so happy with the service provided by Phelps Family Pet Sitters. We moved to OKC from Tulsa, and it has been difficult to find a dog walker/sitter who can come during work time hours. We eventually found them and have so far really loved the care they provide our dog. We have an elderly dog who needs medication in the morning, is a picky eater, and needs left out about every 4 hours, so they are really good about providing that for us. We appreciate all they do!

I came across Purrfect Pet Pal looking for home based pet sitting for my cat while we were away and I’m so happy that I did. From the beginning, Helen was so kind, professional, and responsive. Every visit she sent me updates, including pictures and videos. She not only made sure his basic needs were met (water, food, litter box), but she spent time playing with and brushing him. My cat was well loved on and cared for! I would definitely recommend her business to anyone with animals, for any of her services that she offers. Her business is amazing and we will for sure be using it in the future!

Our sweet Cane Corso was SO loved on while we were gone a couple times this last month! We got updates two to three times a day and tons of pictures of our sweet girl! I can't recommend Helen and Brian enough!! I wouldn't trust our big girl with anyone else!

I can't say enough great things about Helen and Purrfect Pet Pal! Having no human children, our furballs are our babies and we were extrememy anxious about leaving them for 3 days. After receiving several texts from Helen during her first visit, our anxiety vanished! Her excellent communication and photos let us know our "kids" were in good hands! Our 4 dogs are our babies and we have never boarded them before. We were extremely nervous at the idea and have put off traveling without the dogs for years. All of our dogs are rescues and 2 of them are very sensitive. We knew that there was NO WAY that they would be comfortable in a traditional kennel environment. And we couldn't stand the thought of leaving them in a concrete kennel with very little time outside or with too little human interaction. Our dogs are very human oriented and are extremely spoiled in every way. Once we met Helen and Brian, we quickly realized that they possessed a rare combination of genuine love for animals, professionalism, and reliability that sets them apart from the rest. We knew that PPP was going to be the best place to board them, BUT they far exceeded our expectations - which were already very high! We were sent dozens of pictures of our besties having a good time, multiple times per day! Helen and Brian spent the mornings and evenings cuddling with our pack and giving them tons of one on one time. They were also treated to special kibble toppers to keep meal time interesting. They treated them just like their own family, which made a huge difference in us being able to enjoy our family vacation with zero worry. Our dogs have a few quirks that require a very experienced dog handler, and of course, they were more than equipped to handle this as well. They really take the time to understand each pet's unique personality, preferences, and needs, ensuring that they feel safe, comfortable, and cozy in their care. Not only that, but being in a home environment vs a traditional boarding kennel made them feel almost like they were at home. We can't recommend Purrfect Pet Pal enough. A million stars!

Oliver's walks with Brian and Helen are the highlights of his week. We both look forward to them. Now we've added doggy daycare once a week and he's in heaven. He gets so excited to go and "play with the doggies".

We went on a week vacation to Cancun and it was a little nerve racking for me because I hate leaving my dogs! But I really appreciate so many things about the service this company offers. We received a variety of pictures throughout the day .. from playtime, watering plants, feeding dogs and naps. I had a rooster I figured could die any day and she randomly sent me a photo to reassure me. It just meant so much that she remembered that and it meant enough to her to send that. We even appreciated the lil notes around the house when we got home, thanking us for things or notifying us of information. We aren't smokers either. There's was no trace of anything.. smell ashes or butts. She was in charge of a lot in that week and when we received the numerous communications it just made the trip so much more enjoyable. When we got home it was nice to see everything thriving. Plants, birds, chickens and dogs. Highly recommend them! Thank you Puurfect Pet Pal for helping us have a relaxing 10 year anniversary trip!

I recently had the pleasure of using Tropical Tails in Oklahoma City for my two dogs, Beau and Lance, while I went on a Disney cruise. From the moment I contacted them to schedule a tour, I was impressed with their professionalism and genuine love for dogs. The facility is top-notch, featuring spacious indoor and outdoor play areas that kept my dogs active and engaged. The staff is incredibly attentive and well-trained, providing individualized attention to each pet. It’s hard to find a place that you can completely trust with your furry family members, but Tropical Tails exceeded all my expectations. My dogs came back happy, healthy, and well-exercised. I highly recommend Tropical Tails for anyone looking for a reliable, fun, and caring environment for their pets. I am so thankful for you guys!!

