Charlie and Teddy are really lovely! They are all day pampering each other and doing activities together. We enjoyed spending time with them and running in the park all togheter. They liked being very near us and sleeping in the same room. The park is near the house. Four blocks more o less and it’s a big and nice space. The house is very very comfortable and it’s 2 blocks of the bus stop. So it’s easy to go to the city center and It has a supermarket near too. Gill and Steve are great ! They went to Pick up us to the bus station and explained everything about the house and neighborhood. They gave us an excellent wine to drink too! Excellent communication. And they are both happy and with good vibes ☺️🙌
We had the pleasure of taking care of Rocky for a week. A 60 pound bundle of energy and joy, he was extremely smart and loving, always looking for a sock to retrieve or a human to play with. Not fully aware of his size and strength, he claimed our laps whenever he could and tested our muscles daily on his walks. He got along well with every pup in the building and thrived on attention from strangers. The apartment itself is conveniently located next to a skytrain station with everything you might need right at your doorstep. The trains are right outside the unit, so it can be noisy for a light sleeper. We finalized the sit rather last minute with Chatrine but got to meet in person the night before her departure. Our interaction was brief, but pleasant with some quick exchanges of messages during the sit. It sometimes took a day or two to receive a response, but we understand life can get a bit crazy, especially around travel. It was sad leaving Rocky at the end of the week. We normally don’t get so attached on short sits, but there was something quite special about him. Thank you for the opportunity. We would take Rocky home in a heartbeat if it was an option!
Pet sitting for Wajiha was a great experience from start to finish. Despite being away on vacation, Wajiha remained really responsive, ensuring we had all the necessary information to care for Pixel and her home. It was evident that Wajiha adored Pixel, as her main request was for plenty of photos, which we were more than happy to do because Pixel was an absolute sweetheart! From the moment we stepped into Wajiha's home, Pixel greeted us with enthusiastic meows and affection. One of her cutest habits was rolling over for belly rubs and cuddles! It was so cute to see that she still had her playful kitten energy, making our time with her even more enjoyable. One thing worth mentioning is that Wajiha was upfront about the sleeping arrangement, which was a sofa. However, she was fine with us bringing an air mattress since there were two of us. Also, while the place was warm, a touch of additional tidying up could have enhanced the overall coziness of the space. A bit of airing out of the dishwasher, a quick sweep, and mop would have lent an extra layer of freshness, making the environment even more inviting. But overall, despite any minor details, the responsive communication and the enjoyable company of Pixel made it a wonderful sitting experience! We’ll miss Pixel’s spunky energy!

Wesley, owner of Tails on Trails, has been wonderful ever since we hired him to walk our dog Poppy. We started asking him to walk Poppy while we were spending time with our newborn baby. He came by twice a day and would often send pictures of her enjoying his company. We still have Wesley walking her a few times a week. Every time he comes Poppy gets extremely excited and that joy stays long after they return from their walks. We are very happy with Wesley and will continue to do business with him.

My dog had a stroke while boarded here and i was not informed at all. When she was picked up my husband was told “she’s walking a little slow” it was beyond that my dog had completely lost function on her right side of her body and we were not made aware. Dan is a very kind man and that’s why I’m having such a hard time understanding this extreme act of negligence in not informing us and allowing her to sit in a kennel in that condition. Also we paid for a bath for both dogs if you pet either of them your hand would be brown afterwards. Never again extremely disappointed doesn’t BEGIN to describe my feelings
I have dropped my dog off there every week day for the past 1.5 years and he always comes back happy. He’s excited to go in and happy when he comes out. If it wasn’t for Dan my dog may not be alive today. Dan had noticed a lump on my dog’s throat and notified me the day of. It turned out it was cancer and I was able to get my dog into surgery just in the nick of time. Now my dog is going on 6+ months cancer free thanks to Dan. We are forever indebted to him and his wonderful staff.
