My stay with Steffani was wonderful. First the furry ones: I loved taking care of Teddy, Leroy, Roxie and my special love Sydney. ❤️ Then I also took care of a stray cat and some other critters. Steffani’s place is a gorgeous mansion close to a nice town and parks and stores. Both Steffani and Michael were very generous with food and offered a yummy dinner the evening I arrived. I really appreciated their responsiveness when there were some minor issues with the WiFi and things were taken care off quickly via FaceTime. I would love to come back at another time and would also love to meet Steffani’s horses then. Thank you!
Relaxing stay at Marie's place! She's a lovely lady, she showed me around the city and made sure I was comfortable during my stay in her cozy home. Finn and Snoopy are super sweet and communicative. They were a lovely company to walk along the coast, which is few streets from the house. They love walks, gentle scratches and treats. The neighbors at the village are very easygoing and welcoming too, my overall experience at Sesimbra was excellent! 100% recommended!
I enjoyed staying with Santa and Lucky! Lucky is really very friendly and we became friends instantly. He loves people :) Santa needs extra special love but very easy to take care of. It's especially great if you are able to work from home to keep them company. I had to be careful with Lucky opening the front door but i got used to it after inital trial and error to ensure to deadvolt the lock. Stephanie and Carly are super responsive and had clear instructions. The house is about 8 min walk to the metro station and 10-13 min walk to good restaurants. I highly recommend it for those who want to enjoy the capitol hill area for places like Library of Congress, Rubell musuem, etc.
We had a great Memorial Day Weekend with Teddy and Chubbs! They are so cute and have the funniest dynamic together. Both absolutely love attention and pets, so be ready to give these boys some love. Chubbs is much younger than Teddy and somewhat newer to the household, so it’s super important to keep them separate during feeding time. And Chubbs is a hungry hungry hippo and eats everything in sight, so just keep an eye on that sweet boy in the backyard and on walks/snifapaloozas. Stephanie was such a great host and made us feel welcomed in her home. Communication was great, home was clean, and location was awesome down in South Austin, less than 15-20 minutes from all the best spots downtown. We are grateful to have sat for Teddy and Chubbs. It’s likely a 2-person job, Teddy is a strong boy! Thanks so much Stephanie for trusting us in your lovely home with those pups!
If you have the opportunity, do not think twice about getting to spend some time with Jinny and in Julie's lovely place. Jinny is the sweetest, most friendly cat I ever housit with, I guarantee you'll miss her dearly when you leave, I sure do ! Julie's apartment is so comfy, in a super nice neighborhood close to everything and super well equipped, I loved my time there. Communication and arrival/departure was super easy. Thank you so much again Julie !