The owners Ryan and Gwen helped us during our stay in Oklahoma. Their place is clean and they are totally friendly. I recommend Tropical Tails to anyone passing thru this area.

Penelope and Apollo had a great time getting a bath and some play time. There’s a great selection of snacks and toys for the dogs. The lounge area for owners is super nice and cozy too. We’ll be returning soon!

This place is incredible! The free range concept is so cool and works perfectly for my dog! Being the obsessed dog mom that I am, I worry when I am away from my baby. The owners understood and sent/send constant updates and photos which immediately put my mind at ease from the very first visit! They are great and love your pups like their own! 12/10 recommend!!! Tropical Tails is the best in Oklahoma!

So pleased! Made a last minute daycare reservation and they were accommodating and super pleasant. Even sent us photos of our dog playing. He is a 14-year-old large dog, and really enjoyed himself!

My two westies absolutely love this place. They have been for overnight boarding, which includes day care, a bunch of times now. The staff is great with dogs and hoomans. The owner is incredibly sweet and accommodating. The place feels secure and safe for my boys. Their rooms for boarding are kept clean. They take my boys out for outdoor and indoor play throughout the day, so they aren’t kept in the room the whole time. They send pictures of the boys to us throughout their stay which we love because they get the best pictures! And best yet, the cost doesn’t break the bank!

The Dog House OKC takes great care of Cooper! I went to other local dog groomers and they would take up to 4-6 hours to groom him; Dog House has never taken more than 2 hours for a full bath and groom. He comes home smelling amazing, looking handsome and happy! I cannot recommend them enough!

Totally recommend this place. I picked up a foster to take him to an adoption event. She seemed so happy to be there and was ready to go back. Staff is so nice and knowledgeable about the animals I saw multiple Video screens up where you could see the animals. They do get to go outside they're not crated all the time Sadly Hank did not get adopted at the event but seemed happy to return to the dog house.

Amazing Groomer! Let me just say I found THE most amazing groomer here!! Cheryl is a kind, genuinely talented lady. Her "consent" style of grooming is perfect for my dogs who are SO tuned in to human emotions! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE her!!!!!

I bring my dog a few times a week! I love the staff and fell so comfortable leaving her with them!!! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable! I have never had any problems. This is an awesome place for my dog, and she LOVES attending any playing with all her friends!! Thank you to The Dog House and staff!!!

If I were able, this place would receive 0 stars! The owner should not be running a business that is trusted with the care of dogs. She is borderline abusive to employees, openly screaming at them and speaking negatively about them in front of customers. No wonder turnover is so high and there's practically a new face every few weeks. Employees are also not trained properly to be entrusted with the care of dogs. Out of the two establishments, one has already been shut down. I'm sure this one will follow with how Sherry is running it. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!

We enjoy taking our dog here! We do both boarding and daycare and the dog LOVES it! We get pics daily while he's there and very responsive to calls/texts. So far we've never had an issue with this place and will continue to come!

I dropped off my baby Infinity the morning of 2/2/2024 when I returned that evening she was carried out to me because she was gasping for air and foaming at the mouth. The staff member said “he didn’t know what was wrong “ then was told we should have called when she was throwing up & had diarrhea. There for I didn’t get contacted of any issues. I felt in a panic hoping I could cool her off or calm her down but she passed away in my arms on the way to the vet. This has been a traumatic experience for me!!!!!!! The staff is unknowable of how to care for my breed of dog & the owner lacks empathy and compassion. I would give a negative rating if I could.

Our dogs love this place, and so do we. The staff is amazing and the dogs adore them. They literally didn't think twice when I left them for a week.