I was super nervous about leaving my dog Lucian boarded for 2 weeks because he has bad anxiety and had a horrible experience when we boarded him a couple years ago at a different facility where he wouldn't eat and they just let the dogs run all day. He had lost 10lbs maybe more and was super mad at us.... When I called pet lodge to get him in I talked to the owner Dan, he was extremely nice he went over prices and vaccine requirements. The day I brought my dog in I was super emotional, Dan came out and made friendly contact with my dog pet him on the head scratched his ears!!! I left there with no anxiety I was happy to hear that he had his own little room where he could eat in peace and not run all day long when we got home he was so happy happy to see us he looked great not to thin which I get your family leaving you is hard on a doggo but he had a quick turn around time (like a day) and he wasn't mad at us this time!!! I will be using pet lodge in the future if I ever have to board Lucian again!! Thank you so much for taking such great care of my furr baby!!!+
Pet Lodge USA of Beachwood is the best. I have been bringing my dog here just about every day for daycare for over a year. What is unique about Pet Lodge is that each dog has their own room rather than being in a large open area with all the other dogs for daycare. This was an attractive option for us as our dog is on the smaller side, so we know she is safe while away from home. Each room also has a TV to keep your pet calm and entertained. Pets get one-on-one attention and bathroom breaks, and there is even an indoor track for exercise. Booking a reservation is also very easy. You can schedule reservations and services while you are there in person, or you can call on the phone. Prices are affordable and the location is convenient. We have also boarded our dog here for overnight stays while we go out of town, and she always comes home happy and healthy. I have seen several returning customers and familiar faces while bringing my dog here, so I know that many other customers are satisfied with the Pet Lodge as well. Furthermore, the owner Dan is amazing and truly loves what he does. He is always friendly and excited to see every pet that comes into the Pet Lodge. Dan has done a wonderful job designing the Pet Lodge's accommodations, as well as the lobby. Dan decorates the lobby for different seasons and holidays, and it is always fun to see what decorations he comes up with. You can tell that Dan really cares about the business he has built and his customers very much.
Dan, owner of Pet Lodge USA, took excellent care of our 16-month-old doggy on two recent occasions (for a week each time). I found Pet Lodge USA to be professional and responsible. Pet Lodge USA is a great resource for dog owners in Beachwood and surrounding areas. Our wonderful dog went willingly with Dan at drop-off, and seemed quite happy when I picked him up, and willing but not over-eager to leave.
We've had many visits to Pet Lodge (or Doggie Sleep Away Camp as we sometime call it). Dan and the team are great and our dogs are always excited to head back to their "rooms", the track, or the latest episode of whatever is showing. We cannot say enough good things about Pet Lodge! Our girls always love coming here. We can always be assured of the great care they receive. We recently moved to Florida and on our recent trip back to Ohio, we brought the girls with us so that they could stay once again at Pet Lodge. Been boarding my dogs there the last 4 years and have never had a problem. Be sure to make reservations way in advance due to the fact they fill up quick in the summer and around the holidays. Dan was professional, efficient, and caring. We have used other boarders in the past with both good and bad experiences. As usual, we were apprehensive boarding here for the first time, especially during this pandemic. When we picked up our dog he was happy to see us, but appeared happy in general. He looked and acted energetic and well in the days to follow. He did not go into his usual post boarding mood. 😩Thanks Dan for keeping your word to keep our dog safe and cared for! We will be using your facility again and recommend to others. 😊
We take our cat here whenever we go out of town. It’s easy. We pay for play time. Sometimes we book a bath and nail trim. They have updated their food policy. They used to provide free food or you could provide your own. Now there is a small fee for food. I pack my individual servings of dry food. Last time I forgot to book the larger space for my cat. They had availability and moved him to the larger suite without any issues. They have a report card / stay experience with daily activities they give parents at the end of each stay. I wish they sent daily updates / photos.
Thank you to all the staff at Pet Palace. if i could give them higher stars i would. The booking of the reservation, to the dog bath, playtime, etc i can tell Oliver had a great time. We are from out of state and they took him in with no questions. i love that they are so personal to letting you bring anything that reminds them of home to getting a report card (it looks like he passed :) i am not going to lie, being from out of state and not knowing anyone we were concerned dog owners, but if we ever decide to come back, we know that Oliver would be in good hands with any of the staff. Not the best experience here. After my dog was injured, they refused to board or groom her, which is fine. What was not fine was that the manager called and told me that she “assumed I would be putting the dog down soon” and said my dog was properly old and would die soon. They have her records so they know she it only 7 and I never mentioned nor had any intention of putting her down. For the record, she is now 90% recovered and doing fine. I was shocked they suggested or assumed I would put my dog down. So offensive and cruel
Horrible they are the worst. They cancel some of our appointments and then try to ask for a deposit saying we have canceled multiple times. First of all if you canceled within a decent time frame such a week or a few days before, that shouldn't be a problem. But remember, they also messed up my time and had to rescheduled us. That shouldn't be our fault because they messed up the times. They are rude and the management love to dodge speaking with you. Not a good experience
The team at Pet Palace was friendly and took great care of my dog! Simon came home happy and tired from having so much fun. Next time I’ll definitely book him a room with a webcam so I can check in on him once in a while. I’ll definitely book with them again.
Pet Palace, where I've taken my dogs many times per year for many years now canceled my one night stay this morning at the time of check in, for an apparent expired Rabies Vaxx. I take responsibility for the vaxx being expired and rules are rules, I appreciate that. I do not understand how the entity who is seeking to verify this info as part of the stay had not discovered this before the moment I'm trying to check in. Between online appointment request and emailed confirmation from them, how did they not see the expiration or the initial missing vet record all together. Once I grabbed the record which is always attached to my PP account the just recently expired vaxx was noticed. And I'm just out of luck sent away, dogs in tow, whole plans scrapped. Super unprofessional. I'll never use their services again.

The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable they have lots of sweet animals we went to go get a kitten her name is Cleopatra ! My favorite part is they still welcome walk-ins you just ring the door bell and they put your name on a waiting list. I love this shelter it doesn't feel like the animals are in jail but like a mini hotel I would recommend to anyone looking for a new companion during these trying times 🙂

My family recently boarded our dog there during our family vacation. Our dog is very old and fell ill while she was there. They took great care of her while we were gone. Fortunately our vet is close by so they were able to take her twice during our trip. They gave her the medicine prescribed by the vet. We felt like our dog was in caring hands while we were gone which gave us peace of mind.
I love Camp Bow Wow Bedford Heights. Calvin, our very energetic GSP puppy attends daycare several times a week. He is always excited when we arrive and practically pulls me into the building. We also use boarding services which is great too as it comes with daycare. The employees are all amazing with Calvin and are so friendly. Ten out of ten recommend!
My husband and I started using this camp branch when we moved to the are, and our Langston loves it here all we have to say friends and he knows it’s playtime he’s even made their dog spotlight for the month we leave him in great care the staff loves him and he loves them
The camp counselors at CBW are always so friendly and patient. They love my Maxx and are very personable and caring towards him all of the time. This camp bow wow is amazing and a go to when I am home with my energetic boxer puppy!! The staff is attentive and knows the personalities of their campers!! I had an medical emergency last time I was home and they were gracious enough to make space for my puppy over the holiday weekend! If you want to know that your four legged child is in good hands, send them to camp bow wow in Bedford!!
Our dog Elvis needed to stay at Camp Bow Bow over the weekend and I can't say enough good things about the staff there!! As it was his first time, they reassured me he would be fine and gave him extra cuddles and attention!! Thank you again!!!
I have referred two people whose pet still attend Camp Bow Wow. I love the staff at this facility. They know each dog by name and his/her personality. The help remind me when shots are due or if my pet is having an issue like scratching ears to much. Most of the time when you enter the facility it does not smell like animals. They keep it nice and clean.
After two years without a trip, we finally went on a trip last week. Our dog remembered Camp Bow Wow! He was so excited to go. And the caregivers remembered him too! He gets the right amount of play time in the play areas and quiet time in the cabin. We also like that we can check on him with the cameras. The app is very easy to use. We also like to get an exit bath, so that he is nice and clean when we pick him up! Highly recommend
My dogs absolutely love camp bow wow! In the past my husky mix has been anxious at other boarding facilities, he has a great time at camp bow wow and I never worry about him when we are away.
We've only been here twice for day camp, but so far my dog loves going here. He's rather large, and one time, he stood balanced on his hind legs to look over the gate in his eagerness. He only does that with things he really likes. I wish the play areas were a little bit larger, but my dog doesn't seem to mind, so I guess my opinion doesn't matter!