I am definitely giving this place, Amber, & her family a 5 star rating⭐️ My Corgi is just like my child, & I take day care, & boarding seriously. Amber was so welcoming, accommodating, quick to respond in detail, & listened to my needs /concerns. We did a meet & greet before Ms. Fiona went to daycare. I had a state exam to take, & I felt at ease knowing Fiona was provided for, & taken care of. Amber has activities outside, inside, & offers a family environment for all. She is reasonably priced, & I will go back for daycare feeling & knowing my pet is safe. I highly recommend taking you’re fur baby here❤️🐶🐾

OMG…we had an awesome experience. Our Cookie stayed with them 11 days due to my birthday trips. She was originally boarding for 7 days until I was surprised with another trip so she stayed an additional 4. Amber and her family took great care of our Bernedoodle. We received several pics and updates throughout her stay. I highly recommend you give them a try #you will not be disappointed

I am absolutely thrilled to recommend Amber to anyone in need of an exceptional dog sitter. I recently rescued a dog, Violet, who was found as a stray and then spent several months in the shelter. I was nervous to leave Violet since she needed extra attention and medication, but from the moment I met Amber, it was clear that she genuinely cares about the well-being of the dogs she looks after. She’s also amazing at sending updates which helped put me at ease, especially during those first few stays. I now book Violet’s stays exclusively with Amber, and honestly don’t know what I’d do if she wasn’t available! Violet comes back happy and is always excited to see Amber and her family at drop-offs. I cannot thank Amber and her family enough for the care they provide.

We are so thankful for Amber and her family for always taking good care of our dog, Beans! Beans has stayed with her a number of times, both daycare and overnight boarding. Amber is trustworthy, timely, accommodating when needed, quick in responding, and very kind. Beans is readily excited greeting Amber every time we drop him off. We know he will be safe and have a fun time with activities and sometimes with other pups. We also love the pictures/clips sent to us too! It is obvious Amber loves what she does and we definitely recommend the staycation for your fur babies.

We were hesitant with dog sitters because we went through so many terrible ones but Amber and Frank really stepped up. Our main concern was that our dog needs special attention but Amber and Frank listened and did what we asked. They also constantly keep updating us everyday with quick responses, this really gave us peace of mind while we traveled. We appreciate their excellent services and we highly recommend them for your dog sitting needs. Definitely will use again for future dog sitting!

Had a great experience! Highly recommend for anyone who wants care that is more intentional and home feeling. Communication was amazing, and we really appreciated the photos every now and then of him while we were away. Our French bulldog came back, looking great, and definitely tired from probably all the fun they had lol

Frank and his family were amazing with my pups they send me updates everyday my girls are usually skittish with new people but they warmed up to them fast I'm definitely gonna be using them everytime I need to board my puppies

I have an English bulldog and he stayed with them for 8 nights. They took excellent care of my boy and sent pictures daily! Definitely recommend and will use them again!

Amber and her family are wonderful. They took care of our dogs, which are 14 and 15. A five star Google review is exactly who they are. I would highly recommend them. Their rates are very competitive

We have used Cindy for many years on our Golden doodle but this past year, she has cancelled on us 3 times and our dog has yet to be groomed. We will not be using her anymore or recommending her to anyone. I can’t express how unprofessional it is to wait till the day of to cancel on us saying she has back problems, to cancel on us when we drive 30 mins and are at her door with our dog (saying she’s had the flu for 6 weeks). She also takes 10 hours minimum to groom our medium sized golden doodle. We are so disappointed in her and feel so upset to be treated with no regard. Please don’t waste your time with her. It will only end in disappointment.

Amazing place to have your dog's groomed. Cindy is very kind and the dogs love her. Prices are very reasonable. I recommend scheduling an appointment at least a week or so ahead because it can get very busy. Cindy also gives your dog's a nice little treat bag, which is a nice gesture.