My dog's have always loved Camp BowWow and my rescue dogs come back to me a bit more socialized and happy with every visit. They never fight going back which makes me happy to see how eager they are to go play. I recommend them every chance I get. Many of my friends already take their dogs here for the same reasons. The staff is so loving and caring and treat the dogs well. I love checking up on my girl when I'm away via the Camper Cams. If I see something I want changed (once) I contact them and it seemed within minutes my dog was in the other section where she could go outside.
Rachel took very great care of both my cats, she came over and did a meet and greet in person beforehand which I really appreciated. I was worried about my boy cat because he is not the most social but I believe Rachel’s calm demeanor broke him out of his shell. Will definitely use her services again in the future.

Rachel is wonderful! I was so nervous about leaving my cat who is very shy and has never been alone since my other cat passed away. Rachel took great care of her, checked in Daily with notes and photos and put my mind at ease. When I returned home the litter boxes, water bowls and food dishes were spotless and Rachel even brought in my mail. She is a lifesaver. ❤️
Rachel is great with my two senior cats (and a crested gecko). She handles both cats' medications, including an inhaler for asthma. I have her visit 2× each day when I'm away, and she sends updates with pictures or a video for every visit. My elder cat really only cares about getting his meals, but the younger eagerly jumps in her lap whenever she sits down and is so happy to have someone for pets and playtime. She also caught that he might have acid reflux, and after discussing medication with my vet, he no longer gets an upset tummy when he eats on an empty stomach.
Rachel has taken care of our two cats during our two most recent vacations. She does a great job, communicates daily with notes and photos and videos, assuring us that “our boys” are doing just fine. We’re glad to have found her service and recommend her highly!

We've known Kendra for years and were psyched when she took up a grooming space at Stay (another great place for pups!). Kendra groomed our late Aussie Max and our current little rescue Oscar for awhile. Now she and Amy have taken on our puppy mill breeder rescue mini Aussie, Fozzie Bear. They are so patient, gentle and sweet with him and understand his shyness and nervousness in the big wide open world. Our experience is nothing but stellar with this team. I can’t say enough positive things about Kendra, Amy, and the Stay Spa staff! They take such great care of my little shih tzu mix every six weeks for her grooming. My girl always leaves the happiest with a bow in her hair and a bandana around her neck. Plus, she smells and looks amazing! Do not hesitate on adding color to your pup’s grooming package! Kendra is an artist and will take all my crazy ideas and run with them to artify my dog into a masterpiece, especially around Halloween or any major holiday. The Stay Spa is the best groomer in Cleveland. Highly recommend!!!
Me and my dog maverick absolutely LOVE stay. The people working are genuine and have always done their job. I get little report card and they show.when they walk him or if he's playing I'll get little videos, just like if he were my kid. There are options for comfort in your dog's stay. Basic crates, cute little living room set ups. I have never had an incident. We will always be back. Oh so we can drop in or we can schedule time to come in. Super flexible. And when my dog stay overnight he never has seemed nervous to return
My heart beams for Stay dogcare. Sam, Amy, and the entire team are wonderfully geared towards individualized care and attention to the dogs. They treat them as their own. Stay is trustworthy with food and medication protocol and attuned to behavior/ moods of the animals to give them whatever they need within a reasonable framework. They are also flexible with dropoff and pickup times (24 hours!!) and you can text them for updates/changes at any time. You can bring creature comforts that make the dogs happy and Stay will accommodate. They do exit baths upon request which is a cherry on top. Their daycare updates and photos are adorable and just like obsessive fur baby parents, we will sit at a hotel on vacation and look on our phones waiting for report card updates from the day. Also you can access those photos anytime on their app which is an impressive amount of cloud storage for a local small business! I wish every service team had a sliver of the compassion and customer service acumen that Stay has. I have lived all around the country and never experienced a better animal care service.

Stay has been great! Both of my Siberian Huskies have made friends matching their energy levels respectively. The staff are all very much dog people and take care of everyone as though its their own dogs. Its amazing watching my boys light up when they see some of the staff. Not to mention they know just about every dog by name. Knowing my dogs with severe separation anxiety find some comfort and fun here is all i could ask of any daycare. Will never go anywhere else.

I've been taking my dog, Poppy, here for daycare and for the occasional overnight stay and I have nothing but good things to say about Stay!! Poppy can tend to get overstimulated and have her social battery run a bit low during daycare and they've been amazing with accommodating that and giving her the breaks throughout the day that she needs. She comes home after daycare absolutely tuckered (which is amazing when I'm also exhausted from work lol) and is very happy when she realizes where we are when I'm dropping her off :) The report card pictures and videos are absolutely adorable and everyone I've spoken to has been so nice - I'm so glad there's such an amazing doggie daycare near me!!
Our dog has lived in Brooklyn, Long Island and here in Cleveland. We have never found a place that our dog loves to go to more or that is more accommodating (24/7/365). The owners are amazing all of the staff make us feel like they love our dog as much as we do. This place is really unique and as healthcare providers (both I and my partner) our irregular hours make a place like Stay a life saver. Included with the review is a picture of our dog... because. Amazing staff and the only 24/7 dog daycare and boarding in Cleveland! Recently got moved back into the office after working from home and didn't want to crate my dog all day. Thankfully Stay, gave me the option of dropping off and picking up around my hours! The prices are affordable and I like being able to see my dog on the webcams while I'm at work. We live four hours from The Barkley and were in town during a stressful period as my spouse was being treated at the Cleveland Clinic. I was looking for a bougie place that felt like a resort than a kennel for my fur babies to stay that was safe and reputable. This place checked all the boxes. Additionally, when I needed to extend their stay, the staff, particularly Susan, could not have been more accommodating. She understood it was a stressful time and I was in a vulnerable position. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend The Barkley.

The Barkley has helped us so much, with their attentive staff making Maya feel right at home. During her stay they provided her with the extra care and attention she needed, easing her anxiety and our worries. Communication was great, with a lot of feedback on Maya's well-being and overall experience with the visit. The Barkley went above and beyond to increase her comfort and happiness. In short, if you're searching for a place where your furry friend's needs are met with care, look no further!
Picked up my dog after 6 days. When they brought him out to the lobby he stood and peed a very full bladder. I then waited 15 minutes while two staff members ran around trying to find my dogs medication. After telling me they’d call me “when it turned up” and realizing I wasn’t leaving without it, it was found. The next day my dog was lethargic and not eating. After a visit to the vet with 104 fever it was determined he picked up some type of infection during his stay. I do not recommend
I am so thrilled with the Barkely, for service, professionalism, and dedication to my puppy’s wellbeing. Susan is a particularly amazing gem at the Barkely. Caring for my Molly Moon isn’t easy, and being able to drop her off with peace of mind for grooming and day care is such a blessing!
The Barkley hotel was absolutely amazing!! The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating with all my questions and concerns!! I would like to especially thank Linda, Jessica for answering ALL my questions and many concerns!! They were so kind and nice not only to be but to my grand puppy Mina!! If I ever have to go out of town again, the Barkley will definitely be who I would trust with all my dogs needs!! Thanks guys!!🩷❤️💙
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I put my Rottweiler here while we were on vacation as the reviews were good. They were terrified of the dog even though she is not vicious. They left the dog in the cage while she pooped and peed all over herself and the cage. We watched it on the cameras. I had to call a family member to come rescue her from this so called luxury kennel. Do NOT take your dog here if they have a stigma against them such as a Pitbull, Rottweiler, etc.
My 3 yr. old Border Collie mix stayed in the Barkley Park suite for 10 days. I checked web cam daily and he was fine. Food and water and a rug and a cot for his comfort. He had 3 activity play times, which I wish I could have seen, that I'm pretty sure he enjoyed. He has a lot of energy and they let me know. I trust that everyone there made him feel at home. A bath and a brush on the last day was great. I wish he could tell me all about his stay. He sorta did as he "talks" to me and his tone was very upbeat and chatty. The facility is very clean and friendly staff. He will be back! Thank you for the care and my peace of mind while leaving him behind.
We took our 10 months old puppy here because we were going on a 5 day cruise. The staff was so friendly and caring. We were able to watch our dogs activities on our phone. I highly recommend the Barkley Pet Hotel.
My two dogs seemed happy and clean. Can’t ask for much more than that. The facility was looked outstanding and clean. The staff was helpful. The price was a bit high but I added in extras so I figured that. My dogs didn’t seem as stressed as the last place I took them. Maybe next time I will book them a little pool time.