Cindy is a GODSEND! She is so knowledgeable and kind, and wonderful with a pair of scissors. Just talking to her about my pet's care and health shows how deeply she cares for my puppy, and all animals in general. I had not take my dog to a groomer yet since I had adopted her, so this being our first experience I think we both were a little nervous. Cindy was so patient, and took the time to ask what I wanted for my pet to get out of her grooming. She explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions with no judgement. With 25+ years of experience with animals, she was very loving and willing to make the grooming experience specific to my pet's needs. I will not take our dog anywhere else as long as we live in OKC. We LOVE Cindy, and so does our pet! ☺

This is a difficult review to write because she really was a sweet lady. I had an appt at 2pm, and she said they would be done by 6... When I got there, one of my dogs was cropped practically down to skin after I asked for a teddy bear cut, and sitting in his own urine in a kennel. And she was doing a bouffant on my toy poodle, after I specifically asked for a puppy cut but keeping and shaping the top knot. She called me and said that it was going to take a little longer than 6... I decided to drive over there at 7:45 and sat in her driveway until 9 o' clock after which I told her that we had dinner plans and I needed to take them... On the plus side, she is very cheap... But there's a reason for that. I have no doubt that she would do a great job with other styles that she is more familiar with because there were several poodles and a shi-tzu there that looked well groomed... But, I can't, in good conscience recommend this groomer... This incident made me buy a set of professional clippers and blades, I'm just gonna have to do it myself...

My dog hates the groomers, but after seeing how wonderful she was with my two I will now bring them more frequently. You can tell she loves animals and understands the importance of your animals comfort when in a foreign area. She sprays the lawn for fleas, she loves on your pets for you, makes them smell o so good, and sends them home with a cute bandana and treats. She was so sweet. Best grooming experience ever.

Ms Cindy wonderful! My pets wag their tails when we pull up to her business , that says a lot!!!! She is very sweet, kind and honest. She always tries to fit my Allie and Bentley in, even if I call in short notice. She is sometimes slow, but heck, with my pups.. slow is good! My Allie is such a handful, and when she is finished with her, she is the cutest little thing ever. I love that I am supporting a local small business, and not a large corporation and Ms Cindy has amazing affordable prices as well. I highly recommend her.

I absolutely adore Cindy and she is wonderful to my 5 year old kind of snippy Maltipoo! She's very efficient and my puppy always comes home looking adorable and sharp. Reasonably priced and she is absolutely great at what she does!

my dogs eye was swollen shut for two days and he couldn’t sit correctly from how many times she had cut him. he is never a troubled dog when he gets his haircut. he got ear mites and fleas after i had brought him there. i’m not one to complain but i called them about it and she had nothing to say. BE MORE SANITARY! now i have to spend so much money to get him fixed up

Job was done on 6-12-21 Cindy was called about a our dog and asked if she could groom a labradoodle as nd she said yes. She was given specific instructions to trim the body at s as bout 1 inch. Or s little more. To leave the face longer and trim his body and pottie trail. She even repeated the instructions back. But we did not get the job we asked for. When my mother picked him up his hair on his body was so short on his body that he had red razor marks from the electric razor. Nothing on his body was trimmed the same length. The hair at its longes was at 1/4 of an inch or less not the 1 inch we asked of. His body hair was so hacked up that it looked like a 2 year old did it.

They do such a great job on my long haired dog! He’s an anxious guy but they’re always so sweet and gentle. One plus is definitely the affordable price as well. Highly recommended!

I took my 3-year-old Papillion, Roxy, in for her first haircut. I was fearful because normally you don’t cut a Papillon’s hair but she has been so hot this year that I felt it was necessary. Jernie was fantastic with her and she looks absolutely adorable. Roxy obviously feels so much better too. Thank you Jernie for making Roxy‘s first grooming so wonderful! The first photo is before. She won’t hold still long enough for me to get a very good after but you can see Jernie did an amazing job.

I took my Yorkie Poo here and he looks absolutely amazing!! Everyone in there is very friendly and answers any questions you have and they got him right in! I will only be going and recommending here from now on!

Honestly I love this place and yes I will be going back. She did amazing with my baby girl! Chiquita took off for almost a month and came back (Thanks God!) and was very much in a mess and passion 4 paws definitely did a good job! Washed her up, trim her nails, and cut her hair. Now we can grow her hair back and just keep up with it.! Thank you for taking care of my baby! We will been soon for another spa day for Chiquita.

Best place to groom your dog. People with a lot of experience. My dog is a small breed but has a lot of issues when grooming. He turns very aggressive, I have taken him to a bunch of places, and no one was able to groom him until I found this place. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended, my baby Denji deals with anxiety and Nicole made sure he was okay throughout the whole process, giving us a little peace of Mind, besides leaving my baby super handsome she gave us some tips for his food, and how to take care of his fur. We will definitely be back ❤️❤️❤️

Both my yorkies were there for boarding!! They did so wonderful with them. They even washed and clipped there nails before I picked them up.

I LOVE Yukon Animal House. I have used them a few times. We have entrusted our three Westies to June. She is the absolute very BEST! I will never use anyone else. She spoils our fur babies as if they were her own. She has wonderful accommodations indoors and outdoors for them. They enjoy staying with her. I highly recommend this boarding facility.

I had a lot of anxiety about boarding our puppy Gwen for the first time. Yukon Animal House eased my anxiety and gave me comfort knowing my pup was being taken care of. She kept in communication on how she was doing and sent photos throughout our trip. Rates are very reasonable - especially for how much attention your pup receives. We will only be taking Gwen here whenever we need a boarding service.

I had dreaded looking for boarding for my older dog, then I found June.... She loves the dogs, she provides an “at home” experience for them. I ended up purchasing a puppy recently, there is no one else I feel safe leaving my pup with. Our fur babies become her fur babies. Thank you June for all you do to make our babies feel at home.

June & her husband are awesome caregivers who are very accommodating and gives great updates to their customers. You can be at ease dropping off your small - medium dog here as they will be loved and in good company. I've been using Yukon Animal House for a couple years now and can't imagine bringing my Dory anywhere else. Thank you June for this fantastic place!

Very impressed with this beautiful facility for doggy daycare and boarding! A lot of amenities for your dog. The owner truly loves and cares for dogs and I felt 100% confident leaving my dog there. It is more of a dog “resort” rather than a kennel.

When I previewed and met the owner, June she made me and my little Kiki feel right at home. June was absolutely amazing with Kiki. Loved how she provided pictures and videos. Blessed my heart. Kiki enjoyed himself and made new friends. I highly recommend the Yukon Animal House.

Left our Bonnie-Blue for 8 days. I was concerned, but, they were so wonderful. June is great. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a tiny dog who needs a place to be.

We love Yukon Animal House! Our dog has a lot of separation anxiety, and she usually has a hard time when we are away. We have tried several other boarding facilities around OKC, but none compare to this place. June keeps us updated throughout her stays, and she posts a ton of pictures/videos online so that we check in on our girl. She always comes back home healthy and happy when she stays here. So thankful that we found this amazing place!!

This is the 1st time boarding my pup ever. We used Yukon Animal House and felt so comfortable with June. I could tell she loves dogs as much as I do. My pup stayed for 3 nights and did very well. He played all day and I received a lot of photos and updates as I was worried about boarding him. I am definitely using her again.

We have been taking our two pups to Happy Hounds since they opened. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the service and care Tessa and Sadie receive every time they stay there. Sometimes I think they like Happy Hounds more than home!

Where do I start?! I can’t say enough good things about Sadie (my little girl) and I’s experience with Happy Hounds thus far. Happy Hounds is AMAZING! The owner and staff are just awesome and absolutely love all dogs! The care is unreal and they constantly keep you updated on your pup with sending pictures and videos throughout the day- whether it’s just daycare or boarding. Sadie is obsessed and gets extremely excited when she walks in Happy Hounds’ front door. I have told my family, extended family, and friends about our experience and I will continue to spread the word. If you haven’t tried Happy Hounds you are definitely missing out!

omg I don’t even know where to start with how much we love Happy Hounds! We recently started taking our dogs to happy hounds a few months ago! The employees are so sweet and I can tell they just really care. I love how they send cute pictures/updates throughout the day. Fynn & Mylo are always so exhausted when they come home!! The facility is also very nice & spacious! I love knowing that there is enough room for them to run around & get their energy out. Happy hounds has by far been my favorite daycare for our dogs 🫶🏼

There are not enough words to say how amazing the staff is at a Happy Hounds! My little older dog loves every minute of day care and is excited to go every time! Rebecca has created a safe and playful environment for our pups! Thank you so much.