This is a great spot for boarding, daycamp, & anything in between. The only issue i have is their phone system. There are multiple numbers listed and they all seem to be redirecting to other mailboxes or caller ids making it very confusing & complicated to get in touch with any sort of worker.
I wish I could give Process Canine 100 stars! The Corrs are the absolute BEST!!! We've been working with them for 2 years for training, boarding, daycare, and specialty training (compass canine), from puppyhood to adulthood, and plan to continue working with them. I feel so lucky and grateful that we were recommended to them. They're always there to listen and offer realistic solutions that work. They're so passionate about helping and are the best people, who genuinely care about you and your dog. The whole 2 years we've been going to process for daycare, it's basically been the same staff, and I have no doubt it's because Amanda is an amazing and fun boss, and people want to work there. My dog literally jumps and cries with excitement when she realizes where we're at. Find yourself someone who looks at you the way my dog looks at Amanda! haha She LOVES her so much! When it's time to board, she runs off and doesn't even care we're leaving. When we pick up our dog, she's like "oh, you're back, cool, I guess....". It makes me feel SO comfortable leaving her. I have peace of mind on vacation that she's having her own little vacay with friends, too! I would trust Amanda and her staff with any decision regarding my dog. We drive 40 minutes one way to take her to daycare a couple of times a month because we know how much our dog loves it, how well she's taken care of, and we know she'll get lots of play time in! I could go on.... just bring your dog to process!!!
Brought our dog in for a trial day and it wasn’t the right fit. Amanda became upset and defensive when asked questions related to safety (ex: what are the policies/procedures in the event of a fire, severe weather, etc). She made brash assumption because questions were asked and was unprepared to answer the questions. While we understand that she has an operating license with and passes mandatory inspections, that doesn’t mean it’s okay to assume people won’t ask questions. It’s also not acceptable to state that the questions are unwarranted or inappropriate because having a business/occupancy license means that those questions, to her, have already answered. Other things to note were that the dogs don’t wear their collars (which is neither here nor there but in the event of an emergency could allow the dog to be reunited to its owner), and the boarding is on an upper floor with only one entrance/exit. No attempt was made to show boarding facilities or tour the business (though we didn’t stay so maybe that would have been done later in the process). This facility may be the right for some people/doggos but wasn’t the right place for us.
Amanda and her crew are absolutely fabulous. They truly go above and beyond! Our dog, Sadie, LOVES day care there and staying overnight. We use them for our busy days, short vacations, and even a week long away. It is hard to be away from our pup - but we know she is having a blast (running the yard, playing with the toys and other pups, and "looking" at the pool, since she won't get in). It's also fun to see her sometimes pop up in their IG story! We recently used them when our daughter was born. We unexpectedly had a 12 day in the NICU with her afterwards, and Process Canine was extremely helpful, accommodating, and understanding to our change of circumstance. If I could give them more than five stars I would!

If you have the good fortune to get your dog into Process Canine( I know they did have a wait list) thank your lucky stars this is the best dog “ hotel “(kennel) in the city. The people that work there are terrific and Amanda, the owner is fantastic! Unless I am actually taking my dog there, I can’t even say Process Canine because he races to the door and starts jumping around!!
I was looking for grooming not boarding but the owner was kind enough to spend sometime on the phone with me and give me a few recommendations. She recommended an amazing groomer and when I go out of town I will be certain to board my dog with her! Excellent service!
Amanda and her team are amazing! Would highly recommend bringing your furry friend here for a overnight stay or training!! Process Canine is a client of our electrical company and we get to see behind the scenes what others do not, the whole facility is clean, very organized, and all of the team members are very knowledgeable and treat the dogs with extreme respect and care as if they were their own furry family members! We only want the best for our dogs and if you bring your pet to Process Canine they will be well cared for!
Amanda and her whole team are truly the best. My dog Loki sometimes has a hard time getting used to new people, but honestly seems to trust everyone at process. He’s been going to daycare about once a week for five years and also has the occasional boarding. I wouldn’t feel safe taking him anywhere else for boarding and love that someone is at the facility 24/7. So thankful to have them on the east side!
Best daycare and boarding facility in the land! Amanda and her crew treat each and every dog like one of their own. My dogs cannot wait to run out the door anytime I say daycare!