Happy Hounds is amazing! They are always so kind and professional. I love that they give updates each day of our dogs through a picture. It gives me peace of mind knowing our fur babies are well taken care of anytime we drop them off! Highly highly recommend!

Our mini Aussiedoodle, Harvey, is always so excited when I say “wanna go to daycare” - the staff is incredibly nice & I love that they send photos to me throughout the day of our guy. Their location is great for those in the NW OKC area, and are very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Presley loves going to Happy Hounds, he’s desperate to get through the door every week to play with his friends! We love that we get daily photos to show us how much fun he is having. The luxury boarding suites are perfect and something that most places around here do not offer, as well as the drive thru pick up and drop off option. All of the staff are super friendly and just as excited to see Presley as he is to see them! Couldn’t recommend Happy Hounds more!

Happy hounds is the absolute best!! Our pup Murphy has been boarded at happy hounds 6 different times and gone to daycare many times as well. As soon as we pull up she gets so excited and is ready to jump out the door. It is so great knowing that our pup is well taken care of anytime we are out of town. We love it here!

Happy Hounds is fantastic! Frederick loves going for daycare. The staff is super friendly, flexible and are true animal lovers.

Happy hounds has been amazing for my pup! He has pretty high anxiety around people and they have been so good with him. I love that I get a picture every morning and every afternoon and I have one VERY tired puppy in the evening. HIGHLY recommend :)

Our dogs always come home happy and tired and we can go away knowing they are well cared for. We also appreciate the update messages and pics throughout our dogs' stay. So glad we found Petscapes Retreat!

My friend recommended them to me for when I went out of town and at first I thought I could bring her with me but I couldn't, so I left her with them and she loved it. I loved the prices of course its way better than kenneling her in some random place where she would be terrified. They took such good care of her when I was gone I got cute photos and daily updates on her. And overall I was more than satisfied. I definitely will be using them again.

Amy and Joyce took excellent care of my dogs. I liked how they were flexible with drop off and pick up times. I appreciate how the prices are reasonable and it's so much better than leaving your dogs somewhere where they are stuck in a kennel all day. They spent quality time with them and made sure they were well taken care of even if it was a few hours they went above and beyond my expectations . I will definitely use them again and suggest you do too.

Amy was wonderful (and her associates) taking care of our little yorkie for 10 days in September. She gave her meds to her, fed her the dog food that we brought, made her feel comfortable by showing her the water bowl and understood her personality. Amy separated her from the big dogs when they overwhelmed her too. We also took her over to Amy’s place before our trip to meet her and have Eva become acquainted with Amy and her house and big backyard. Our yorkie was so at home there, that after she greeted us, when we came to pick her up, she went back to Amy to say goodbye to her which is rare for her to do. We will definitely leave our yorkie with Amy when needed when we go out of town again.

I would also rate Petscapes Retreat 10 stars. Casey and Neo, my "puppies", pull me to the front door on the days they get to go! The loving attention provided by all the wonderful humans, and the playtime/socialization they get from their canine friends, is truly more than I expected. :)

Petscapes Retreat is A-ok!!!!! My wee puggles, Stinky, which is short for Stinky Bubbles, and Whiskers, which is short for Whiskey Breath due to his fondness for liquor, absolutely love it there. They insist on wearing their fancy clothes, and are always so excited when they get there, you would think it's a trip to Doggie Disneyland. Then, with their silly, little nubtails wiggling and wagging when I pick them up, it's as if they just spent the whole day riding doggie roller coasters. It's like they just got a full bag of Beggin' Strips with a side of kitty gravy!!! Then home we go, where they sleep like happy snoring little babies, especially Whiskers, he's noisy due to his plugged nose. My only complaint would be that once, when I picked them up, the top button of Stinky's sweater was undone, and I fear he possibly caught a chill.

Absolutely the best pet sitters in Oklahoma City. They pay a lot of attention to my dogs Scuby and Sparkle. I highly recommend them.

Amy and Joyce are so good to my dog. He loves it there. I highly recommend Petscapes Retreat.

Took great care of our boys while we were on vacation. Will bring them back again.
